    Gravity ropes

This was the PERFECT birthday party for a pre-teen. It was so easy to book online and I loved that we had the bowling lanes as a "home base" for the parents to sit and chat (and bowl a little) while we had some food and drinks and just let the kids run wild in the arcade. Jeremy (I think he was the manager?) welcomed us when we arrived and gave my daughter a bowling pin with her age on it and it was signed by the staff - VERY cool keepsake and it made her feel so special. Savannah was our server at the lanes and she was amazing. She checked on us regularly and I felt like we never had to wait for a drink to get refilled and our food came out pretty fast! I was also surprised by how much the food has improved since the last time I went to a Main Event. It was legit food with burgers and stuff like you might get at Chili's, way more on the menu than I expected! The ability to let the kids run around and have fun "without parents hovering" was seriously great for everyone. My daughter and her friends felt grown up and had so much fun while I got to relax and not worry. The only time I actually went with them was when they did gravity ropes and that was for pictures. FYI - the gravity ropes has the kids in harnesses so they can't fall and then they get to climb around like 20 feet in the air on balance beams and ropes. Some of the kids LOVED this, but we did have one that realized they were afraid of heights when they got up there. I didn't catch their name but the staff member that was up in the air with them was very kind and helpful to that kid, and I appreciated it so much. I'm just sorry I didn't get their name! At the end my daughter also got this crazy dessert thing in a big glass that had ice cream and cookies and a brownie - it was wild looking, but the kids loved it and everyone snagged bites. I'm 100% doing another party here because it was so much easier than planning stuff myself or trying to do it at my house or a park.

At Family Kitchen; great welcome and service by Jacob. He also prepares a good Margarita and caters to our granddaughters wishes of special Icee mixes. Great vibe and ambiance. Our granddaughters ages 9 & 6 are delighted. Food is mediocre but not bad. It is what you would expect at an arcade / bowling. The front desk folks are not good at explaining what the place is all about, but you can figure it out. Better experience thanks to Jacob and the team there.

We recently attended a Christmas Breakfast event at Main Event. I signed us up some my son's birthday was on the same day and figured it would be a good way for him to play since he didn't want a party. For the event & purchase of a ticket, they provided breakfast, cookie decorating, picture with Santa, "snowball" fight, plus game play and other activities. It was a fun event and ask the workers were great. I'd do it again if my kiddos wanted to.

Here to review this masterpiece of a dessert probably over 5,000 calories. It's a huge pile of junk mixed together but somehow my sweet tooth thought it was pretty good!

Well we know it's no D&B but can some upgraded games be added to this place. Was disappointed when I drove here to play bowling and it was rented out by a church , bummer. Lots of little kids work here, and they are just as confused as me on a hot day in winter. No coordination, no communication.

Came to Main Event for a work party and oh my goodness, it was a blast! The service was great and the food was delicious as well. I ordered the grilled buffalo chicken wrap and it was SO YUMMY!!! Also y'all, don't forget to order their AMAZING dessert! It had ice cream, brownies, cookies, sour strips, and donut holes, which is a little something for everyone! I also loved their laser tag arena and they kept it at a nice colder temperate as well in the area since you'll be moving around quite a bit! Would definitely come back here next time because it was so much Dunn

Like Prime Time but way bigger. Pool tables, video games, food, and bowling. Fun place that was packed, of course.

The guy managing it has a lot of patience dealing with some of the craziness abound. Kudos to him. He was helpful and very nice. I reserved bowling online and got sticker shock. For two adults and 3 kids 6 and under for one lane came out to a hair over $100 for Friday night. I was really turned off by the online convenience fee of $8. The process was easy though and check in a good experience. They had the names populated for thr game. Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. Food ordering was straightforward. The person that took care of us was Thai. I got to give him credit as he was a one man show it seemed. Bartending, taking orders and making sure we're were taken care of. The pizza was horrible. Fries were better. Cocktails were good. Food pricing was reasonable. All in all, it's a good choice if you are looking for a less chaotic place for family or even a date.

He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

We got an appetizer two entrées and a dessert along with 2 90 minute unlimited gameplay cards. My wife and I had an amazing experience beginning with the service. Our waitress was very friendly did a very good job of explaining the package and made sure that we had a great experience throughout the night. For the appetizer, my wife and I ordered the pretzel dogs and I am not kidding when I say these are some of the best pretzel dogs that I've ever had. It was also accompanied by a cheese sauce that had a little bit of a kick with possibly some paprika mixed it. It was the perfect combo and it was a great bite, dipping the hotdog into the cheese sauce. This will definitely be on the rotation for when my wife and I come back to Dave & Buster's. For entrées, my wife ordered the sirloin steak and I ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak. For Dave and Busters not being a steakhouse, these steaks were very good and definitely over exceeded my expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked and had very good seasoning and some very good flavor around it. I usually do not recommend ordering steaks outside of a steakhouse but my wife and I decided we were trying to be a little bit healthier, but and I would recommend the sirloin steak option if you're looking for something a little bit healthier at Dave & Buster's. The fries are very good and also very well seasoned. The steak also came with some frazzled onions. They were also very good and having a bite with the steak the frazzled onions and some fries was what's wrong Luca a tasty bite. To close out our dinner, my wife and I ordered the brownie sundae and it was a slam dunk and capped off a perfect rotation for our dual meal. The brownies were not too rich, and that ice cream was very good and it was the perfect combination. The restaurant had a great atmosphere over overall and after our dinner, we went ahead and took advantage of unlimited play for an hour and a half and I was reminded of my childhood and how much fun I had at Dave & Buster's and was glad that my wife recommended doing this as a date night suggestion for Valentines. Especially for a Friday night it was not overly crowded. We did not have to wait to play any of the games that we wanted Luca Luca, and they had a greatest assortment of different types of games to play they kept that's very entertained for the whole hour and a half. This was a great experience. The food was delicious. The gameplay was a lot of fun and felt for $100 that this was extremely great value will definitely look at coming back to Dave & Buster's for future date night occasions and taking up some of the other different dining and gaming options.
