I purchased a car from this place and it's been in the shop every month I've owned it for at least a week per visit. Sue the warranty I pay for helps but still I'm without a car but the payment is still there plus the $100.00 deductible and taxes on parts. Don't count on them being honest or helpful once they have your money. If I could, I'd stay as far away from this place as possible. But if you must, have YOUR mechanic check out the car. After shopping around online and driving to lots, my husband took me here to look at cars. After getting hit two weeks ago by a newly licensed 16 year old and having the insurance company totaling car Mercedes, I didn't hold out much hope in being able to find another one that was in good shape and that I could afford. But there it was! A gorgeous Mercedes GL 450, with the exact interior that I really wanted. We were greeted by a very friendly woman by the name of Nicole. She was completely awesome! She was like a long-lost friend. Nicole took car of everything for me, from getting the right financing for me and payments that were affordable for me. Everyone there was extremely nice and very helpful. If my husband ever is in need of another vehicle, this will definitely be our very first stop ( and hopefully only stop ) and we'll definitely be asking for Nicole again! Came here to purchase a car and the team was great, at first. The process was quick and easy. However, the next day my radio stopped working. Annoyed but not angry I was told to bring it in so their "mechanic" so they can look it over. I was told to leave my car there for the day. Upon calling about the status of my car later that day I was told "yeah we don't know and can't fix it. You'll have to bring it to an audio shop." Again, annoying but whatever. When I come to pick up my car a new light was on my dashboard. Told the mechanic and he had no idea what he was doing. After about 30 minutes of watching the mechanic trying to run a diagnostic test I gave up and left. When driving off not only did you we not get a solution for the radio but I now had no head lights, signals weren't working and all internal lights were off. Now I'm pissed. I bring it instantly to a dealership of the make of car to get a real mechanic to look at it. Fast forward they found I had a broken broken water pump, cracked gaskets, and tires that shouldn't have riding on safely. $2,800 dollars later. Upon telling LV Cars on my issue I was told "That's weird, I would of never sold it in that case. Hope you're not mad at me and leave us a good review." Not gonna name names here. Yeah sure the process was quick and easy, BUT the bs they pulled on me was deserving of ZERO STARS! had an issue with the car that I didn't notice until I left the lot. Came right back and they said the mechanics don't work on weekends (which is true). But they promised to repair the issue and never did. Instead the BS'd me until the 90 days were up, and guess what happened after that..... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Should've known it was too good to be true. Drew was way too concerned about me leaving a good review smh. I waited to see if they were going to fix my car before I left a review. Since they never fixed it, this place is TRASH!!! read more

I went about two or three months back to purchase a vehicle I really wanted. Initially I had talked to a woman about the car who was more than happy to help work it out for me but at that moment they didn't want to. It took them a week to get me back into the vehicle at the price I was willing to give for a down payment. Look it's a used car sale lot come here ready and knowing what you want and do not be deterred, they will work with you just be patient. I recommend this place if you have low or horrible credit like i do and your income is fairly new. read more

I was a returning customer after my truck was totaled by someone else and had found a nice truck here(so I thought)when I saw it in person it didnt look like the photos on their website, nor-did the car have the miles. It said 60 thousand and had 70 thousand. That's not a little amount as we all know. Anyway the truck was worth approximately 26 thousand and I was willing to pay $27,900 and they let me walk out. They had the bat *** crazy price of $30,000 they wanted after they needed to replace the power steering pump and other parts stolen off of it! Approximately 6 months ago, I brought my daughter to LV Cars to buy a car. I had previously paid cash for a clean 2012 Audi A6 and Drew made it quick and easy. My daughter chose a Mercedes Benz. The process was fairly smooth and we were on our way. We quickly learned the car had a real issue when the headlights were turned on. They quoted me $1353 in additional fees (Doc/recon/tax) on the cash purchase of an $7500 car. It may be negotiable, but I like clear upfront pricing not a bunch of fee this and that to make up profit. If you think that amount of fees is reasonable, service through text seemed good. Buyers Beware!!! Bought a car here for my family. At the time of purchase everything went good. Only thing they sprung on us after confirming the down payment over the phone, with the same salesman told us when we picked up the car was extra $500 but told us it was ok to have us pay that on that Friday. Told them if we gonna pay it cash we'll come down after work if not we'll call to take it out of the card we left on file. That Friday due to finishing work late my wife called to tell them to just take it from the card we authorized previously. Same salesman said ok the lady who does it will run the card when she gets back in the office. So we left it at that. Come to find out they NEVER did. We never checked it because that card we left was one we use for bills (only put whatever needs to in there). We never missed or was late on ANY payments, insurance was never broken, did the registration when offices were opened ( called for the DRS form to register that they didn't input with the buys contract, didn't say anything then either) and we had to take the car to do smog ourselves due to the pandemic. 3 months went by since we got the car and nothing they claim they called but never left a voicemail, they had our email address but no email came, they even had our home address but no mail came to us either. What they did do HOWEVER, was get the car repossessed because they never took the money out. And WE have to go back to their office to pay the $500 and pick up the car. So before we went there I called to make sure that was the ONLY fee she said yes. We went there to get the car with the money and what happens?! She said oh there is a repo fee of $850, $1350 in total that needs to be paid before we could leave with the car. Ridiculous!! She knows what was going because we TOLD her why they didn't use our other contact information and/or leave a voicemail this is NOT our fault for this situation. So what she said was that oh our general manager went home early today (how convenient) but if you could come back tomorrow when he gets back he could take off half the fee. Like why would WE have to pay for the fee AT ALL?! They had EVERY opportunity to let us know what was going on from when we called to get the form to using EVERY contact information we gave. SO now we have to take off of work and lose more money to get this solved. They think everybody got money to throw around. The car is great, but we just want to get this crap over with, hurry up and finish these car payments and NEVER deal with them again. read more

Bought a car, may 2020, test drive was good. Oil sensor light was on and they said they would order me a new one.....after a few weeks I called and they said service person quit and never ordered it. In the meantime I was diligent about checking the oil and having it changed. In June the whole brake system needed repaired. As it was an Audi it wasn't cheap. Close to $500. Called again about the sensor and still they didn't have it. Made all payments on time, bought my own sensor and changed oil every 3000 miles with full synthetic oil. February motor went bad, so now I have a lemon sitting on the side of my house as I'm not paying nor can I afford $3000 to get it fixed. They refuse to come take it and I refuse to tow it back to them. So there goes my already bad credit back down to shit again....don't buy from here or any affiliate locations. They are good at scamming especially if your credit is bad and you don't have many options. read more
