Pros: lots of activities for everyone and it was clean. Bowling, laser tag, arcade, and bar/food. Cons: None of the employees know what they are doing. If you ask for any type of service outside of their computer they will be lost. I arrived with my own bowling shoes and was told by an employee that I can't wear my own shoes. After a confusing conversation with the employee they went to grab a manager to approve it. I tried to order a food and play card before I sat down to bowl. I wanted to play while I waited for my bowling lane but wanted to eat at the table while I bowled. I waited awhile before the manager came by and told me that I could not do that because the food and play card is designed so that you eat then go play. If I try to get the card before the food, they will lose my food in the kitchen. I'm just as confused as you are and thought the manager should've had some kind of solution other than telling me to kick rocks. My pizza came with toppings on less than half the pizza. The employee looked confused on what to do and I had to wait for the managers approval to remove the price of the toppings before I could pay the check. The service was rough and when you're spending a couple hundred dollars you don't want to wait around for managements approval or be told you cant play games before you get your food. read more

Came here to go bowling with some friends last night on 5/31. We paid for vip and was not in the vip section. Took about ten minutes to get our bowling shoes, mind you it was not busy. The host never came to our table to take our order. She was spotted multiple times on her phone in the corner. We then asked one of the employees if he could have her come to our table for our order and she never came. By that time we were over the service and went somewhere else after to eat. The staff(Isaac,kayla, and joel)were so helpful they helped us through everything. My gun jammed like Ceaser from on my block but she came to the rescue and fixed my gun. Our hostess was Heaven, I can't thank her enough for ensuring our food and drinks came out on time and helping reserve a time slot of our boys to play laser tag. Literally don't recommend this place it's SO expensive over $100 for just a party of 2. the workers are rude and will judge you and keep staring at you making you feel so uncomfortable. if you want a good place to have fun go to bullwinkles down the street. such a better price and better workers. Main event has a lot of activities for the kiddos we love it here been coming every other weekend or when we have the chance since it has opened ! We also enjoy the food as well our favorite is the fried pickles .they do very well in service as well ! read more

Loved this place, first time trying this place over the weekend and had an amazing time. The food was great! Loved the appetizer meal, and hot honey pizza. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. When we got to the arcade section of the location everything was cleaned, working, and just good vibes overall. We had a softball team party at this location on Wednesday, everything was going well until a 10-11 year old kid in laser tag took his gun and threw it at my 8 year old daughter's face. Before entering laser tag one of our team moms asked the workers to split the groups because it was too many of them inside and they denied her request. She was also concerned because our girls are 8-9 and these boys were older but the workers of course denied her request. The managers were aware of the situation and i felt as if they didn't care. They first told me to wait so I can make an incident report but after waiting about 30min they told me they couldn't do anything for me. This place should have more safety rules or employees that make reasonable decisions maybe it would've avoided my daughter's lip, gums and forehead to bleed and bruise. They also said they were going to give me a call back regarding the incident and I still have not received a call. Most likely won't be returning here. read more

My group had an amazing time at main event. Today 1/24 was our first time coming in, we dropped in randomly around 11:30pm after seeing a movie. We played gel blasters and unfortunately my gun was jammed. but the manager, I didn't catch his name unfortunately, a taller Asian man with dark hair, gave us great customer service and was very accommodating and he gave us time to play some games. The place smells like old farts, kids were running around everywhere screaming. They forgot half of my order.

I waited 30 minutes for someone to take my order, the food isn't good it's cold. Customer service is poor, I waited 40 minutes to pay. They mixed up the orders, a lot of the employees stood around pretending to clean tables. They forgot our wings our ranch, the gave us the wrong wings, and they gave us the wrong drink. read more

Main event is a great place to take the family out. There is plenty of parking. Food is fresh and customer service is excellent. We purchased a $50 game card for four people and we played for about 2 hours. We will be back soon. read more

Galilea was very friendly and helpful at the point redemption booth. Moziah was helpful when our card did not dispense from the vending and helped us out quickly. Prices for food and drink are reasonable and the bowling has fun mini games. I'd come back for sure on a weekday when bowling is half price or on mondays.
