This is probably hands down one of the best pizza places in town. The owner and employees are very nice; I never had a problem with any transaction. For example, I mistakingly ordered baked wedges instead of fried wedges and without any problem it was exchanged. Wedges are definitely undefeated with an extraordinary taste and price. Best ranch to add even more flavor to their pizza, salad, wedges, etc,. Pizza has an unbelievable crunch with little to no crust which is great for people who don't prefer crust. They also offer a great selection to their pizza with Indian style veggie pizza. The flavor you get from their food is mouth-watering. As of late I have been extremely picky with pizza but also craving it more than usual. I think I've tried all the major key players in the pizza game, at least for Bakersfield and depending on my craving, that will change who I want to order from. Just recently at work my team decided to order in pizza instead of eating off site. We chose Magoos as it is down the street and can pick it up fairly easy. We called in our order right as they opened at 11:00am and was provided a pick-up time of 11:45am. We order the "Family Special" which consisted of a Large One-Topping pizza, an 8-piece order of Fried Chicken, an order of Potato Wedges, a large salad and a 2-Liter of our choice. On the coupon we have had for this special it did not provide information about how many slices for a large but we figured this would be enough for a team of five people. Upon arriving to pick it up just five minutes after our designated pick-up time, we were told it would take a few more minutes which we did not mind. They provided us a foil tin to build our large salad from their salad bar. We ended up purchasing another large salad because it seemed rather small and not enough for five people. For their salad bar it was a little depressing, majority of the veggies looked fresh except for the lettuce, some was withered which how can that be if they just opened, to me that is a little bothersome. The other issue I had was their "bacon", I prefer real bacon bits but they serve Bac-O's, that was a let down too. We brought everything back to work and found that the large had 12 slices so at least everyone was able to get 2 slices each. The pizza was fresh but didn't amaze me, I think PizzaRev has better sauce. The crust was decent but not alot of flavor. When I have to turn to dipping pizza into my ranch, that tells me the pizza is not so great. I know fried chicken is greasy but this chicken tasted like it marinated it oil then was fried and then slathered in oil and then fried again. Weirdly enough it had great flavor but too oily, it made me feel like i was going to need to scrub my face extra hard so I didn't get a pimple the next day. One superstar from this meal was the potato wedges, amazingly they were slathered in oil as were was the chicken. They were perfectly seasoned, crispy and paired well with the ranch. If I knew these were this good, I would have just ordered several pounds of it, never mind the pizza and chicken. Magoos is not one of my favorite pizza spots but it has now become my favorite potato wedge supplier! read more

This has always been our favorite pizza place! We have been with them since their location on stine. When we moved we were able to still be in delivery area to their place on district. We often get delivery, they are never late, food is always correct and hot. They have the best potato wedges hands down in all of bakersfield! I love their ranch as well.
