Just had our son's birthday party of 10 on Saturday late afternoon. First time having a party here. Our party host MJ made it such a positive and wonderful experience with her attentiveness and above & beyond customer service-thank you MJ, you were awesome! She checked in with our party often, was there to answer all our questions/requests and refilled drinks when they were low, without us asking for a refill. She made it easy for us so we could just sit and enjoy! Our server (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was also great-attentive, friendly and checked in often to make sure we were okay with food. The pizzas (included with our package) came out in a timely manner, about 30 minutes into bowling as did the additional food we ordered a la carte. Since the facility is fairly new, it is clean and spacious and they played pretty good music! Will definitely be recommending Main Event to others, especially for parties! read more

Had a party today for my daughter's 8th birthday, Everything came out to be so perfect!! Our hosts Victoria and Chris were so nice and really on it with everything when our pitchers were low they would go straight to the kitchen to fill up, the pizzas arrived 10 mins after we started playing which was hot and ready for us, the pizzas tasted great! Laser tag and arcade was included in our package as well which the kids really loved . All my guests were complementing on how great of an experience they were having and how nice it is inside. I walked into this place just to take a look and it was pretty good. There was bowling and plenty of arcade games and even laser tag. I saw that children eat free on Tuesdays, so I decided to grab a bite with my toddler son. I saw that there was only one other family seated already, so I thought it was a good opportunity to try out the food when it was not busy. I waited at the host station to be seated for a few minutes and no one came. I grabbed a menu and thought we had to seat ourselves, but there were signs on all the tables that said to wait to be seated. I waited a few more minutes when one of the servers saw me and immediately walked away. That's when I walked away. Maybe give this place a few more months before you stop and visit. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Although we only went bowling which was fun and went well. We did have to wait about an hour for a lane but we were able to leave the area and wander the bookstore. We did walk through the arcade, which was very loud and jarring with all the flashing lights. Our 1st time here we took our daughter and our granddaughter for some lunch and bowling. We went on St Patty's day and had a great time! We were greeted by Daisy and she was so helpful with explaining how things work. We did some bowling and ordered a lunch specials that included fun cards for the arcade side. I went on opening day so everything was super clean .Team members were friendly but seemed lost at times. A lot of them didn't know what was going on. Service was great at 1st.. The food was just ok. I ordered chicken wings extra crispy. They came back, soggy and soft, but the pretzel bites were good. I was sharing my wings with a friend so we asked for a extra ranch dressing. We had to go through three different people to finally receive it because there was an extra charge for it. Wow for ranch dressing really. After visiting the Main Event in Arizona, we were excited for this but tuned out to be nothing like the other location. Much smaller AND if you go for the bar don't get mixed drinks! I ordered a Jameson Sprite and the shot glass was half the size of a normal shot. Had to make it a double to taste any of the alcohol. We have been planning a get together for our kids with their friends. We saw the Fun Day Deal on the website for $29.99. We called the Main Event location multiple times to confirm the details of the package and understood that it was available everyday without any reservations (walk-in only). When we called again the day of the event, we were told that the package is no longer available on Saturdays. The promotion was changed just 1 day before our planned event. We spoke with the manager (Keith). He tried to be helpful, but he could not do much. The most helpful was one of the staff (Val). She explored different options looking for something comparable and her service deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, we couldn't find anything similar. It is disappointing that customers are not given any advance notice for changes, like a one week or more notice time frame. This establishment is being run like a mom and pop place and not like a true corporate company like Chuck E Cheese or Round One. read more

The place is great, it's new and clean. Lots to do. Good and drinks are good as well. However, we have come two twice and both fined they have ran out of Brussels sprouts. You would think they would plan the portion out for the weekends. I literally have to come on a weekday to just get an order of Brussels sprouts, which is annoying. Then to top it off the second choice appetizer I pick the Queso is also out. So come early on weekends if you want to make sure they'll have all food items. read more

I was here yesterday with friends and family we wanted to try some food. We were sat down pretty fast for it being saint pattys. The server was first off so rude like she had an attitude because she had to work, also a big health code violation she had long chipped nails and was handling our food with no gloves!? We put in our drink orders didn't see her till like 15 minutes later I got the Sunny side up burger because I read the description and it sounded good. Food came like 20 minutes later just to see my burger didn't have the caramelized onions it said in the description they gave me raw purple onions and that with the egg just threw the whole burger off. I politely told the server the burger was done wrong that the onions were supposed to not be Raw. She tried to gaslight me because she took the menus away and said the sunny side up burger didn't have any Caramelized onions, I looked on the menu online and showed her she has a big ol attitude that I asked her to send it back and remake the burger correctly! Negative energy from the beginning I'm surprised they still have this gurl working?! Like how are you gonna lie to a paying customer who spent $130 on food for a party of 6 people and say that I'm wrong when it's online on the menu. She took my food back and I waited another 25 minutes to bring out my burger and everyone at my table was done eating!. At that point just refund me the money if you don't wanna do your job correctly. I understad mistakes happen but to gaslight me and say it doesn't come with Caramelized onions when it says so?! Come on now do better. I probably won't be back wouldn't recommend because first off DIRTY LONG ACRYLIC NAILS TOUCHING OUR FOOD! and blaming the customer for the cooks mistake I took a picture of my food before I ate it and you can see the RAW RED ONIONS I didn't notice because I was hungry until that nasty first bite. Do better and don't blame the customer for YOUR MISTAKE. And practice simple health code violations . I don't remember my servers name but she has grey long acrylic nails that were chipped and had dirt under her nails she was a heavy set girl. Didn't bother giving me a receipt, just rude all around I asked for a manager and not 1 person came to see me. 1/10 wouldn't recommend. Take accountability please. read more

Cool looking place with some extra special ambiance. The arcade and pool tables are great and quite plentiful to enjoy. The workers were very welcoming and knowledgable about their establishment. The food was decent, as always could get a slight improvement but nothing to complain. There are always events there like birthday parties and looks like people are having fun and the hostesses are very helpful. Extremely disappointed we just spent soooo much on my daughters birthday. We where told unlimited cheese pizza in our package which I had requested to be upgrade to be pepperoni pizza and we would pay extra, didn't happen they said that we maxed out at pizzas. So un organized adults where told no to get pizza from the children's food table but the adult pizza was never served in the adult section. When the children finally sat down to eat there was no pizza left. There was No beverages because there wasn't enough pitchers. I wasn't given the bowling lanes I had requested because one lane didn't work and they never bothered to replace the lane. My daughter was suppose to be given a 1000 credit playcard to play in the arcade, I don't even know if I received it because they didn't explain which one was the birthday girls. I was told not to bring anything from the outside because everything would be taken care off and it wasn't. I love this place. Today is February 28th, 2026. I brought my toddler here for fun and he's only 3. Long story short, there's a game in here called Human Crane. Only allow 42" inches tall up. My son is only 40" inches tall and mind you he was wearing crocs. He saw all these kids getting inflatable toys from there but he's not allow to play coz he's small. I felt so bad, I'm that mom when my child ask for something I will have a bad day if he doesn't get it, so I went on a mission looking for somebody(employee) who can help me solve the problem coz this boy is already sad. Went to the front cashier where you get prizes, the guy told me they can't coz it's their policy which I understand and he was so sweet and nice about it, I respect that, I came back and told my baby that I can't get it even if I buy it. He was even more sad. I did not wanna leave the place until I get my son one so I went and looked for the manager. Jimmy the manager was on duty, he came I explained him what had happened and he immediately said, just come here pay $20 and have him pick whatever he wants. I was so happy. My husband and I bring my son here every other weekend and this is why. The service, the food, the environment, the people, the place is wonderful. I'm so thankful for Mr Jimmy for helping me. First time going to main event, got invited to there grand opening. I took my three year old son, my wife , sisters and brother in law. We had an amazing time. The party planning area ran like a clock. The bowling area was large with plenty of staff waiting to help. The kitchen brought our food out fast even with a bus load of customers. The drinks were amazing !! We had the pizza and beer on tap. The games ALL WORK lol which is key for my son. We really enjoyed out visit here, the environment was fast paced but we didn't feel like we were at a theme park. Since the grand opening we have gone five more times. Went in on Friday morning, was greeted by a few people by the front of the store. We went in and wanted to bowl, we were not disappointed with the ambiance and the look of the place. Once we got our lane ready, they brought us our bowling shoes and we were again greeted by a friendly waiter named Daniel who asked if we wanted drinks and food. We've been here once before and had an okay time but today we came in for a birthday and had a terrible time. Every staff member we interacted with had an attitude, from the waitress at the restaurant who abandoned our table for almost 30 minutes before complaining to us about serving groups, to the man at the gel blasters who told us it was our fault our equiptment didn't work and who we then overheard gossiping about us to other staff members. the food and drinks are pretty good for the price when you can get service but the arcade selection is a little disappointing. The entire venue is also overwhelmingly loud. overall you're better off going elsewhere. read more

We decided to give this place a chance again after a softball game. We were a table of 7, 3 kids and 4 adults. Gnats were infesting the restaurant and bar area, we killed at least 6 sitting at our table. Our server forgot a kid's drink, we had to ask her twice for it. We ordered a chicken sandwich, with no onions and cut in half, a pizza platter and a classic platter. She input chicken tenders so we had to wait another 20 mins for the wrong sandwich to come out, my kid is allergic to onions unfortunately. She offered cheese and pepper with the pizza but never brought it. She offered ranch and never brought it. We asked for dessert for the kids, she never rang it in. Went to the bathroom and there was actual poop on the floor, no toilet paper and no toilet seat covers. We went up the bar and let the kids play games. We were approached some guy wearing a Lakers jersey wearing sunglasses offering us coke....mind you this was 7:30 at night. We promptly decided to grab our kids and leave. read more
