I purchased a BRAND NEW Lotus Emira from them and have refused delivery. I'm waiting on a reasonable resolution. BUYER BEWARE - GO ELSEWHERE! I was shopping for a new Porsche and found a listing from Glenview Luxury Imports for one with under 100 miles. Though listed as used, CARFAX showed it came from a Porsche dealer auction. At first it seemed fine, but problems quickly followed. * Paint Issues: I purchased paint protection film (PPF) with my car, but the installation dragged on for over 1 1/2 weeks with no updates. I was then told the paint peeled during application. Experts later confirmed the car had already been repainted--something the dealer never disclosed--likely to cover prior damage. * Dealer Denials: They denied any prior paint work despite most of the car being obviously repainted. The GM insisted they didn't do it, but if Porsche did, their buyer failed to catch it. He admitted they wouldn't have to disclose repainting, yet their own USED CAR RIDER says, "Any used vehicle may have had minor paint/body work." This was far from minor. He even said new Aston Martins often need repainting and come with a manufacturer paint kit. * Communication & Runaround: They provided no updates on the car. I had to persistently call and text the salesman to get any information. The follow up calls and messages were incomplete and were used more to placate. * Resolution attempts: They offered "free tint" as a solution. When I suggested giving them $2K to walk away, the GM refused, saying my only option was to lose over $10K in depreciation, taxes, and fees to get out of the deal. The dealer tried to force me to waive my right to leave reviews in exchange for a PPF refund. When I refused, they denied the refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I eventually won, it took months because they fought it. Buyer Beware I purchased a 2021 Audi RS6 last week from this dealer, I worked with Kaylee/sales rep and Ed OBrien/manager. I was told by Kaylee that this car was in perfect condition and had no imperfections in the paint. Unfortunately for me, I live in colorado and relayed on the pictures from the web and those provided by the sales rep/Kaylee. When my wagon arrived in Colorado, I took it to my Audi dealer for a detail, I was informed by them that the car had been repainted on the D pillar ( apparently it had been damaged ) which was now peeling additionally there are finger and palm prints under the clear coat. I reached out to the managers at Glenview Luxury and they deny that the car had any issues. My word against theirs. The manager/Ed also promised to reimburse me for the detail, I seriously doubt that I'll see that refund. Super disappointing and hard to believe dealers still do business this way. read more

Buyers beware. Bought a Porsche Cayenne, which had a catastrophic hybrid system breakdown on the freeway within a month of purchase. Put myself and my family in an unsafe situation. Conveniently, these repairs are not covered under warranty. Vehicle was advertised as flawless. After purchasing my own carfax I uncovered a recent accident and previous repairs on the system that failed and left me stranded. These were both left out of the paperwork provided as a "courtesy" by this dealership. A couple tips for buying vehicles from this dealer: 1) Purchase your own Carfax. The documents they provide are "courtesy" as explained by their management. Trust me, you'll want your own info about the vehicle. 2) I also highly recommend getting your own mechanic to look at the vehicle prior to purchase. Purchased the vehicle in November. As of today, February 4th, 2022 it is still undergoing repairs. read more

Was told not to drive through their car lot while I was looking at cars... Essentially told "Don't come look at our cars!" ---- Called and spoke with Dominick who is apparently the manager. He doubled down and lied straight through his teeth. This action has guaranteed that I already know what kind of dealership this is. A scummy, dirty place, that I will be sure to never visit again. Based on the incident I had in the parking lot I would strongly avoid buying a car from these liars. You can only image the honesty of their cars based on this incident. First lie: "You were speeding" It was not possible I was speeding through the lot. I don't believe we went over 1mph as we were looking at the cars for sale. Second lie: "You were able to squeeze in" Incorrect. There were no cars, cones, barriers, signage or any other indication that you were not supposed to drive through the lot. This is a blatant lie. Third lie: "You refused to roll down your windows" Again, not at all the case. We finished a phone call for about a minute then rolled down the window and politely left. Forth lie: "You are always welcome here" Nobody is welcome if you aren't aloud to look at the cars for sale. Thats all, avoid this place at all costs. I recently bought a 2018 Maserati quattro porta SQ4 from Glenview Luxury imports. The window sticker said heated steering wheel, unfortunately we just asked sales person and did not checked it. sales person said it comes with one but after checking later we find out that was a lie. They also told me they did vehicle inspection and everything is ok. After we bought the car we find out it needs new brake pads and rotors which cost about $2000. This was another lie. They said they don't use it and gave me an Experian Auto Check report instead, which was clean. Only after I purchased the vehicle and got a carfax report did I find it had been in an accident. Purchased a 2019 AMG C43 with a bit over 6k miles, end of May. Purchase was pleasant an went smoothly. That's the 3 stars. Glenview Luxury Imports, issues below once I drove off the lot. Dealer stated there were two Key Fobs but one was missing and were going to look for it, not luck and had to be ordered from Germany. No problem and I would wait. Also noticed on the way home that the Navigation did not work/not installed. Dealer listing showed Navigation, Multimedia package, Navigation Map Updates for First 3 Years, Navigation System. I advised dealer same day. Sales guy was confused that it didn't have it and I was told they will order a SD Navigation card. 1st SD card came in and it did not work. NOT OEM SD CARD. Went to MB dealer to install the maps, dealer stated SD card was for a 2017 model not 2019. Advised Glenview Luxury Imports dealer and was told they would order correct one. Few months pasted, SD came in, OEM from MB 2020 map updates. Unfortunately, to find out from MB dealer car was built without the option to install Navigation even had the SD card reader in the glovebox. The listing dealer showed on their website it had Multimedia package, Navigation Map Updates for First 3 Years, Navigation System. The only option was to use Android play (basically your phone through USB cable) which is not what I expected. The Multi Media package is a at cost of $2600. I requested a refund of half of the $2600 for the nonexistent Multi Media package. I was told NO by the Manager of Glenview Luxury Imports and that they were more than accommodating on getting me the 2nd key fob which they lost it in the first place. Also, the SD cards that are of no use to me since they can't be installed, which I offered to return. Basically, dealer does not want to acknowledge that they listed the car with Multimedia package and 3-year map updates it did not have. This would have made a difference in my negotiation price. So, make sure you check all the options are there before you drive off. I am sure the dealer will reply with we showed you the options on the print out. I glanced at this print out thinking it already was listed there which I don't recall if it did or not. All this could have been handled better if you want to be a top luxury dealer.
