So I moved. moving isnt fun, cleaning is DEFINITELY not fun. so I called Maidly. They work with another company? when you actually book the service, it's through another company called Bay Area Pro Cleaning. Who cares what they are called as long as the service was good. And it was. Long story short, they arrived early, but miscommuniucation with their manager, they were waiting outside at my door while I was waiting for them in the car. I wished there were better communication when they arrive. Honestly, I live in a gated community, both times, the ladies were able to come to my door. Idk how they have the magic lock, but hey it works. Anyways, I dont have much to clean except very specific items: stove, fridge, vent and some windows. They came out professionally cleaned. I mean they are not new, but def move in condition. They will even come back if the job is not satisfied, which is a big plus for me since they did come back and clean the stove vent. Their minimum for deep cleaning is 2 hours 2 people team, $140. read more

Dina has been great from beginning to the end in explaining the pricing, options, the scope of cleaning etc. The team completed the job earlier than the initial estimate but there were spots that were not cleaned up properly. Some kitchen cabinets and appliances, and one of the bathrooms had points that were missed. But as soon as I reported this, they offered a free touch up the next day and took care of the problematic parts diligently. We moved into a new home a few months ago, and unfortunately the previous owners didn't have it cleaned before they moved out - the toilets were covered in soap scum, the showers were full of hair and rust, the counters and cabinets were sticky, etc.etc. I thought I could handle cleaning on my own but six months later I was still wasn't caught up, and nothing I did budged the soap scum and buildup on our toilets. Instead of upsetting me on added services, they suggested I start with the detail clean (I thought I needed an add on that focused on water stains/build up because of the disgusting build up in the bathrooms) and go from there. I really appreciated the honesty! Fast forward to actual cleaning (by Team Isabel (Mary & Mary) - WOW! I did not know my home could look so polished and beautiful! The best part? Somehow, they managed to get rid of all of the soap scum and mildew and mold and grime - our toilets look brand new. I have no idea how they did that but I'm eternally grateful. Scheduling their service had the added benefit that in order to get ready for their first visit, I was forced to do some long-overdue "spring housecleaning" ... resulting in the donation of scads of reusable-but-seldom-used kitchen and household items to Shelter Inc. of Contra Costa County (a local agency providing services to homeless vets and families (http://www.shelterinc.org). They only give "estimates" over the phone based on your home square footage and rooms and baths. Ok, so I have a 2 story house roughly 2300 sq feet, 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. I repeated twice 2 bedrooms will not be cleaned. Ha! Quote 6 hours over $300.00. I cleaned homes myself for 3 years and we have had our home cleaned now for over 18 years! Our current cleaner is unavailable, but she's 1 person and cleans our home in 4 hours. This service would have 2 people. So 2 people should get my house clean in 2 hours. There is no way I'm ever paying more than $300.00. Owner needs to relook at your quote process. This is a rip off! read more

We needed a first-time deep cleaning after moving into our home right before COVID-19 shut everything down. The house is a hundred-year-old fixer with some not-so-easy-to-clean surfaces, and while we'd been doing our best over the last 18 months to keep it up, it was becoming clear that it was time to get some help. My husband booked the first appointment and the staff were very easy to reach, very efficient and courteous, and we got set up quickly and easily. We needed a one-time deep cleaning, window and power washing of the exterior, and carpet and upholstery steam cleaning services, and Mary A. did a great job coordinating the arrival times for all services. We were given a 1 hour window in which to expect the housecleaners to arrive, and the window guys and then Jenny and Alex were very prompt. In spite of the year's accumulation of salt air and ash, the windows sparkled when the window cleaners were done. Jenny and Alex took on the big job of cleaning the interior of our somewhat cluttered home and they were very thorough and conscientious throughout the long day. I must say our fridge is now a joy to behold! The carpet and upholstery cleaners arrived later in the afternoon and again, did a great job.
