Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Seemed a bit dry. I didn't notice any sauce between the cheese and the crust. There were drizzles of buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, but not all over. Liked the flavor overall, but too dry for me. The Extra Roni Pie: Since I liked the single slices, so I ordered a whole pie. It was good for sure, but kinda floppy. When you order a slice, it's twice-cooked since they heat it up to order. This whole pie was once cooked, so didn't have the same nice dough texture. Margherita Pizza: Another nice saucy option. Though the spicy honey vodka slice had more flavor. Hawaiian Pizza: Sacrilege, I know. But I was curious. I appreciated that there was indeed tomato sauce under the cheese. I ordered from here on Uber Eats under a different name, assuming a ghost kitchen, called "Lunetta Gluten Free Pizza." when the pizza arrived it was still warm and it is one of the best gluten-free pies I've had! I was a little skeptical ordering buffalo chicken because sometimes it's way too spicy and I'm also not a blue cheese fan but when I read that they use ranch instead I decided to give it a go. The dough was chewy with the consistency of regular pizza which I love and had crispy edges. Another bonus is at the pizza did not fall apart, and even when I reheated it in the microwave later on it, still held it shape and consistency, which is a huge plus. This is my favorite pizza place in Hell's Kitchen. It's consistently good and has the perfect crunch and flavor with each bit. My favorite is buffalo chicken, which I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I had high hopes for this restaurant as I had read lots of great recent reviews. My order arrived to my hotel on time. I got it up to the room to find that the pizza was cold, the cheese bread was hard, cold and inedible, and the marinara sauce was missing. I contacted the restaurant directly. The first person that answered said the manager wasn't there and due to a language barrier he basically couldn't understand me. That was fine as he said someone would call me back. Then the manager came in and he asked me to hold. While he was telling the manager what happened the manager replied in another language then the call was disconnected. I called back 4 times and was sent to voicemail. After waiting a few minutes I called back and was connected with the manager. The manager was extremely rude. He didn't care that there were problems with my order and told me do call Grubhub and tell them. I told him the only phone number that came up in the app was theirs. He said he didn't care that I should chat with them in the app or to do whatever I wanted and he hung up on me. All I wanted was an adjustment on the inedible cheese bread and missing marinara. I'm a Grandma, I can work with cold pizza but the rudeness of this restaurant left a truly bad taste in my mouth. Thank you Grubhub for understanding and making the necessary adjustment for me. I will be leaving this same review on Yelp and hopefully warn other visitors to the Manhattan NY area. I will never be ordering from them again read more

One of the worst pizza I had in my life. Domino's would have been far better. The dough was so thick and undercooked. Almost an inch thick with minuscule amount of red sauce and cheese. They were just ok - the lemon spaghetti serving size was small and had an overwhelming amount of garlic. The vodka sauce was a bit odd, too tomato-y.
