I recently had a deep cleaning with Team Daniela. Mary was very responsive in scheduling the appointment and updated rates from an earlier quote that I received. The crew arrived on time. Although they didn't speak English, the woman creatively used her phone translation app to communicate with me. I was working from home and they worked around me without disruption. They did a nice job and spent a lot of time scrubbing everything in the kitchen to be sparkling clean. Unfortunately, they scrubbed a bit too much with an abrasive cleaning agent on our toaster oven, which removed the nonstick coating of some of the surfaces and part of the labels on the dial. When I contacted Mary, she apologized and offered to make it up to us in some way, which we declined. We only asked that they be aware of this issue for future cleanings and clients. Lastly, when they were done, I had to sign a check-in/confirmation of their work. In the walk-through, I only found that they did not clean under the bed and they cleaned it right away. The customer service is very responsive and the rates are very reasonable for the service. Even though we had a few small issues, I believe they meant to do a quality job, but weren't aware and attempted to rectified the situation as soon as they were made aware of them. read more

Daniela and her team just blew me away! I recently booked a deep cleaning with Maidly as a gift for my Mom on her birthday. She was out of town and returned to a spotless home! This Review is for Bay Area Pro Cleaning/Maidly. The ladies that clean do a very good job. They arrive within their appointment window and are friendly and thorough. However, the company that manages the ladies is both expensive and inconsistent. Several times now they have rescheduled my standard cleaning appointment without notifying me either by phone or email. They rarely get back to you in a timely fashion and have missed multiple call back time frames. I would expect better service and professionalism from a company that is far more expensive than the competition. read more

I requested a deep cleaning from Maidly, and the team (Team Daniela) they sent did an excellent job. As advertised, base boards, appliances, floors, and windows were included. They were even able to remove scratches and discoloration from our black glass top stove that were left by a previous tenant. Given the size of our place, the job was done in a timely manner and within the allotted hours. The team also interacted with our doodle so he would be comfortable with them. Despite the good reviews, I had the worst first experience with house cleaning. I needed cleaning done because I have 2 small children and we are putting our house up for sale. I wanted peace of mind. The cleaners arrived on time. I walked them through the expectations. Shortly into the cleaning I noticed a bleach spot on the carpet. Then, they scratched my stainless steel sink while cleaning the oven racks, they used steel wool to clean my thermador stove which I questioned when I saw it, but the guy reassured me it wouldn't. They spilled wax on my plaster wall which stained the wall. Then, they broke the glass to one of the hanging counter top lights. I sent them home after that. I couldn't believe it! I was having the house staged and pictures taken the next couple of days so I was beside myself! So incredibly mad. the manager came and said they dont use bleach and asked if he could clean it. He came downstairs and apologized and said that it was bleach and it spread. So incredibly mad! Now dealing with the insurance company for all the damages. Save yourself from all this inconvenience and find another reputable company. Yelp reviews are not enough. read more
