Unfortunately, I had to return three separate times just to have issues with the tint corrected and the job made right by his technicians. I tried to remain patient and give the shop every opportunity to correct the work because I understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. However, the situation became much more serious after the front windshield tint. I discovered a long, deep scratch across my windshield that was absolutely not there before the tint installation. Based on the appearance and location of the damage, it appears that a blade or installation tool was dragged across the windshield during the tinting process. This is a brand-new vehicle, which makes the entire situation even more disappointing. After already returning three times over the tint installation, I am now having to deal with an insurance claim, repair/replacement estimates, and having the windshield on my new car replaced. I have tried to handle this respectfully and give the business an opportunity to work with me. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business responds when something goes wrong. I expected the shop to take full responsibility for the situation and help make it right rather than leaving me to deal with the insurance process and damage that was not present when I brought the vehicle in. I paid this business to professionally tint and protect my entire vehicle. I did not expect to make three return visits and then discover significant damage to my windshield. I have photographs documenting the windshield damage as well as records related to the tint service and the situation. I sincerely hope the business takes responsibility and works with me and the insurance companies to resolve this appropriately. If the shop ultimately makes this right, I am more than willing to update my review to reflect that. But based on my experience up to this point, I cannot recommend this business, especially to someone bringing in a brand-new or high-value vehicle.

During summer of 2025, I had originally just wanted my two side windows in the front of my Lexus NX to be tinted, as the rear already were by the manufacturer (not truly tinted, but colored) and during that time, I saw the owner, Levon Gharibyan, and he was very easy to speak to and provided excellent customer service. He kindly explained to me and showed me how the tinting process works, which I appreciated, as I had no idea about how the process works at the time. At the end of the appt, after the side windows were tinted, Levon showed me his vehicle parked in the front, that he has his front windshield tinted and that if I'm interested in doing that, to come back and they can do so in the future. Back then, I didn't think much of it and thought tinting my side windows were enough. However, I noticed the interior of my car seemed to get hotter and hotter as the warmer months came and I felt that my arms were constantly feeling hot and that I was getting a tan each time I commuted in the afternoon after work, even if the drive was only a few miles and about 17-20 min. I looked into this, about the benefits of tinting your front windshield and remembered what Levon told me and that's why I decided to return during July 2026. I sent a message and got a reply from this business right away for when I could schedule the appt. Maybe it was because of the later time my appt was at the 2nd time around (at 11am vs 9am for the 1st appt) or the fact that there was a dance class going on next door, but the parking area was almost at capacity during the Saturday I stopped by, which was a bit of a surprise. I made a loop around the parking lot the 2nd time and found a spot and I appreciated how the kind staff, Lily, who had greeted me had offered to let me borrow her car if I needed to, during the time I was going to be waiting. I fully expected to just wait around in their waiting area and was totally okay with that - the appt took about an hour and a half. They have a restroom in the back if you need to use it. The tinting done on the windshield is excellent and I was satisfied with the results! I was advised to return if there were any bubbles that didn't disappear after a day, but the few that were present had vanished so there was no need for that. I was also told to return to get my dash cam that was mounted on the front windshield to be remounted (as they had to remove it to apply the tint, otherwise it will not look right if they worked around it), and they even placed a replacement double-sided adhesive on the unit which I didn't notice initially, however, I appreciated them doing this as it was thoughtful. After a few days, I ended up remounting the dash cam on the windshield myself as it was easy to do so, but I appreciated their offer for them to help with this. After getting the front windshield tinted, I will say there is absolutely a noticeable difference with the temperature inside the car and my arms don't feel as hot and I'm not easily getting a tan, so it truly is beneficial to tint your windshield, I can attest to this. For reference, I chose their Ceramic XPEL XR Plus at 70% for the front windshield and 20% for the side windows. After using their services twice, I can say without a doubt that I most highly recommend Lion Window Tinting if you're looking to get tinting done, their work is high quality and their service is great!

Short version: Had my car tinted by iPro in 2025. One year later, the film begins to peel. I…read morereached out to iPro with the warranty card, Cesar reads the messages then ghosts me. Reached out to the tint film manufacturer and they told me that the warranty card is invalid and iPro is not an authorized dealer of their films, and they did not obtain their films directly from them, so they are unable to assist. Now stuck with a peeling tint just after one year of usage. Long version: I had my car tinted by iPro in June of 2025. Then again for a different untinted window in May 2026. In June 2026, I began to notice the window tint installed in 2025 began delaminating/peeling from the window. This is on the rear glass. I rarely ever had passengers in the back and when I did, they are usually not messing with the windows for any reason. Car is kept in a garage so I am unsure why its peeling. Anyway I reached out to Cesar with the warranty card I received after the tint installation in 2025. iPro uses SunTek ceramic window tint films in their shop, and it is the one I had installed in my car. Cesar initially asked which part of the car was peeling, and I had provided him photos over text. After reading this, he began to ignore my communication over text and calls. After being ghosted by Cesar, I reached out to SunTek directly for assistance. Upon their investigation, they concluded that iPro is not an authorized dealer of SunTek films and the warranty card that I received from Cesar is invalid and not a real warranty card. They said since it is not a real warranty card, they are unable to assist any further. So now I am stuck with a peeling window tint just after 1 year of usage. I will be going to a different authorized dealer to get my windows re-tinted. While Cesar gave good prices for his tinting services, I would not recommend this place to others. I will be filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs.

After several chats, then a costly ($1,582.45) visit to Tesla Santa Clara-Northwestern Parkway, Fernando installed a new sheet of Expel XR Black Ceramic to my new rear backlite glass for no charge, as promised. As first reported, my rear defroster ribbons were damaged pre-install. This Tesla service center claims this to be wear and tear for a 2018 M3, even when simply cleaning the rear glass. Online chats and Tesla forums will show that some Tesla service centers will cover this defroster failure for no charge as "goodwill" or "defect," -- just not "warranty." My apologies to Fernando as when he said "cleaning," he really meant a simple cleaning of the glass prior to install! It could have happened to anyone -- including me. It was not clear to me at the time what could have happened to cause this type of damage. My bad for the misunderstanding. (I suppose the takeaway here is it's best to get your car tinted when the rear defroster is new, not after years of sitting in the sun.) And, after further review of my original invoice, Fernando did give me a cash discount as a gesture of goodwill. I look forward to returning to GSAG&T to get my other vehicles tinted.

Conducted a Yelp bid from several high-end companies and I selected Fast Window Tinting company because of its ratings, the customer reviews and of course, the entire competitive package cost w/ lifetime warranty, its high quality tinting material used and, more importantly, I'm for supporting small local quality businesses. I was able to bring in Lexus ES300H first thing the next morning where I hung out in the comfortable waiting room that had my favorite candies and assorted refreshments for a few hours with the generous option to take Hayk's own car, if needed. Instead, I stuck around his business catching up on Lioness series. Back to the work, Hayk did a spectacular job with the window tinting of all windows including rear, all 4 sides, front windshield and also the sunroof.
