His crew provided me a rough estimate right away and then an official written estimate by the next day. Once I decide it would be worth enacting my insurance policy to cover the repairs, Dino took care of the rest. I would go in for an oil change and Bill would go over my vehicle like it was his own first car. He would check everything. Make recomendations, tell me what needed attention right away and what I should keep an eye on. Never tried to upsell me, always knew what the best replacment part was and would tell me why. The service is fantastic, always reasonable and if there is something that he doesn't do, he will recommend the place to take it and get it done right. I just saw a 1 star review from someone who is mad because he doesn't do a specific service. Thats like complaining about an Italian Resturant cause they don't make Big Mac's.
