Amazing food and service . The general manager Darrin was great and so was our waiter Ruben. We went on a weekday so there was zero wait time. Went to Madres Brunch for a friend's birthday. I ordered the Madres Chilaquiles (fried tortillas in red salsa with birria, cilantro, sour cream, pork rinds, radish, red onions, and beans). I added one egg for $2. The food was good--not too spicy--but honestly, not the best or worst I've had. The portion was decent, but it felt overpriced for breakfast, especially considering you have to pay extra just to add an egg. I also got a matcha for $6 with oat milk, which was a $1 upcharge. The biggest downside was the service, they were very nice but our table didn't get much attention, and the staff seemed more focused on a nearby group that ordered more items. They did bring out a free birthday waffle for my friend at the end, which was a nice touch, but she was already full by then. Although I'm not a fan of the Arroz con Leche French Toast, the sauce is too thick to my taste, service is great. The internal design is pretty cool, but the bathroom doesn't have a changing table. My BFF brought me here for a Monday brunch! This is an unassuming restaurant in a small shopping center. The ambiance was fun and they had a video of a Dj playing on the tv! At this event I had their Birria & Classic egg Benedict for the 1st time. Both so gooood! I tried their Abuelita Coffee from their coffee flight, which was also very good, it wasn't sweet, which is the reason why I loved it soo much! We were the first to try a few items that are going to be in added to their October Menu. Food: Sample Omelette plate which I highly recommend, 3 different omelette. Meat selection is exquisite! Dessert Plate: Arroz con Leche French Toast, very unique! Drink: Strawberry Horchata, which is very delicious, especially if you love strawberry flavor drinks. There are 5 locations you can visit. This is probably the best franchise place I've ever eaten at I can't lie!! I had hesitated going for months after it opened bc there was always a HUGE line (Sat/Sun) and I gaslit myself into thinking it couldn't possibly be worth the hype... I attended a Yelp event last week here that proved me wrong!! As a result, I returned this Monday with my sister and I'm so happy that lightning struck twice with this place because the food and service were just as incredible as it had been at the Yelp event. Isaac is truly such a cool dude as he and the entire staff went out of their way to make my party feel at home. The music's good, the lighting is pink, and the food is incredible.
