Just had Nadia over and I will say that she is amazing. I grew up having housekeepers and up until 2 years ago, had one while our son was younger. She is very efficient with her time and detail oriented. A lot of housekeeping services try to sell extra hours or more frequent service. After moving into our new house, I felt the floors were dirty and dusty and just didn't feel comfortable knowing I was moving all my things into a less-than-clean house. We had movers coming and going, contractors finishing up work, etc. and I really needed the house cleaned even if there were boxes everywhere. I decided to go on Yelp for professional cleaners, since I wanted someone to come ASAP. I requested a few quotes via Yelp, and Nadia at M&I Maids was the first to respond. She set me up with 2 cleaners for 2 days out, which worked perfectly for me. The day before, she called to confirm and also informed me one of the cleaners called off so it would only be one cleaner named Maribel. Maribel arrived on time, and was very friendly. I explained to her that we just moved in, but the place felt dusty and needed a good cleaning. We walked through the house and she started right away. She was meticulous and thorough, which was clear from her work. She finished one side of the house and asked me to check her work. Before I knew it, she was finished with the house. I'd say she spent about 3 1/2 hours with us. Maribel did a wonderful job and I plan to have her come again, once I fully unpack the house and everything is where it is supposed to be! read more

Completely awesome. They arrived on time, were very friendly, knew what they had to do, and got right to work. But best of all, my house looks better than it's ever looked. They cleaned things that I didn't expect that they would clean. And I won't have to spend the rest of the day putting contents back where they belong because, with only a couple of exceptions, they put everything right back where they found it as soon as they cleaned. I was very disappointed with their service. When I call to get a quote, I specifically told Nadia that I need somebody to clean to top of my pantry that was very sticky. When the guy name Jason came, I also told him the same thing, After 3 hours, Jason left and I checked their work. OMG, I don't know what kind of cleaner their use. My kitchen counter was not smooth, feel like sandy. My stove was all sticky, and my pantry still sticky. Apparently their cleaner is not anti grease. After they left my husband and I had to clean the kitchen all over. What a waste of $105. Regarding your response to my review, here are some points that I want to emphasize: 1. Jason didn't ask me to check if I am satisfied with his work. 2. Your called me only after you read my review. If I didn't write a bad review, you probably would not call. 3. Why do I want you to come back even for free? I can't stand all the sticky surface in my house, and wait another day for you to come, so I reclean most the things Jason cleaned. 4. Good jobs don't need to be repeated !! Why don't you do a good job at the first time? 75% of what you clean had to be repeated, because of sticky ness. read more

Each of them (Nadia, Diana, Jason, and I forget the other lady's name) have been hard-working and pleasant to work with. I had a deep cleaning done on my three bedroom home. I was very pleased with the excellent job they did! They should change their name to sparkling shine cleaners. I need to find out what cleaner they used as my whine home is literally Shining. They even cleaned the inside of my front loading washer... it tends to get gross with mold. I had such a great experience with Nadia. My father passed away unexpectedly and it was a shock and a very difficult time for all of us, especially my Mom. I wanted to ease my moms stress and wanted to have her house cleaned for her asap. I called Nadia on a Sunday, and she and her partner came to my Mom's house that Tuesday. She was compassionate and although she was busy, she accommodated us. She even spent a little extra time cleaning and didn't charge us for it. I finally called Nadia, she answered promptly and got back to me pretty quickly with availability and confirmation. I used M&I maids for a deep clean a few weeks ago and was VERY impressed. It was my first time using them and after having a bad experience with a different cleaning company, I was very pleased. We had great communication and everything I wanted/needed cleaned was cleaned well. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo about 1,050 sq ft and it took two cleaners about 3 hours.
