I've had an amazing experience with Glenview Luxury Imports. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a first-class dealership. The showroom and lobby are beautiful, the selection of luxury vehicles is incredible, and the service department is always friendly and professional. I especially want to recognize Bany, one of the salesmen. He is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to show me different vehicles and make sure I have a great experience. Even when I'm just browsing, Bany always takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel welcome. The managers and the entire staff have also been exceptional. They have an incredible selection of luxury and exotic vehicles, including Aston Martins, Maseratis, Lotuses, and many others. One of my favorite experiences here was test-driving a Maserati, which ultimately led me to purchasing one. I now bring my Maserati back here for service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I'm at a lost as to how this place is still in business and the Chicago and Orland Park locations who actually had great customer service and great resolution skills are now closed. The GM here is extremely unprofessional, rude and combative for no reason. Despite the situation here with me bringing in my vehicle to just get topped off for oil and them adding additional fluids(from what I was told)rendering my vehicle undriveable; you're in customer service and don't know how to deal with frustrated customers who has to deal with a non-working vehicle at the hands of your staff. My Alfa Romeo immediately presented issues as soon as I drove off the lot. A vehicle that was working perfectly fine until your staff/mechanic did whatever he did for it to no longer drive. Then for your staff to come up with my vehicle had a pre-existing condition. The pre-existing condition did not cause my car engine light to come on, overheat, start/stop signal to appear or a fault with the electric throttle to no longer function - this was all caused by your mechanic/service employee immediately after it was serviced. Two of your employees both said something was done wrong but as the GM you didn't want to hear that and immediately got defensive not even allowing me to talk before telling me to get out. After being stranded at the entrance of the highway unsafely for almost 3 hours this was how I was treated at this dealership. Your solution to me when I'm expressing to you what occurred to my vehicle without my knowledge or authorization was to call the police on me and have me arrested because no-one at this location who had a hand in my vehicle no longer operating can take accountability. You have a customer here who is frustrated her vehicle is no longer working and still not once did I get loud with anyone, not once did I use profanity with anyone, not once did I make threats to the GM or anyone in their staff for me to get yelled at and the police called because you or your team don't want to deal with addressing what actually happened here. Your response was for me to just get out, take my truck and go call my attorney to handle it! How pathetic, simple minded and absolutely disgusting as the GM to say that to a customer regardless of the situation. read more

Bought a one year old DB12 from them and the day after I got it needed to go in for service for at least three issues. Been there ever since . I was told it had undergone the CPO warranty check and simply wasn't certified because of the Fee. That was obviously a complete fabrication. They also left out/misrepresented the scratches on the front carbon diffusers, so when i received the car (i am not local) that was also a nice surprise. If you plan on purchasing a NEW Lotus Emira from GLI, please look closely at the engine bay. For some reason their cars oxidize. I purchased a BRAND NEW Lotus Emira from them and have refused delivery. I'm waiting on a reasonable resolution. All the aluminum in the engine compartment is pitted, corrode, and oxidized. this is not acceptable on a band new vehicle. other midwestern Lotus dealers do not have that problem. read more

HORRIBLE AND HARASSING EXPERIENCE! I searched online for a Mercedes-Benz and found a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership that I was interested in viewing, despite the dealership's poor reviews. I scheduled an appointment, but before the appointment, I found another vehicle that was a much better fit for me. I did the responsible thing and called the dealership directly to cancel my appointment. That should have been the end of it. It wasn't. The sales manager I had originally spoken with proceeded to repeatedly call, text, and email me after I had already canceled. The messages became increasingly aggressive, with him demanding that I acknowledge receiving his communications. This continued for more than a week. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and extremely troubling. Following up with a potential customer is one thing; repeatedly contacting someone after they have clearly canceled an appointment and decided not to purchase a vehicle is harassment. I have purchased vehicles before, and I understand the sales process. I have never experienced this level of aggressive and unwanted communication from a dealership. This experience completely reinforced why this dealership has the reputation it does. I would strongly encourage management to address how their sales managers are communicating with prospective customers. Customers should be able to say "no" without being repeatedly pressured, contacted, and demanded to respond. read more

The service was not good at all. I waited over 30 minutes to get my car after a repair because they were busy with another customer. If they are that short staffed they shouldn't be in business. I also didn't trust the diagnostic evaluation at all. I'd be careful about doing business with a dealership like this one. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

BUYER BEWARE - GO ELSEWHERE! I was shopping for a new Porsche and found a listing from Glenview Luxury Imports for one with under 100 miles. Though listed as used, CARFAX showed it came from a Porsche dealer auction. At first it seemed fine, but problems quickly followed. * Paint Issues: I purchased paint protection film (PPF) with my car, but the installation dragged on for over 1 1/2 weeks with no updates. I was then told the paint peeled during application. Experts later confirmed the car had already been repainted--something the dealer never disclosed--likely to cover prior damage. * Dealer Denials: They denied any prior paint work despite most of the car being obviously repainted. The GM insisted they didn't do it, but if Porsche did, their buyer failed to catch it. He admitted they wouldn't have to disclose repainting, yet their own USED CAR RIDER says, "Any used vehicle may have had minor paint/body work." This was far from minor. He even said new Aston Martins often need repainting and come with a manufacturer paint kit. * Communication & Runaround: They provided no updates on the car. I had to persistently call and text the salesman to get any information. The follow up calls and messages were incomplete and were used more to placate. * Resolution attempts: They offered "free tint" as a solution. When I suggested giving them $2K to walk away, the GM refused, saying my only option was to lose over $10K in depreciation, taxes, and fees to get out of the deal. The dealer tried to force me to waive my right to leave reviews in exchange for a PPF refund. When I refused, they denied the refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I eventually won, it took months because they fought it. Buyer Beware I purchased a 2021 Audi RS6 last week from this dealer, I worked with Kaylee/sales rep and Ed OBrien/manager. I was told by Kaylee that this car was in perfect condition and had no imperfections in the paint. Unfortunately for me, I live in colorado and relayed on the pictures from the web and those provided by the sales rep/Kaylee. When my wagon arrived in Colorado, I took it to my Audi dealer for a detail, I was informed by them that the car had been repainted on the D pillar ( apparently it had been damaged ) which was now peeling additionally there are finger and palm prints under the clear coat. I reached out to the managers at Glenview Luxury and they deny that the car had any issues. My word against theirs. The manager/Ed also promised to reimburse me for the detail, I seriously doubt that I'll see that refund. Super disappointing and hard to believe dealers still do business this way. read more

We inquired about the car on Tuesday and received a call from Bany immediately after we sent the inquiry on the chat option. He answered all of our questions about the car we wanted. He was not pushy or offensively aggressive. We had a new Porsche convertible we wanted to trade for the Maserati. Buyers beware. Bought a Porsche Cayenne, which had a catastrophic hybrid system breakdown on the freeway within a month of purchase. Put myself and my family in an unsafe situation. Conveniently, these repairs are not covered under warranty. Vehicle was advertised as flawless. After purchasing my own carfax I uncovered a recent accident and previous repairs on the system that failed and left me stranded. These were both left out of the paperwork provided as a "courtesy" by this dealership. A couple tips for buying vehicles from this dealer: 1) Purchase your own Carfax. The documents they provide are "courtesy" as explained by their management. Trust me, you'll want your own info about the vehicle. 2) I also highly recommend getting your own mechanic to look at the vehicle prior to purchase. Purchased the vehicle in November. As of today, February 4th, 2022 it is still undergoing repairs. read more

Was told not to drive through their car lot while I was looking at cars... Essentially told "Don't come look at our cars!" ---- Called and spoke with Dominick who is apparently the manager. He doubled down and lied straight through his teeth. This action has guaranteed that I already know what kind of dealership this is. A scummy, dirty place, that I will be sure to never visit again. Based on the incident I had in the parking lot I would strongly avoid buying a car from these liars. You can only image the honesty of their cars based on this incident. First lie: "You were speeding" It was not possible I was speeding through the lot. I don't believe we went over 1mph as we were looking at the cars for sale. Second lie: "You were able to squeeze in" Incorrect. There were no cars, cones, barriers, signage or any other indication that you were not supposed to drive through the lot. This is a blatant lie. Third lie: "You refused to roll down your windows" Again, not at all the case. We finished a phone call for about a minute then rolled down the window and politely left. Forth lie: "You are always welcome here" Nobody is welcome if you aren't aloud to look at the cars for sale. Thats all, avoid this place at all costs. I recently bought a 2018 Maserati quattro porta SQ4 from Glenview Luxury imports. The window sticker said heated steering wheel, unfortunately we just asked sales person and did not checked it. sales person said it comes with one but after checking later we find out that was a lie. They also told me they did vehicle inspection and everything is ok. After we bought the car we find out it needs new brake pads and rotors which cost about $2000. This was another lie. I called the dealership they said they are sorry but can not do anything about it. Don't buy anything from this dealership and don't trust them. read more
