The property was in a bad shape and frankly I was a little anxious about how good the results will be. The services provided were outstanding! The crew showed up on time and quickly got to work. They have worked tirelessly for hours and by the end of the day the property looked great. The crew paid attention to little details and left the house spotless. They are very polite and very hardworking. I felt like the quote and the final price were very fair. Great communication throughout too. I needed to get a deep cleaning done and contacted Maidly via Yelp. Dina was quick to respond and gave me clear information about what the deep clean included and the rates. I did speak with Dina over the phone since I had some questions. She was polite and clear in her responses. Scheduling was easy and they have cleaners available even on Saturdays (which is a challenge with many other cleaning agencies). They were able to send a cleaning crew the same weekend. The crew arrived on time, was diligent in their work and my home felt nice and clean after they were done. I would use Maidly again for any future cleaning needs. This is one of those things where I knew I need to really clean the house top to bottom but it seems so bourgeois and indulgent to hire a team of cleaners, not to insult the faithful bimonthly cleaner I've had forever. But the dust on the 10 foot high shelf was getting harder to ignore and this year is already bad for allergies. Anyway, Maidly was terrific. The computer presence is excellent and reassuring. The friendly but totally competent Mary handled me like a pro and walked me through and kept track all the way along. And it is soooooo worth it. Those places your mother would have told you to clean in the kitchen and your dad would assume you knew all those vents needed maintenance. Guys, it was worth it. Very much. I recommend them. Did I mention I highly recommend them? Team MJC was my team and they worked very hard and very efficiently. I had 2 guys with ladders who did the top of some high bookcase and shelves that were absolutely teeming with dust from many years. Plus I have a 90 pound German Shepherd and he does his share to contribute to the general mess. My partner who was against this whole cleaning deal came home unexpectedly and the minute he walked in the door he said "OOOOOO. This is good". It's just a leap of faith and acceptance of personal poor cleaning habits and a bit of money. They were great. One problem was the dog. I needed a move-out cleaning for a 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome within 48 hours... Maidly came to my rescue! Mary responded to my online query within an hour, told me that she had a team to help me meet my deadline. She kept in touch via phone and text to let me know the process, timing and estimated cost (which was very reasonable). Domingo & Andrea (Team Victor) arrived on-time, smiling and equipped for the job. They did excellent work, took care of the home, paid attention to detail, and even kindly helped me move final "stray" items to my car (without me even asking... they saw that I was overwhelmed, and they thoughtfully stepped in to help). They finished the job before the estimated time, leaving things shiny and clean. I saw the kitchen floor SHIIIIIINE like I hadn't seen in the entire time 3.5 years there - including when I moved in. I didn't know the floor could look that good! During the inspection later, the landlord remarked about the cleanliness of the unit, saying that the team that I used did a Great Job (she'd recommended another cleaner, who never responded to my calls). I hired Maidly when I was moving out of my house & requested a move out cleaning. The company got back to me right away & discussed everything that would be cleaned. They showed up on time & went right to work. The entire team of 4 went way above & beyond to help me that day. There were 2 gentlemen that refused to let me lift heavy things & took it from me & put it in the garage or my pick up truck. When I cleaned out the refrigerator & freezer, same thing, helped me carry it to my truck. Another lady also cleaned around my senior dog that was still in her crate & watched her for me while I ran an errand. The entire house was as clean as the day I moved in!!! I called about bi-monthly service and was delighted with how fast I got a call back. Mary explained the services they provided and once I decided to proceed the process was painless. I found Maidly here on Yelp. It was my 1st time using a professional cleaning service. Let me first say that Dannis and Jisella were amazing! We requested a deep cleaning, and they absolutely did just that! I think the job was more than they expected, but they worked very hard and were not bothered at all when they ended up having to stay longer to complete the job. I will definitely use them again. As a side note, the company name listed on here is "Maidly", however, the communications we received were from "CCPros dba Essential Service Pros". Not sure why all the different names...seems a little fishy...but we had a good experience and will use them again. read more

I use this company for cleaning service, and they called me and asked if I needed window cleaning as well. I hesitate, as every window service in the past was terrible. Due to the great cleaning service, I gave it a chance. Alex showed up at my home, was great with my three big dogs. my windows are amazing! He moved everything for me and accomplished 33 windows in three hours. I highly recommend this service!!!! read more

Two cleaners made my house sparkle with a deep clean - well, as much as it can. It's old and not the prettiest inside, but it's exactly what it needed. We'll be scheduling a monthly service from here on out! The scheduling process was incredibly easy, the cleaners were very respectful, and I was able to stay in the house and work while they cleaned. 1 star: I wasn't home when the cleaning crew were cleaning and I guess they weren't honest because clearly they didn't clean the things they said they will clean as part of the deep cleaning. Look at the photos. Updated to 5 stars: I received a call from the owner right after my review. He was a nice guy and offered a refund which I did not accept since it's really a tough time for small businesses due to COVID. He also offered free cleaning services which was a nice gesture but since we just moved in I couldn't accept it. The service and communication was exceptional from start to end and combimed with tough covid situation impacting small businesses I am updating my rating to 5 stars. read more
