What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology, no effort to check the ingredients, no attempt to offer a solution. Just attitude. As a paying customer, I expected at the very least some basic courtesy and a willingness to fix a clear issue. Instead, I was treated like I was trying to get something for free. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent customer service or fresh ingredients (Unless you like fermented smoothies).
