Came here for the free car wash during the grand opening week. Great promotion. Staff was super friendly and the wash was decent but the car was still very wet after going through the wash. Another issue I had was there wasn't enough stalls to vacuum after so I had to wait 20 minutes to get an available stall. It was nice that they gave a rag to wipe down your car after. Seems like a good monthly deal for a decent wash if you don't have much time for a full service wash. read more

Eh this car wash did an average job but was the most expensive automatic car wash I've ever been through. 19 bucks wow. There are only a few spots to vacuum after, all of which were taken so I just skipped it. Would probably go somewhere else read more

Run from this car wash. Soap on car. Doesn't get dry. They do not let you cancel. I've tried all which ways to cancel my monthly membership and the system locks me at every turn. No one answers my texts or calls. I even went in and they gave me a number that I've contacted 3 times with no response. read more

At first it sounded like a cool idea. An express wash conveniently near home and super quick so no long wait line. Price was semi reasonable. But you can easily tell that the washing spinners do not get any form of tlc at all. Debris from previous washes where tucked between the flaps that spun and when a loud noise was made to the side of my car. I later found once I made it to my destination after the wash a giant scratch was on the side of my car. Now I get it , it happens I'm not too peeved about it, was able to buff it out with bit of handy work and paint pen. I've since then did my own washing at a nearby self service auto wash to do touchless washes. What really deserves this 1 star review is the lack of being able to cancel my subscription. For MONTHS I've been trying to cancel, I've sent messages through their contact form, and their cancellation form. I've heard NOTHING and yet my card still gets charged the $30. I can't create an account to try browsing for a solution on their member portal because apparently it's bugged. I really am at a loss to get this fixed. going to try calling my bank to report it because at this point Im at a loss and absolutely nothing is being done for cancelling on their end. Scam and shady. Best two words I could use to describe the business practice. The employees at the wash themselves are absolute angels and always happy to help out with anything. I feel for them as with many reviews like mine. They likely get the brunt of all the angry customers demanding refunds and cancellations. read more

This place has 3 spinners on each side. 2 out of 3 spinners on the right side do not work. What does that mean? The right side of your cat doesn't get as clean as it should. I pay monthly service to get half a wash? I was told that it would take about 2 weeks to get fixed. It's been over a month and a half now. read more

This is the best car wash in the world but for what you pay for it's the best value I think you can find in the area. Down the street there are a handful of car washes ranging in price from $18 - $50. This place I pay a monthly fee and I drive through the wash tunnel 10 times a month. For me it's great! read more

Don't buy their month program!! It will get recurring charges without notifying you, bedsides it is so difficult to cancel it. I asked their staff on site to cancel my membership, but I was still get charged for monthly fees. I tried to call them couple of times and no body answer the phone. Finally I went to their website, did the registration and then got my membership cancelled. This is unbelievable!! I was overcharged for so many months!! read more

Pretty good car wash. Some of the vacuums are always out of order/low power. Clicked on offer for FREE WASH when getting gas- but it's a TRICK. They take your info and promise to SEND the code in a FEW DAYS. I'm still waiting. BIG TRICK. I'm fairly happy- but please MAINTAIN your vacuums- and don't trick clients. It's cheap. The hi power blowers removed all the water, leaving no spots, even on the old car that hasn't been waxed for many years. Thanks for the free car wash! Everything was cool except there was some dark residue left over on my cars body and windows after I pulled out of the wash. Too much soap in the machine or something or rinse was not thorough enough. It did not do any damage and was pretty easy to wipe off but will leave noticeable streaks on windshield unless you wipe off with windex. Other than that no complaints, fast and easy. Would go back once machines are calibrated. Good luck. read more

I got here and the one 14 year old employee was pointing to turn my wheel to the right then I did so my car would get on the track , then it wasn't even aligned so I was in N , not moving then he says your car isn't in neutral so I point and show him it is then he's laughing While all of this was happening he's on his cell phone not even saying stop, go or wait. I'm not even upset or mad it was just a big waste of my time I shouldn't have to argue whether my car is in neutral or not if I can't see the track to drive on when he wasn't even paying attention and giving directions. read more

Poor quality, the deluxe wash does not even touch the windshield or the hood. As the vacuums, good luck finding one that works or has pressure. For a quick wash, the cost is way too much for what they offer. read more

Extremely friendly clerk at the terminal to help you out before you go into your car wash. The line wasn't too long and it actually did a great job for a drive-through car wash. I'd say it's on par with Costco almost. The perk is that over here, you get to vacuum your car's interior with their vacuum pipes and you also get to wipe down wet spots and stains that didn't come off in that same spot to make sure your car wash is sparkly clean. read more
