Honestly, I think car wash is okay. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 but biggest issue I see is the vacuum area. Most of the time, vacuums are clogged or detached so you can't even use them, and I would always see random cars driving straight just to use the vacuum. 2 things I would focus on in regards to the manager is to make sure to check vacuums from time to time, making sure they're working and to maybe put some cones of some sort to prevent cars that don't pay for car wash to just have a free vacuum out in the fields. read more

This is my new go to place! I was there a little more than a week ago and they had a special $9.99 for the month for the first 500 customers, then $19.99/month for unlimited wash. I was a bit hesitant before even trying the wash, but because it is basically 1 wash, why not? I was pleasantly surprised my car got a decent wash. Way more better than the one I used to go to. The lower sides of my car actually got cleaned. Since I bought the monthly subscription, I feel incentivize to go more often than usual. I came back today which is about 10 days, I think, from my last wash. My car is looking clean again. So needless to say, I think I will come every 10 days! which makes the car wash less than $7 each wash. I can come even more if it gets dirty faster. Still has the $9.99 special today. I have been using Yelp! for many years and I have had many bad experiences with numerous businesses, however, I have never been driven to the point of having to create a Yelp! account in order to post a review. That is what I am doing now, in order to notify other consumers of what is occurring at this business. My wife purchased a car wash here in December, 2023 for $16. A few days ago, I was reviewing my credit card account and noticed a charge for $26.99 from an entity I had never heard of, which came out on the bill at "Woodbridge Service Stati DailypaperworCA." Upon investigating, we learned that this entity had been charging us $26.99 in February, March, April, May, and June of this year, after charging $16 in January of this year. We had never authorized any of these charges and we never sign up for these types of monthly memberships. Now I see that there are other reviews on Yelp! about this entity, complaining about a "membership" and how it was impossible to cancel it. So it appears that this business enrolled my credit card number in their purported "membership" program in order to charge my credit card every month, without any authorization whatsoever by my wife. I had to call my credit card company to dispute every single one of these charges. I have resisted signing up for Yelp! for such a long time, but this business was so bad that I actually opened a Yelp! account just to post this review. read more

DO NOT sign up for the monthly car wash if you ever plan on cancelling. They will not cancel no matter how many times you call them. Also the number on your credit card bill for their business does not even pick up, only a voicemail can be left and nobody will return you calls. It is not even their number, rather a management office. Pretty shady business practices. Check out the Shell Gas Station reviews (that it is connected to) as others have complained of the same thing. This keeps happening and they keep getting away with it. read more

*WARNING* $9.99 unlimited wash is a bait! They will still charge you $29.99 after you send cancellation email 7 days ahead of billing cycle for unlimited car wash as stated in the contract. Disgusting business strategy. Make sure you pay attention to your transactions, they will charge you while you are asleep (3am~7am), how disgusting! If they do, make sure to contact your bank, get the charge reversed and block further transaction if possible. They will charge you forever until you change your card numbers, so perhaps, consider to get a new card. What a nightmare. read more

After visiting this morning for my weekly wash, I can honestly say that I will never go there again from what I witnessed this morning. As I waited in line for my car wash, I witnessed a female worker who is Always extremely sweet and helpful doing her what looked to be a normal shift when she asks a young man for help with a transaction.. suddenly the young man looks upset and gets very frustrated and then BOOM!! He turns to her and moves closer and says you are being a STUPID BITCH!!! and starts to move even more towards her in front of myself and other customers!!. At one point, I almost got out of the car and took matters into my own hands but thought about the consequences of these actions.. I felt so upset and could see the shock In the poor girls face after simply asking her coworker for assistance. He finally decided to back off but then comes back again right to her face and starts yelling at her saying not to ask him for anything and to get away when he was the one with the Conflict. This made me feel Very Unsafe and Uncomfortable. I can only imagine how that young women felt. Poor thing. Please. Please, take these issues very serious as this can only escalate before it is too late. I have seen that young man many times here and never thought I would witness what I did today. The price is competitive, but what makes it stand out is the quality of the staff. They are very professional, taking their job seriously. They're also very friendly, which is a bonus. Absolutely worth the price and the customer service that is upheld by Jake his brother and the overall team makes it a pleasure to get my car wash there, the attendant always pre-rinses my car before going in and they are constantly checking in on the vaccine and cleaning station to ensure everything works properly, other then wishing their vacuum's had more of a secure seal on the nozzle I couldn't think of anything that would need to be changed to improve.
