Always an amazing mix of flavors. I love how the fusion comes together. the masala queso is amazing and i really love their appetizers as well. There are plenty of vegetarian options. The food came out fast and the service was great. We sat outside and the seating was perfect.

I love this place, it's great for a family dinner! I got the Masala Chicken Burrito Bowl and the quantity was perfect for me. The dish is very flavorful too. The Vegetable/Chicken+Shrimp Fajitas were both delicious. The Pomegranate Margarita was pretty strong, and tart! A World Cup game was playing during our meal, and they were playing it across the TVs, which made the vibe of the place very fun. Our waiter was very nice, and our food came out rather quickly.

I will always say yes if you ask me to go to Mama Tigre. I just love the marriage of Indian and Mexican flavors -- its fusion at its best. Enough said. I would love to say that I have a favorite, but I try something different every time and I have yet to be disappointed. I have done the butter chicken tacos (*chefs kiss), the Paneer con Poblano (savory comfort food at its best), pollo en mole (ok, I have had this one multiple times - guilty), butter chicken enchiladas (a match made in heaven) - just to name a few. Needless to say, in an area that has so much to offer and so many things to try, we come back here time and time again. If you were skeptical about the fusion, you are missing out!

If I had a sixth star to give, Mama Tigre would be the first honorary recipient. Fusion cuisine, by its nature, is taking a risk into uncharted territory. Will the Indian spices complement or distract from the foundational Mexican dishes? Will my comfort food burrito be overwhelmed by masala? Or will it explode with new life? I hope it's clear to everyone that Mama Tigre exceeds all expectations, complimenting each dish and truly taking them to the next level with innovations in flavor combinations and exceptional delivery of even the simplest plates. The restaurant itself has lovely art that similarly mixes the two cultures and is really just nice to find yourself distracted by. Our server was fantastic, patient as I perused the menu, yet quick to refill our drinks whenever needed. Please give Mama Tigre a try if you're in the area, you will not regret a single bite.

It was my first time here. Cute spot in front of the post office with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is parking right outside of the restaurant. They have several seating areas including the bar, high top tables and another dining area. I wows seated immediately as they have hosts at the front of the restaurant. Happy hour is Mon-Fri 3-6:30pm: For a drink I ordered the mango lassi which was pretty tasty and it came without ice so it wouldn't be watered down. You also get that complimentary basket or tortillas and salsa.

The food here is really innovative and delicious! I don't see many Indian/Mexican fusion places around here, and definitely not tasty as the food here was. We got the ceviche and masala queso as our appetizers which were really tasty and enjoyable. For our entrees, I got the enchiladas with the special toppings (which was like the masala queso and other sauces which was well worth it) and I like how you can pick different fillings so I got the chicken tinga in one and bean and cheese in the other and my partner got the naan tacos which were interesting and delicious. I'm deducting a star because they don't have a system to reserve a table and with a popular place like this, you can end up waiting a while (I actually tried to come here before and we left with the insane wait). Our server forgot about the drinks we ordered so we didn't get them until our entrees came. Also, this is picky but the to-go containers are really not good. They were the clear flimsy plastic ones and had 3 compartments so everything leaked into each other by the time we got home. All in all though, we did enjoy it here and plan on returning!

Mama Tigre is an absolute culinary revelation! I had never imagined combining Mexican and Indian flavors before, but they do it with such creativity and skill, it just works perfectly. This is one of the most exciting and unique concepts I've tried in a long time. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The way they blend the vibrant spices of India with the fresh, zesty components of Mexican cuisine is masterful. The flavors are bold, complex, and incredibly satisfying. Beyond the incredible concept, the restaurant offers fantastic value. The portions are big--you definitely won't leave hungry!--and the price is very decent for the high quality and inventive nature of the food. If you're looking to break out of your usual dinner routine and try something genuinely new and delicious, you have to go to Mama Tigre. Bring an appetite and prepare to be impressed by this brilliant fusion!

Love this combination of cuisines! I've been here many times and it never disappoints with food. It is a true fusion of flavors with almost every dish and I love the seasonality of dishes and how they change it up. Only had the mango margaritas here and they're amazing! Service is fast but wish they took reservations, especially for dinner time since it's always so busy. Ambiance is lively and good vibes all around. They need to open another location closer to Ashburn so I can come more often!

This is a well run restaurant. A very contemporary food theme, both Mexican and Indian. Mixing them together to have a great menu that is enjoyable. It's hot to have the friendly welcoming spirit start from the entrance. Service is very accommodating and excellent. Menu takes care of carnivores, gluten free, vegans and of course vegetarians. Nice bar menu. For portions are excellent and pricing system to excellent value.

Love Mama Tigre. Went for a late lunch, quick stop off I-66. Great lunch menu. We were seated quickly and enjoyed a relaxed lunch. Fast and attentive service. The ambiance is always fun and cheerful here. For came out quickly, hot and fresh. I particularly liked the rice. But everything was good. Recommend. Great place to celebrate an occasion.

Our group met for lunch. It's easy to get a seat when you are the first ones to arrive. Our server brought out complimentary chips and salsa. We indulged in a second helping of chips and additional bowls of the fresh salsa. It a was a blend of pico and salsa. Server was very attentive. She made sure we had enough beverages. Food was fresh. The blend of Indian and Mexican had us ordering some butter chicken fusion and enchiladas. The fresh pico really added to the taste of my enchilada. I do wish the portion was a bit bigger. The taquito was super tiny.

Really enjoyed coming to this Mexican Indian fusion spot. We got started with chips and salsa, which I thought were super thin fresh and delicious. The menu was pretty extensive and reasonably priced. I got the butter chicken and it was great. It had a lot of flavor and I got to have it again for lunch the next day. We went on a Monday night and there was a senior discount special which is 20% off for the senior. I would love to come back for happy hour and continue trying different items on the menu. The waiter was pretty attentive and quick to get what we needed.

A delicious fusion of savory Mexican and Indian food! We had to wait 30mins on a Monday for a table and the food is almost worth it! The service is a little slow so yes obviously you'll fill up on chips and take your entree home. Highly recommend Kathi rolls and masala burrito.
