Ceiling started leaking water in our bedroom. Ros came out to look at the problem since it had been leaking for 2 days and had started leaking more. This was on a Sunday. My husband had already opened up the ceiling and Ros gave a free estimate. Called them up on Tuesday, left a msg and they called back within the hour. Scheduled an estimate for the next morning with a 2 hour window, better than the typical 4. Got a call that they would be there even earlier than the window time, perfect. Their estimate came in $1500 less than my other estimate, WOW!!. The did the work right away. It was an old iron water pipe that had rotted through. It was behind the wall beneath the kitchen sink and connect to the clean out. Replaced everything, good as new. I am sharing this review simply for Mr. Macias giving our family free advice. I called him to check out an "offset" sewage pipe that we just wanted to have a look out. Although he doesn't do trench less, he educated me on the ways that companies who do trench less sewage work might try to charge for "work" that might not be necessary. He suggested that if any work is to be done to view the video footage for proof and to beware of sale tactics when these companies work with elderly customers. I had quite a bit of a situation last Saturday. My kitchen sink just started to overflow on to the floor. I was freaking out. The ppl who own the condo I'm renting we're unresponsive. I like that he tried to troubleshoot the problem initially by changing the thermocouple. He didn't try to automatically up sale us on the pricier option of replacing the heart off the bat. However, the thermocouple solution didn't work so he advised us that we needed a new water heater because he related our old one was unsafe.
