My sister and I have come here twice for gel nails and regular pedis! My sister has found her nail tech and I'm still looking for mine. Sometimes the consistency in shape/quality were really dependent on the tech--my first tech (unfortunately I do not remember her name) did the shape I requested and it lasted for 3+ weeks! However the second time I went, he did not get the shape right and didn't compare the nail lengths so they were not even, and they did not even last two weeks without starting to come off. I don't do anything strenuous with my hands so I'm not sure why they lasted so little. However everyone is really friendly and it's clean, in a good location with many other stores. Hopefully next time I go I can find the tech for me! read more

This was the first time I came to this salon. I selected this location based on the reviews and images of other customers. An appointment was made for a full set and a pedicure. When I came in i was guided to the pedicure chair. They started the water and had me select a color. I was offered a drink and was left in the chair. An hour and six minutes later I still have not had my pedicure started. I then had to call someone to allow me to leave because I needed to attended another appointment. Then someone became magically available to start my pedicure but not my full set. After an hour and half I only had a basic pedicure started and could not get my full set manicure. All I could get was my nails trimmed and clear polished. Then the guy who provided my manicure was on the phone the entire time which was unnecessary. All this in a span of 1 hour and 43 minutes. If you make an appointment keep the appointment, if you are too busy to take an appointment then say you are booked. The first time I stopped by with no appointment and didn't have to wait,I got a gel mani and I was amazed that in two weeks never chipped,I had to go back last Wednesday after work,but this time they had a two hrs.wait.,so I just decide to schedule an appointment for next day,it was a though desition cause I live on the other side of town,but I like the work they do so its worth the drive. Both Daisy and Vanessa did a good job. Just something very simple if you offer water to one guest offer it to every guest,the lady that did my pedi didn't offer water to me but I heard the other ladies offering water to all of their guest or client however you like to call us.so I had to ask Vanessa for some (other places don't offer bottled water) so this is a plus. Steven started with my Pedicure and ... NEVER AGAIN ! He got the foot grinder out and used it on my protruding bunions on the sides of my feet! I'm a first time customer. I would like to say that when I walked in here for the first time I thought there was 0 chance for anyone to see me without an appointment because... BOY! They were packed. I was very desperate. My nail lady for 7 years was booked and I wanted to get my nails done before my trip. Anyways I walked in and they took me in right away. Steven took care of me. He does a very good job. Very professional and attentive. I'm very picky with the shape, size and thickness of my nails... I'm weird I know! It was my first time with Vivian so I was a little nervous (I'm picky about my nails), but she did great! Just let her know how you like your nails and she will gladly accommodate. I found this place and got a full set that cost me $80 with tip which is reasonable and the service and quality was excellent. I returned to get a fill which went great until I had to pay which was $55 before tipping. I asked the receptionist what I was charged for and she $22 for fill-18 for gel- $10 for length and $5 for reshaping. My concern was I paid $15 the first time now its $10 and recharging me everytime for length instead of making a set price for the fill all together. Then charged me $5 to reshape my nails when that's a part of the process..you can't put acrylic on someone nails and not reshape them and I didn't get my nails cut down to another length I didn't appreciate that therefore ill not be returning or referring. I've been coming here on and off for about two years. I just started coming back the last 6 months or so and have had the complete opposite experience from my first visit. My first nail tech was Wendy. I adored her! Very friendly, always makes you feel welcomed and super great at what she does. Lately I have been seeing Layka. Another amazing nail tech! She is hilarious, pays great attention to detail and does an amazing job every. single. time. There are days in between appointments that I am still in awe of my nails. They have the largest selection of colors and designs for gel and dip Ive ever seen. They also have delicious coffee to enjoy during your visit, fyi. So I originally found this nail salon/spa on Yelp bc I didn't want to go back to the one I had been going to... I saw how beautiful and clean it is along with the great manicures in the Yelp photos & had to try it! Vanessa the floor manager/receptionist is amazing! She is super cute, super friendly, had no problem moving my appt time back by 30- min when I called running late, helped me choose the perfect gel nail colors AND made me a bomb hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows!! -And not the creepy little ones that come in the package of hot chocolate mix, actual marshmallows. She checked on me several times throughout my appointment & did the same with all of the other ladies having their nails done! Jen my nail tech did both my pedicure and gel manicure & is amazing too!! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect! The gel polish on my fingers is not too thick, it's not globbed up around my cuticles, etc.... She is very friendly and nice and I'd recommend her to anyone! I totally love this salon!
