I found this company on the Thumbtack app, their advertised quote (see screenshot) for swapping a toilet was $125 which was below the area estimate average of $150 - 200 so I hired them and they sent out a plumber who did the job in an hour and then I was invoiced $640. I talked over the phone and couldn't get the owner or a manager to talk to me, they made me go through the poor receptionist who said they'd lower the price to $480. To be nice and to just get this over with I told them I'd pay the high range on the area average which was $200. They refused and sent the plumber back to swap the toilets again. I thought that was pretty petty but I didn't realize just how stupid and petty the owner was until I wrote a negative review on Google (please look for it) and the owner then called me on the phone from an unlisted number and asked me to remove my review and when we started going back and forth and in the middle of our "discussion" he hung up on me and then responded to my Google review by calling me cheap and hoping "I learn from this." I hope you learn that trying to cheat your customers and pissing them off by hanging up on them and calling them names does nothing but motivate them to really stick it to you in reviews.
