We called Magic Plumbing and they were here within an hour. We had a clog between the house and the street, further than 20 ft. from the house which is as far as the snake will go. They ran water and a 75 ft. power snake and the clog was gone. The whole process took about 20 minutes. When you call, mention that you found them on Yelp and they may give you a discount. read more

Rescue Rooter was about to rip me off. They were going to charge me $2800 to create a clean out, which did not even address the issue of the back up in my house. They wouldn't even snake the toilets so that we could use them for one more day before we left for vacation. Luckily, I called Magic Plumbing Co., and they came at 8:00pm that night and stayed until 10:30 to alleviate the major back up in my house. No emergency after hours charge = $180. BAM! We were happy with their service, so when we got back from vacation, we called them up again to address the back up issue. Sure enough, multiple cracks and root infiltration in the sewer line. He took the time to show me all the damage (via a camera) and the medusa lock of roots in our pipe. Rescue Rooter didn't show me anything. Ignacio and his crew were incredibly methodical and thoughtful, showing us what needed to be done and why. They are going to be our go to for plumbing. read more

I have used this company twice and both times Ignacio has been very professional and responsive.

It pains me to give such a low rating, but I had to. A few years ago, I had a wonderful experience with them. After that, I referred them to anyone who wanted a plumber: my neighbors my friends. But these past few months have been difficult, more like pulling teeth. I called texted and often I got no answer. The last time, we finally got an appointment, and guess what? NO-SHOW. I texted and asked if he was coming and he said he was delayed and will get back to me when he's done. NAH! I texted and texted and left messaged. NOTHING. I lost a lot of time because of people like Ignacio and Magic Plumbing. While I waited, my water heater did not get installed. I dislike unprofessional people. It's fine if you don't want the job. Just have the courtesy to let the customers know. Because of unprofessional people like him, I didn't get my water heater completed until 6 weeks later. I held out and waited because of the great work he and his crew did some years ago. I know ow not to go to this company again. Also, something odd this time too. When I call the office number, no one answers the phone anymore. It just goes directly to Ignacio's voicemail. There used to be someone, a staff member, who answered the phone. WOW! This business is totally awesome. I decided to get our entire "very old" plumbing under our house replaced as well as replacing our worn galvanized piping to cooper piping. I had interviewed 3 top rated plumbing companies to come out to evaluate the situation and get their estimated cost and timeline to get this done. Ignacio from Magic Plumbing came out to our home and was EXTREAMLY thorough in his evaluation. He went over all the details including how certain walls would be cut open to accommodate the new cooper piping, the replacement of our water heater, the premium types of American made materials they use (including type L cooper piping), etc. Although Magic Plumbing wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, we ended up hiring Magic Plumbing to do the job and couldn't be more satisfied with their workmanship. They were prompt, had an amazing crew that worked together extremely well and made sure our downtime without water to the house was minimal. Their clean up after the project was completed was amazing considering the size of this job. Basically all as we had to do was repaint the walls that they had cut open as their replacing of the sheetrock, taping and texturing was also done extremely well. Their attention to detail with the preparation of the new pipes, their extra securing of the pipes under the house to the quality of workmanship and materials they used was over the top.
