My sister, niece and I have been coming to this salon for years and we love it. We make appointments with Van. She's always very welcoming, professional and polite. I would definitely recommend her - she never disappoints with her work! I'm not sure why some individuals are complaining that this place is unclean. We see new tools being opened and used for every customer that walks in (since we usually get pedicures we're always very mindful of this) and the tubs are always lined with some type of clean, plastic bags that are removed and disposed of after a customer is finished. However, I would recommend making an appointment rather than simply walking in. I have witnessed that individuals who do walk-ins have a bit of a harder time being sat down. read more

Christina works her magic. I was referred to her a few months back and I've seen her constantly since then. I love her. I love that she offers appointments as is always pretty close to her scheduled time. I rarely have to wait past my appointment time. She is prompt at texting you back her availability and squeezes you in when available. Her work is great. Sadly I bite my nails, but she is always willing to work her magic and make them look as pretty as she can. Terrible service! Called 3 days in advance to schedule an appointment with the number they have on yelp. I get there she (Mimis ) tells me no I don't have an appointment. I sure her the call log from my phone she continues to tell me no. Then she heads over to their business cards and says that's the number. (Different from yelps) so I say okay I guess I called the wrong place. I then call the number as I stand in the doorway, her phone rings and I hear caller I'd say my name. I decided to give this place a try because they are literally a 60 second drive from my house. Upon arriving there, I wasn't too impressed by the dated, clunky decor, and the enormous UV lights (instead of LED) but I decided to give them a shot anyway. I had an older woman, Dawn, do my nails. I got a simple full set with gel polish. The price board said 18 for a full set, I figured it'd be a little more for gel, but not $22 dollars more. I also asked for a cuticle trim, I figured that'd be another $5 bucks. In my head I'm thinking $30. She ended up charging me $40. It's not the cheapest, but I figured maybe it would outweigh the drive to my other place in Rancho. As nice as she was, she shaped my nails unevenly, and applied the gel polish too thick and haphazardly. She didn't even get the polish to the ends of my nails, where the cuticles meet, and there are weird lumps and ripples. She cut the side of one of my fingers with the scissors as she trimmed down the tips, after gluing them.She also had me cure my nails for so long under the UV light that my hands actually feel burned. : / I don't think I'll be going back again. The price board said a fill is $13, but I'm assuming that that's not a true reflection of what they'd actually have me pay. read more

This nails place was very unprofessional. I walked in with my friends and they made us even though the workers were just waiting around. I asked for a full set and pedi. The full set was a disaster. I wanted short square nails but the lady continued to cut them coffin. I did not want coffin. I told her square over and over again but she continued to cut. And I told her my nail was crooked but she said it was my finger. Very upsetting. She left my acrylics unfinished and told me to get my pedi. The pedi was nice but very rude. They didn't ask my friend if she wanted to get her nails done until 30mins later. Customer service is terrible and workers are very rude. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. DONT COME HERE!!! Really unpleasant place. Came in with my friends to get our prom nails done. My friend got her hands done with the acrylic colored powder and after placing the powder she was sat down in the chairs to get her toes done. The lady doing her nails helped someone who just walked in when she was supposed to help me because it was my turn. My friend got her toes done and I was left sitting down waiting to get called to get my nails started. Another lady walked in and got helped before me. She was another walk in. My friend finally got her toes done and i still haven't been helped or even sat down. The bathrooms have roaches and after my friend finished her pedicure the water was drained and the tub was refilled for another person that had just walked in. They didn't even clean or scrub the tub. I also didn't see the lady change her tools or towels. They DO NOT take credit cards, they direct you to an in-store ATM. I have no clue as to the fee for it as I went across the parking lot to my local Chase (LOVE their service!!!) but got a dirty look when I got back 'cuz I didn't use theirs. Secondly, THEY BUTCHERED MY FEET!!! It's been two weeks now and my heels haven't healed from the "cheese grater" attack they did. I saw an esthetician named Linh N., at Ly's Nails salon in the 4th street shopping center on Mountain behind B of A. I wanted to treat myself to a facial since I was going to a job interview tomorrow. She asked if I ever had a facial before and I told her "no", so she patiently let me know to wear the protective towel over my chest to allow face, neck and shoulders to remain exposed. I appreciated her letting me know what she was going to apply, or do, and what each step does. She made sure the steam was warm and comfortable, applied the scrub both manually and with a device that rotates. I loved the sensations. Her soft yet firm massaging of my face, neck, and shoulders was relaxing and energizing. The daily tensions melted away. I would love to come back. The price was reasonable and very fair. Think everyone should spoil themselves and get this done from time to time. Linh was kind and really pleasant. I'm glad I tried this. Now considering giving this treatment as a gift to my mom or something! Only wish they had hooks on wall to hang jacket and or purse. My skin feels clean and very moisturized. It's been years since I had my nails done here as I had moved far away for a few years, recently my nail lady became ill and I've been forced to look for another place to go. I was with my cousin and she always goes here so I joined her, it was the best choice! I found my new place to go. Lyn was patient, funny, talkative and really took the time to listen to my needs... The lady who did my pedicure was awesome (oops forgot her name yet she has long beautiful hair)and her foot massage is no freaking joke! She will put your ass on relax mode if not almost put you to sleepand she did them quickly and very well. Kevin is the best. As far as nail art they all have their own style. I love Kevin's flowers because they are like Little miniature paintings. He does a really good job on manicures and pedicures and always takes his time cutting out the ingrown nails. I was a walk-in and new customer. I got a pedicure which was good, relaxing. I figure why not make an appointment for the next day for a full set? I made an appointment for 10 am for the next day. I came in 5 mins early I let the woman in the front know I had an appointment exactly at 10am. I waited patiently meanwhile I go and grab the same color as my pedicure that I loved. Just moved to Ontario recently so I had not found a fav nail place for my pedi. I get ingrown nails and need someone who knows what they're doing. This is my 1st time here, I walked in however I did not have to wait for a pedi, lady by the name of Tammy did my pedi. There's a lot of staff here and they're all kind and accommodating. Typical nail salon set-up, but the pedicure chairs are exquisite, the staff was very friendly, and they open sterilized sets of tools for each customer. Best part was... she took extra care & paid close attention to the callouses until my feet were 'baby smooth'. This was the best pedicure I've had in a loooong time. The total? Try $20!
