They carry Rishi teas, which always have great flavor. To start, we ordered the Korean cauliflower. It came out in a reasonable amount of time and had nice flavor, was served hot, and was a good portion. There were some nicely sized pieces on top, but underneath was a pile of smaller pieces that turned into a bit of a gooey mess. For our entrees, I had the Hot Bacon Salad, and she ordered the fish tacos. Both were good, served hot, and had solid flavor. Portions were generous, and we ended up taking some home. Service: Service throughout the meal was very good. They did a great job getting us settled with waters and menus. Our server was super enthusiastic and friendly, and the pacing was spot on. Nice job, Brandon. Atmosphere: It's a well-designed space. It was very busy, though there were still plenty of booths and seating options. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a small group that was video chatting and had a screaming baby on the other end. I like babies... just not while I'm eating. Overall: Mostly a good experience. I would go back, with a request to sit in a quieter area.

These were next level and our little one's eyes got so big and bright when we walked in. Then things went downhill - we got there right at 11am when they opened and we were seated at a table in the back by a hallway that had a draft. I asked if we could sit in the big room with more for my daughter to look at while we dined in. The waitress in that space rudely said "no" stating the room was still being cleaned and tables set up - major bummer. Our actual waitress was very sweet and attentive. We ordered a Mediterranean rice bowl (without meat so it was vegetarian-friendly), a Philly with onion strings and a slice of their seasonal peppermint cheesecake. The food was mediocre. The bowl was lacking and a small portion. If someone doesn't add a protein it would be nice if you at least added some more rice or cut the price down. Just my two cents. And there was a piece of metal in the onion rings which the waitress thought was from the scrubber they used to clean the equipment in back. They comped the Philly meal with the onion rings which I felt was the least they could do. I get it - things happen - and we didn't make a big deal about it but that's a deal breaker for us. Especially if our toddler is eating out with us because then I'm on edge waiting for the metal to make a repeat appearance and that's not enjoyable for anyone.

Our party expected to wait but not over an hour after our reservation time... there were parties of 10-15 there that took up not only the wait staff time but time for smaller tables to be seated at or around Our reservation time. I do not blame the restaurant staff! This was a clear problem of Customers who thought this was their Home and could take 3hrs to leave. Very disappointed given the price and the fact that both the chicken and the pasta were served cold- after an hour wait. Chicken Marsala is listed in the menu as "seared and basted in a rich mushroom sauce with imported Marsala wine. Imagine our disappointment when the dish came out with one chicken breast & two mushrooms- no sign of any sauce, along side a dish of cold plain linguine. Service was slow, slower and just plain ridiculous. We arrived at 3:50pm and finally received our entrees at 5:30. Overall based on the value, quality, ambiance, service, food and experience I have absolutely nothing to recommend this restaurant

Get ready for the best service for breakfast. Oak Creek diner is really smart to have a designated server for drinks. Keeping everybody's coffee filled is a full-time job and keeps everybody happy and frees up the servers to focus on the food. The steak was cooked to my request, it was flavorful, I wanted the fillet, but it was not available. There is some question as to whether it is no longer offered ever or just out temporarily the fillet on the menu was $32 if I remember correctly. Coffee was good, everything was delicious. Service was excellent and I'm going to tell you that they have some very hard-working staff members there the kind that every owner wishes they could acquire. Really a great job. I had Krysty and Destiny as my servers and I don't know the coffee man's name, but he was by my table many times keeping my coffee full and hot.

Long story short, we will be back, it's bigger than Longhorn which is important because oftentimes our parties are 5 people or more.
