I did my Livescan request for California Dept of Justice and the 1st time the copy of the paper has Erasure, I went back the next day because there were missing numbers on the ATI number and the lady that help me took my paper went at the back and wrote the missing number and LIED and tell my face that its not missing any numbers. They could have just corrected it byt instead lied about it and that was such an simole thing. FOR IMPORTANT MATTERS DONT DO YOUR STUFF HERE. I should have check the reviews here! We came to this business to make a Western Union transfer. We waited in line and when it was our turn, we told the person at the counter that we had two transactions. He said it was no problem. He processed one transaction. When it came to the second transaction, he LOUDLY told us in front of ALL the customers to go to Rite Aid because it took too long and there were other customers waiting, so he wouldn't help us. I don't understand why that was our problem. He is the owner. He should have staffed more people. We waited in line just like everyone else. He should serve people during their turn and continue serving them until it's finished. We were polite and didn't make a fuss. We would have gladly waited so he could finish assisting us. His employees are always able to assist me while continuing to serve the other people in line. Learn to multitask. I don't understand how this man can stay in business when he is this rude. I was a longtime customer and now I am NEVER using this business again. read more

I've been renting a mailbox from this place for the past 11 years, and still feel unwelcome and uncomfortable when I go in most of the time. The staff is unfriendly and the owner, Ray, is rude and nasty to customers. His attitude is a real turn off and uneasy to deal with! They've lost my mail, returned my mail and have put open mail in my box. Don't know why my mail appears open in my box, but it happened so many times that it's clear it is being done by their staff and on purpose. Even though I've been going there for 11 years they still don't remember my name or my box number. Further, their pricing to send out package is extremely overpriced. Do not rent a mailbox here! Martin the manager will not give you your packages even if your name is on them and you have a contract in your name. Super unprofessional business! I had to fax a 16 page document to start a new job. First, there were no prices posted for any of their services. Second, the lady working the front desk had terrible customer service skills. She was very cold and completely skipped over people in the line. She had a problem faxing my document so she blamed me for bringing in pages that stuck together. She had to have an associate help, who needed to use a different machine to fax the document. This second machine was very loud and this lady told me (along with other customers in line) that I was to blame for all of the noise. When my document had finally finished faxing (over 30 minutes later), I was charged $1 per page for the fax. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store again and wouldn't recommend their services to others. read more

First of all the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge me as I waited in the counter for about 3 mins in an empty store while she was on a computer but she knew I was there, a guy in the back had to tell her to help me. Then I ask if I can pick up a package and they said call dhl it's not here. Called dhl after I get home and they told me it was delivered there and then called mails and parcels and after 10 mins from just being and magically it's there. Horrible customer service. I recently moved from England to California and Mail & Parcel Plus has become my local post office. The post office system seems quite different in the US, waiting in long lines in UK post offices is the norm and often takes up alot of my valuable time so I was overjoyed to come across Mail and Parcel Plus - I find the efficient and friendly service a real bonus, the staff team are always charming and happy to have a chat - its really helped me settle into the area. Do not go here if you want the service you are paying for regarding overnight mail delivery. They just take your money and when UPS fails to live up to the service they sold they just whine about how it is not their fault and offer no assistance. I called them to notify them a package I paid for them to ship a week ago never arrived, the woman tried telling me there was nothing she could do because I didn't have a tracking number then placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up. Not to mention I spent $4 more to mail a package that didn't even include tracking info?...When USPS gives it for free, I should have known not to trust them. I was later told BY THE OWNER that he was too busy with other customers inside there to possibly even talk to me then. So why answer the phone, sir? He forced me to hold, then hung up on me. Went in there a few days ago to send some super early holiday gifts and I was very pleased with the staff. They were very knowledgable and were able to tell me about all of the different shipping rates to the UK as well as domestic mail to Texas. They had everything I needed from the packing supplies to the greeting cards. I do think that some of the shipping materials are marked up a tiny bit but its totally worth the convenience.
