We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Maggiano's Service was amazing from entering we were greeted within seconds we were escorted to our table immediately even after arriving 10mins before our reservations. To start our course we had the calamari fritters Main course chicken Alfredo pasta rich, velvety cream sauce to the perfection and rigatoni "D" Herb-roasted chicken, caramelized onions, and balsamic-glazed mushrooms. Works amazingly!!! Last but not least we enjoyed desert famous Gigi butter cake soft fluffy cake with the top a bit toasty to perfection. We had dinner here for my sister in laws 40th birthday this past Saturday (2/7). They came back home to celebrate for the weekend, so my big brother ensured that we all had a grand time. We had one of the private rooms in the back area. There were two servers taking care of us during this time. My company had a work event here for about 40 people and the Maggiano's team handled it phenomenally. Upon walking into the event room, I immediately noticed the mini bar right outside the doors and was welcomed with a drink right away. They also had our company name on the tables on welcome cards. Great preparation by the team. The food was decent considering it was for a party as big as ours was, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either. There was a good selection of everything from Caesar salad to salmon to 2 different cakes for dessert (cheesecake and tiramisu). I would not complain if our company does another event here. Checked out their lunch service on a holiday Monday, and it was pretty quiet.. maybe only a handful of diners in the whole place. There only seemed to be one or two servers working, and we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came over to us. The food was just okay, nothing really memorable. The lunch menu is pretty simplified. They forgot one of the salad dishes we ordered for my mom, but she didn't mind much since she thought the flatbread was just average anyway. I did appreciate being able to substitute sauces on the main entree. Since I swapped in a different sauce (rigatoni is usually great at holding heavier creamier sauces), I can't judge it totally fairly...but it honestly reminded me of something you'd get at a college pasta bar in terms of quality. Overall, I'd rank this below some of the other Italian chain options in the area, especially considering the price point, though I will say the portions were decent. A Meetup group I belong to gathered at Maggiano's for New Year's Eve. Making reservations was easy on Open Table. Five of us were seated on a far corner. There was a live band and no cover charge. Restaurant staff handed out hats for the men, noise makers and head gear for women. G waited on us. We had no problem getting separate checks. I ordered a Maggiano's salad with no bacon. It had too much red onions so I'll order it without next time. Then I had a side of spaghetti with marinara. Though it's a side, the portion is generous. I was given a delicious complimentary bread when I asked for it. Maggiano's had a complimentary glass of champagne for all the diners. This is definitely a place to celebrate New Year's Eve for those that want a low key celebration with no loud music and extravagant entry fees. And parking is free. Valet was $8. read more

I truly enjoying coming here. This place is special to me. Since I moved to the area and stumbled upon this Italian gem this is the only Italian restaurant I visit. I am familiar with the staff which is always on top of their tasks. The food cannot come out any hotter or fresher. I had a great time here for Mother's Day 2025 with my family. They were offering a prefix menu (family style) for our lunch that included appetizers, pasta dishes and dessert. We got to have 4 appetizers in total which was pretty awesome; Caesar salad, fresh bread rolls with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, cheese plate, meatballs, calamari and fried zucchini. For our pasta dishes we chose the fettuccine Alfredo, lobster carbonara, rigatoni ala vodka, and the beef tenderloin medallions. I can honestly say everything was DELICIOUS and made freshly. We were seated immediately which was really nice since it was a Saturday night and we didn't have a reservation. Our server was very attentive and he gave great menu recommendations. The Italian Margarita was a little salty and very strong, highly recommend giving it a good stir because the cream does help it go down smoother 8/10. The Caesar Salad was huge and perfect for sharing, however I would've loved more dressing and the croutons were mid 6.5/10. Calamari was such a good portion to share and the batter was nice and light. I wish it was a bit crispier, but overall very solid 8/10. The family went to Maggiano's for my nephew's graduation dinner and the family experience did not disappoint. We had the perfectly friend calamari, the Waygu meatballs and the fried zucchini just for appetizers. The entrees were superb with the Salmon, lasagna, Bolognese Fettuccine and the shrimp scampi. My nephew said that he had really wanted the chicken fettuccine Alfredo so the terrific manager Ms. Wanda made it happen for him. The rest was history because we enjoyed the desserts (tiramisu, cheesecake and the lemon cookies but the highlight was the special small cake given to my nephew since he was being celebrated. His service exceeded five stars--he was incredibly helpful, courteous, and thoughtful. It's rare to experience that level of hospitality these days, and we truly appreciated it. Although I was dealing with jet lag and didn't catch his name, I'm certain he was the tallest waiter there he stood out in more ways than one. However, the large room our company was in had poor temperature control. It was freezing, then off... as in very hot and humid in a quickness that never dissipated. The food was good, but it was not outstanding. Had I not recently had truly incredible Italian food, I would not have been as disappointed. The eggplant parmigiana had perhaps an American twist? Maggianos is a former shell of what made it great. You will pay higher prices for more cheap product. The bread itself used to be delicious. Serve with olive oil now it is worse than Texas roadhouse rolls. It saddens me that an Italian restaurant will serve this garbage in place of good bread, the service is spotty. It seems that they would rather take care of large parties than small parties and if you order an appetizer and a salad prepared to be railroaded with food, almost as if you're being forced fed.manager seem to care and talk to their friends that are dining there rather than actually getting customer feedback it makes me sad that this place has fallen so far down, but it makes me laugh. The prices have gone up over the years and they used to have a free take home meal that came with most dishes. Now the free take home meal is $6 which is still a good deal. The eggplant Parmesan was amazing thick slices of fresh eggplant fried so crispy and delightful smothered in a tomato sauce that had a little bit of sweetness to it and lots of cheese can't go wrong with this dish. The capellini with chicken and spinach with white wine and cream sauce was excellent. Again the portions are very large enough for two to share. The apple pie dessert was dripping with caramel and the crust is so crispy you could not help but eat the whole thing. Wonderful restaurant. Excellent ambiance as the restaurant is just beautiful inside quite elegant but you can dress casually If you want. Both booth and table seating are available, we've always been seated very quickly and the service is always been impeccable. The management of this restaurant obviously strives for good service and it's apparent in the effect. The lunch portions are quite adequate and affordable but still have good quality, texture and flavor. I love the meatball sandwich and the salads are delicious and fresh. I tried the Maggiano's salad and enjoyed it very much. The sandwich comes with steak fries which are delicious. We always get a few take home dinners as the $6 charge is ridiculously low for a well made lasagna. Even the iced tea is special! I can't wait to return again. read more

First off, this was our only experience at this location. Our family has had exceptional experiences with other locations, particularly the Austin Domain. We went to this restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday and had a reservation. We were seated at a table in the front of the dining room with the sun shining in our eyes for the majority of our time there. The restaurant wasn't crowded, they had just chosen to give us a table is a less desirable location. The food was okay, not fantastic. I recall the food being very good in the past. The prices weren't justified by the food quality. The drinks were weak, but that's the decision of the bartender. The service was confrontational and awkward throughout our visit. Quite unpleasant really. In the future, we will return to other restaurants who are better suited to serve their customers. read more

I dined at the Memorial location recently. The food was good but service was lacking. When the bread was served, it was hot rolls with butter. I told our waitress that I was expecting olive oil and she told me I needed to try the rolls with butter because it was so much better. OK , mom! Then when it was time to pay, she just left the credit card device set up for one of our diners on the table and left. That diner paid but didn't understand how to set it up for the next ticket. There were two more of us that needed to pay and our server was no where to be found. Finally another server helped us pay. This is not the first time I found good food but less than great service. This location of Maggiano's seems to have the best service out of all the locations I've been to in the area. Now, I'm a bit biased because I got married at this location, but hands down I get great service every time I come here. This particular visit was to celebrate Valentine's Day with my husband, and even though the food had an issue, the service and resolution were executed perfectly. We arrived right at our reservation time and were seated immediately. We decided to order off the special Valentine's That's Amore special which included either 2 salads or 1 appetizer to share, 2 entrées, 2 desserts, and 2 cocktails. We went with Italian salads, and my husband wanted the Beef Medallions that were served at our wedding dinner. I chose the red snapper. I did not like the snapper at all. It just didn't have enough flavor for me, and it was over cooked. It wasn't an issue however and they quickly changed me to the scampi, which was delicious. We ended with tiramisu and chocolate cake to go. For our cocktails we chose the Pomegranate martini, which was nice, but not anything spectacular. All in all, it was a lovely romantic dinner, made all the better by our AWESOME server Adoreun! He was great and really made the experience perfect, even with a small hiccup. read more
