I can't believe I haven't written a review for my fave pizza place. Mangiamo's is by far the best in Bergen County. Every time I hear they will be taking care of my kid's birthday parties, I have been happy. Pizza+ with quality ingredients, the way you like it. I've ordered here myself a bunch of times, pick up and delivery. If it's raining, obviously ask how long it may take for delivery. They always have an adequate number of associates working to answer phones, take orders, customer service etc. Today I asked if I could have a pizza with less cheese, more sauce, thin crust..it was PERFECT. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get this at other places. Thank you Mangiamo for always a pleasant experience. Horrible pizza! I ordered a take out pizza Tues at 5:15 Pm. I opened the box to find something that resembled cardboard with a shingle of cheese, cold. My family tried it and could not eat it. I called and was directed to speak to " the pizza man" who admittedly offered he gave us a pie that had been leftover and sitting since the afternoon. So not acceptable! A credit in my name was issued but cereal for dinner was not fun. I threw the pizza out. I do not understand why a supposedly good take out restaurant would be so remiss. read more

After calling and placing a complaint to management, they decided to give us a free pie to make up for it. Well clearly their customer service has changed since my first review. Ordered off grub hub, food was a mess, missing the dessert item we ordered. It was after they were closed and i tweeted at grub hub. Missed the notification so called the restaurant which we order from OFTEN to alert them and say hey next time just throw it in. Wasn't asking for a refund or money back, just letting them know. The manager was absolutely rude. "You waited too long to call." Well I'm very sorry for being sick in bed while running a business for a day but instead of saying, sure no problem we'll throw one in next time" he decided to be rude. Over a 6 dollar dessert that the cost is about a dollar whole sale you will Lose a customer for life. Absolutely inappropriate to respond the way he did. The mussels are still excellent but the puddle of sauce all over the box wasn't so great either. And the quality of the bread has changed drastically as well, perhaps they are under new management. This review is based off of 2 menu items and the customer service! We ordered 3 orders of mussels 2 in white sauce and 1 in spicy red sauce through grub hub. The order arrived, wrong. 3 orders of clams. The hottest most beautiful clams in sauce but clams no less. We called the restaurant and the manager immediately offered to deliver us mussels. Nice little joint on southbound 17. Got here late and they only had a few random slices but they let us order a pie and it was delicious! Very friendly even though end of night. Just basic execution failure.. ordered a couple slices and doughy, white crust. If the simple cook of your regular slices can't be executed you need a full reset or worse. Half a star on the pizza, folks behind the counter seemed nice, variety behind counter is interesting. Looked like an owner behind the counter so idk how this passes, micro managing a nice kid taking orders as well. Love this place, always a go to for ordering. Not giving five stars because the last time I ordered, I think my order was handled a little unprofessionally. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, and when it came, it was not a buffalo chicken wrap. (Picture attached) Not being a problem as I understand sometimes things get busy and get mixed up, I called to let them know that my order was messed up. My call was then put on hold for the manager who gave me such attitude, and did not believe me that my wrap was not buffalo chicken. He made me "double check" that it wasn't what I ordered after his chef told him that he made a buffalo chicken wrap, and kept asking questions to make it seem like I was lying over a wrap. Who knew artichokes on pizza could be so good? This is definitely my family's favorite places to get a big pizza pie in town, and the Four Season's Pizza is definitely my number one recommendation! You know it's good when you even want to eat the crust. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza in the world but it definitely leaves me more than satisfied. I've gotten take out and delivery to my job in Hackensack before but I don't remember it being this good! It's been years since I've been here and was in the area yesterday, so I decided to stop in with my man for a couple of slices. The atmosphere is a combination of a pizzeria and an Italian restaurant. Bread/app plates with rollups (silverware wrapped in napkins) on the tables, dim lighting (but not dark), classy and we'll maintained dining area, beautiful decorations, tables, and chairs, a counter with stools to sit at when you first walk in if you don't want table service, and tons of pizza and other stuff (rolls, calzones, zepploes, etc) on display ready to go for a quick heat and eat meal. We looked at all they had to offer in their display. I ordered 2 Grandma slices (I couldn't decide between that or the Mama Mia or the Papa's) and he got 2 Chicken Bacon and Ranch slices plus a 20 oz bottle of Coke. The waitress brought out a glass with ice for the soda, then shortly afterwards our pizza. Good golly! Those Bacon Chicken and Ranch slices were HUGE! Each slice was like a slice and a half. He didn't even finish both! Both of our meals were amazing. Perfectly seasoned and very fresh ingredients. I can't stop thinking about my Grandma slices! They definitely didn't skimp on ingredients. Service was awesome and so were the prices! $16 and change for 4 specialty slices and a 20 oz Coke. Great little place located off rt 17 in the shopping mall by the gap and 5 below, I come here quite often for a slice when I'm craving it. They have a very large selection of pizza to pick from along with great hot dishes, salads and subs. The staff is very friendsly and helpful, the place is always extremely clean. My personal favorite slices are the chicken bacon ranch and the mama mia slice both really good and full of flavor. My boyfriend always gets the margarita slice. If your in the area and looking for some good italian food or pizza this is the place to stop! read more

*Dine-in update* Again this place was packed. The tables were a little close to each other but it's manageable. I thought since they have alot of take out traffic this place would be loud and a zoo but that was not the case. We had a very nice early dinner after some shopping. We were seated promptly. I would advise to try to get one of their booths which is more comfortable since the space is kinda small. We were warmly greeted and drinks came out right away. We ordered the chicken sorrentino (once again), chicken portobello (portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a brown sauce) and eggplant parmesan. Everything was great! They brought a basket of bread to the table which was definitely straight out of the oven and consisted of garlic knots, crusty italian bread and potato rolls. The bread was amazing and served with packaged butter. But the tables were also equipped with olive oil, salt and pepper. The restaurant was very busy but our server and the bus boys did a great job keeping up. They have many regular customers which I am not surprised about. Mangiamo's is classier than your average pizzeria but more casual than a fine Italian restaurant. They're "in between" thing is pretty unique and it works for them. They're good for take out, delivery and dining in. Inside is very clean, nice and organized with plenty of tables for people to sit. The prices are a bit higher than your average, hole in the wall pizzeria but it's a nice place so you get what you pay for. I love their wraps which come with a side of salad with balsamic dressing. Their buffalo chicken wrap is probably one of the best I've ever had. I love it because their buffalo sauce is mixed with a little bit of BBQ giving it a sweet and spicy tang. I have a friend, however, who hates their buffalo chicken for this exact reason. She doesn't believe in mixing buffalo and BBQ but to each's own. Their wings have the same buffalo/bbq combo as well but they're breaded and I'm not really a fan of breaded wings so I don't like them. Their pizza is average for the area we live in. I mean there are just so many pizzerias around here and they're all really great. We legit have the best pizza in the US right here so you can't really go wrong anywhere you go. Mangiamo's is just average to me. Their pizza sauce needs a little more zest to it and the mussels marinara is too watery. It has chunks of tomatoes just floating around with the mussels in basically red water. There's no consistency and it makes me sad because Mangiamo's has pretty good food overall and of course my favorite appetizer has to suck here. Besides that, their penne with vodka sauce, spinach pinwheels, chicken rolls, cheesesteaks and caesar salads are all really good. My only other complaint is they get take out orders wrong a lot. I've ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken and got breaded chicken instead. My one friend orders cheesesteaks with no onions or peppers and almost always gets onions AND peppers on it like every single time. It was enough for him to completely stop ordering from here forever which is a real shame. Delicious pizza along busy route 17 in Jersey. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring it to you when it's ready. I had the taco pizza. Really good flavor and the crust was the right amount of crunchy and not too thick. The only confusing part was to tip or not to tip. Since the waitress literally brought our pizza about six steps, I choose not to tip, as I thought I would be tipping her to clean up the table. She didn't bring us refills, as we had gotten cans of soda. She didn't check back to see how everything was. She simply brought the pizza and left us alone as if we were on our own island. So therefore thank you for the pizza, I could have gotten it myself. I would certainly return as this was the best taco pizza I've had in a long time. read more

Never knew this place was here until I had to visit the Eye Dr. that is located in the same strip mall. Very deceiving, you walk in to a lovely small italian restaurant, rather than the typical pizza parlor setting. They are quick and helpful and although I have only tried the pizza, I plan to go back and try their meals for dinner. Give it a try! read more

This has become my family's go to place whenever we are in the mood for wings and penne vodka. Their wings are perfectly crispy and seasoned. With delivery they include the buffalo sauce and blue cheese on the side so wings stay nice and crispy before it gets to you. Their penne vodka is my favorite out of all the local Italian places and living in Jersey, there are plenty. I always ask for extra sauce too because I just can't get enough of their perfect vodka sauce. We've ordered other things too but the wings and penne vodka are our go to's. The calimari was not impressive. The chicken parm is good as well but I really prefer the wings. Pizza's not too bad. read more
