This is the only kind of donuts I would eat, especially when it is freshly cooked. Either plain or with raspberry sauce and chocolate sauce tastes great.

Donut bites with white chocolate and raspberry on one, and chocolate and caramel on the other. Delicious!

Their apple cider donut bites are delicious! I asked for their recommended toppings, which they said were raspberry and white chocolate - gave them a go and they did not disappoint! Warm, fluffy, coated in sugar and a perfect drizzle - yum! My husband got the chocolate and caramel topping which was also pretty good but very rich haha. Highly recommend giving them a try! :)

To the apple cider donuts at Mama's Donut Bites: You rock; don't ever change. Nothing beats a cold winter day like these warm, soft and fluffy, apple cider donuts covered in cinnamon sugar. I drizzled mine with chocolate to be extra decadent. These little donut bites are AMAZING! The donuts were light as a cloud, hot and fresh, and had a little bit of crunch from the cinnamon sugar coating. I'm a big fan of texture in my food, and the crunch from the sugar balances the pillowy donuts perfectly. I can't think of any other apple cider donuts that come close to Mama's Donut Bites. Service was quick and the guys running the truck were friendly. Give this pink food truck a try!

What did I see this morning on my commute into work? Scrumptious, sinful, bite sized donuts!

I can easily see why mama gave up the real estate business to run a food truck! The clientele (like me) is loyal and most appreciative - and for good reason too! All the donuts are one flavor - they are small enough not to feel guilty over, and are not smothered with massive cavity-forming frosting. $3 will get you half a dozen delightful bites served in a brown paper bag. Better buy two, coz I could eat a bag in one sitting!

Let's see what the hype is all about! Pretty pink truck!

This was a random find and soooo glad I did! I happened to see the pink truck from afar while lunching at Farragut square park and decided to pull up the reviews. Everyone seemed to be raving about the apple cider donuts on the reviews so I decided to walk up to the truck and see what the flavor of the day was (they only serve one flavor a day). Lucky me, it was apple cider! I love the fact that they have several different kinds of 'sauces' in the window which you can use to dunk your donut bites in. I settled with chocolate and raspberry (fave combo). Back at the office, I pulled out a donut to 'taste' and save the rest for later (got the 6 minis). Alas! the saving did not happen since the donut bite was sooo delish that I finished my 6 minis in one sitting and was glad that I was far away from the truck because that would have only resulted in me buying another batch! Definitely get the donut bites if you see the pink truck! They are light and yummy with just the right hint of flavor!

Choosing to have Mama's Donut Bites at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!! EVERYONE is still talking about how Shawn and Allison had HOT donuts at their wedding!! My husband and I have a history of going to concerts and getting mini donuts. The first time we had Mama's Donut Bites was at Farm Aid back in 2016, and they were unforgettable! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend hiring them!! -The raspberry filled made my eyes roll back in my head!!

Look for the super cute pink truck!

Truthfully, I never had a donut from a food truck until Mama's Donuts came to my job's event. Holy smokes, her donuts are delicious and you can add toppings like raspberry jam, chocolate syrup, etc. As for servings, you only get 6 bite size donuts smothered with sugar and spice or powder sugar. My collegues and I got the famous apple cider. Yummmmy! The prices seems to vary but from what I was told 6 for $3 to $5...depends on the flavor of the day. The customer service was good but the lady had no life in her. Would be nice to see a smile. Overall, easy to work with and seems like a great business to work with if you're planning any events. Can't wait to try other flavors!

    Warm donuts!!!

These donuts are no joke. Fluffy, fresh, light but also thick, and perfect amount of sweetness. You can tell everything is made fresh in-house and the service is exceptionally wonderful. On this day I was in The Dairy Godmother and noticed that Just Fine was also located there, so it was a good opportunity to try. It was a Saturday night almost 9pm and I didn't realize they were about to close. When I ordered my donut, I asked if I was getting ice cream too, should I pay separately or together and I was informed that since they were about to close, the donuts were free! And they asked if I wanted to try any others. So I got: mango tajin, chocolate cake (not pictured) and chocolate glazed. The chocolate cake was dry and didn't have much flavor. The chocolate glazed was my favorite. The donut was cakey and reminded me of some sweet treat from my childhood that I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe some of the Entenmann's donuts? Anyway, it was really good for being a simple and plain donut. The manjo tajin wasn't bad. It's a plain vanilla cake donut with the mango and tajin in the icing. The flavors were good, but it wasn't worth me finishing. I love donuts and I love specialty donuts. While they may have some, this wasn't a place that I will include in my regular donut rotation, but I'm glad I finally got to try them.

The shop is super clean and has a modern, welcoming energy that works whether you're grabbing a quick treat or sitting down for a full meal. I love the spacious vibrant design of this place, plenty of seating and standing area. I came for the donuts but stayed for the quality. I tried the Black Forest Vegan Donut, and it was soooooooooo delicious. Sometimes vegan pastries can be hit-or-miss with texture, but this one was spot on... rich, flavorful, and definitely a must-try. I wish they have a few more options for vegan donuts though. I had try Kings Hot Cocoa with Oatmilk, so happy they have non-dairy milk substitutions available. I love that they use housemade cocoa here. It's a more sophisticated version of hot chocolate, definitely more bitter than sweet, next time I will ask for chocolate sauce to be added to off balance the bitterness. It's rich and authentic, not that powdery artificial stuff you find at chains. I was surprised by their huge variety. Beyond the wall of donuts, they have a full breakfast menu, plus happy hour and drink specials. It seems like a great place to transition from a morning coffee to a late afternoon cocktail. They also have a rewards program, which is a no-brainer to sign up for if you live in the area with just your phone number. The staff was very nice and patient while I was deciding (it's hard to choose when everything looks so good!). The whole place is very well-kept and feels like a spot where they actually care about the details. The only slight hurdle is the parking situation. It's paid street parking, and it can be a bit of a challenge to find an open spot nearby. Just give yourself a few extra minutes to circle the block or be prepared to walk a short distance it's def worth it!

The donuts are $4 a piece which I think is pretty high and has been my complaint at other locations, the flavor was delicious though! The burritos were 11.50 for bacon and 12.50 for chorizo. They were both delicious but the chorizo was more beans than chorizo. The coffee was delicious. Overall, pretty good but $47 for breakfast is a little high. The service was a bit slow, they were very busy though. The locations lot of indoor seating which is nice! We took ours to go to eat outside elsewhere.
