The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. It is always so loud so they can barely hear most customers ordering . You order a few items at a time and they make them as you order them. It takes a while. You are then forwarded over to the cashier while you are waiting for others to checkout and order their drinks. You then order your drinks and salsas along with condiments all while your food is getting cold. With only two-three customers/parties ahead of me, I usually average about 45 minutes just to get my food and pay for it. The food. Make no mistake, they make really good food. Love their al pastor, delicious tortas and burritos. Great salsas. Delicious aguas. Good menudo but you have to check to make sure they put the grano in even when you ask for it because they have forgotten on a number of occasion. This place would be so much better if you could just order your food with a cashier and then just call you when it is ready. It would be so much more efficient just like every other normal place. Cooks are usually nice here, cashiers are usually a little frumpy. Plenty of room for parking and sitting. It is a good size inside. In the summer it is very hot inside and the ac units cannot keep up. If you try to be smart and order online, most of the time they will not start making your food till you get there.
