Best technician that I have ever used! Dependable, fair, and honest. Had the part to repair my dryer, right on his truck!

We were sent a text by LG that this was an authorized repair company for our LG washer and they would be calling to set an appointment to look at our washer that was still under extended warranty. Called and left a message and also texted the same day to set up an appointment. They never returned my phone calls. Two days later received a call from the technician that he was in our driveway to make the repairs. We both work and no one had bothered to call and make an appointment to come out. My husband had to rush home from work and was told that the pump was out and they did not have one but would have to be ordered. After a week, I called and was told the part had not come in but would be in the next day. This was on Thursday. Finally on Monday, we received another call from the technician saying the part was on his truck and he was ready to install. Again, no call was ever received to make an appointment. He told us that he would there in 1 hour so again we rushed home from work and 3 1/2 hours later technician was still not there. I messaged the tech to see when he would be there. No answer. I called the office and I got no help from them. I told him that I had already left messages for the technician. I finally received a text from the tech saying he had misrouted the call and was on another call and had another one scheduled. What! I was still trying to find out what time he would be there and couldn't get an answer. My cell went dead so I called him from my office phone but the calls went straight to voice mail. I tried several times with no response. He then responded that there was no need to blow up his phone because of a scheduling mistake. I replied that I was just trying to get a straight answer as to what time he would be out. They ended up not even coming out this day but the next. This is a very unprofessional company and it sounds like they are very unorganized with no customer service skills. I would NEVER refer them to anyone. I have never heard of a repair company that doesn't make appointments but calls when they are in your driveway. read more

Was very fast and affordable! We had been taken advantage of by a different company and he really took care of us!!

First off, I do not normally comment on other customer's comments but in this instance, I will. I am going to have to side with Ms. Vipra (even though I never met the woman) based on my own experience with appliance repair companies. To charge an astronomical fee just to come out to diagnose a problem and then markup the cost of repairs is outrageous! Some appliance companies diagnose and fix nonexistent problems with a higher price tag, rather than address the real issue. If you are a fair and reputable appliance company, I sense a customer would move forward with the service. Obviously, this company has no sense of customer service treating a customer like this by blasting her on Yelp for stating her opinion. The fact that Major Appliance came after this woman like this raises the hairs on the back of my neck. Buyer beware! read more

This is why Yelp is great. Needed to change the suspension on my washer, tried to DYI but the YouTube videos made it look much easier than it actually was. Messaged Major Appliance and within minutes had a quote and same day appointment. They were very knowledgeable and polite, finished the job in no time and even fixed a drain issue I've had on my dishwasher. Price was lower than they quoted online. Can't say enough how pleased I am! They contacted me right away per my inquiry on Yelp. They were able to come out within a few hours and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were so great! ..and funny too! They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They got my Liebherr Refrigerator /Freezer checked out and corrected the problem. They noticed another issue with the way the fridge door was closing and took the time to fix that too! Price was very reasonable. My refrigerator stopped working right before Christmas, I call LG for repair. Major appliance took this job. They came to my house and figure out that the compressor was broken, but they don't have it in hand. They asked us to contact LG company to see if they can ship a new one to us, meanwhile Major appliance kept trying to find one as quick as possible. LG can not do anything on this.When we thought we might not have refrigerator to us for new year, a message followed by a phone call came in and informed us they received compressor and would come to have it replaced for us. It was about 6pm on 12/30. They came and replaced it quickly and carefully. And they even fixed minor issue on my refrigerator door when I just mentioned it. Now my refrigerator works very well.
