This is a fairly new Asian dessert place located in the Ala Moana Center. It is bright, clean and looks very inviting. However, I've not impressed at all by their offerings and a few other details. It's just another fruity tea place with some cold desserts added to the mix. When you get in, it is a little confusing. They seem to be set up as a takeout self-service style eatery but the flow in the room causes sort of a confusing congestion at the entrance. However, their staff are there to assist you through the madness and are friendly. Although tasty, my Mango Juice, Sago & Pomelo, Mango Ice Cream dessert nothing exceptional and rather small in portion for the price. I know they are in the mall and I'm sure rent is high, but I didn't see the value in the item I ordered. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but there is nothing to bring me back. Mango Mango had quite the chokehold on my family, and we ended up coming here 3 times during our 7 day trip. Hoping they open up locations in the Bay Area soon!! I usually get the coconut mango smoothie-o. It's super refreshing and the crystal jelly at the bottom is light and adds a nice texture component. I also tried the man-coco since it's only available in Hawaii: definitely much more filling and also harder to drink with a straw due to the coconut ice cream and the glutinous rice. I really liked the glutinous rice and it reminded me of their mango mochi dessert, but the drink overall was a little too heavy for my taste. Mango dessert places are a dime a dozen in Taiwan. I was eager to try this place, based on that. The shop is located in prime area diagonally across the Dior Cafe, but on the 2nd floor. The drink itself tastes like the actual fruit, which stands out from other places that sell fruit drinks. You can't miss it--as soon as you come up the escalator it's there. In addition, they also have a small seating section parallel to their store front. I've tried both a handful of their drinks as well as their shave ice like desserts and both were pretty tasty. They use a bunch of freshly cut fruits and you can distinctly taste 'em in everything they produce. I finally got a chance to try this place out. One of my bffs and I wanted to get some dessert & so we decided to go here. We got there maybe a little over an hour before they closed and it was still a little busy. I got the mango juice with watermelon and rice balls and she got the mango sticky with ice cream. From there, you GO UP the escalators and turn to your right. AND BAM!! YOU'RE THERE!!! As for those needing ELEVATOR... well, that's on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ESCALATORS. I suggest following the signs. Then, when you go up to L3, make your way back towards the foyer & escalator and you're there. My family and I enjoyed this visit and had an awesome experience. I'd definitely come again for a family night out. Only thing... they close early. So, you can't really do a LATE NIGHT DESSERT for an after dinner. I definitely recommend a spoon for this drink, otherwise you may have to maneuver the straw a bit and suck hard to get all the bits of the delicious coconut milk sticky rice (perfect texture). Love the different desserts it's not only boba and smoothie which there are so many now! I got the mixed fruit which was in coconut so it reminds me of those vietnamese style desserts! Had the jelly, similar small beads to tapioca but I think it was called sago? All the fruit toppings tasted sweet and fresh! So refreshing with the coconut milk. I also got the blush rose milk tea and I'm not a huge fan of floral tasting drinks as they can taste too perfume-y sometimes but just wanted to try something different from the usual flavors. This was surprisingly good! Just the right amount of sweetness to balance that floral taste! The only thing is the boba doesn't have any taste it's not even sweet so next time I'll just ask to have without the balls. I did not know there were two other locations of this place on Hawaii. This one recently opened up in Ala Moana Shopping Center. Located on the second level near Bloomingdales and North Face. Its a sparkling new, bright and white store that you cant miss when you take the escalators up on the Ewa wing of the mall. They have an extensive menu, with a lot of different desserts and drinks. I was overwhelmed as this was my first time ever trying this place out. My fiancé and I played it safe and ordered the Triple Ice Cream Delight and a hot dessert of the Ube Soup with Sago and Rice ball. Everything is made to order so be prepared to wait for your desserts. They have a small seating area inside the shop and they also have outdoor seating as well. Don't worry about waiting at the front for your order, the staff will call your order and walk your order to hand it to you. Even if you are seated outside they will deliver your order to your table. Outdoor seating your desserts will be in to-go containers. If you are seated inside, your order will be served on glassware. The Triple Ice Cream delight comes with Mango, Vanilla, and Green Tea ice cream drizzled with Chocolate Syrup and served with two wafers. It was simple ice cream sundae, the mango ice cream was super delicious I just wished their scoops were bigger. The Ube Soup was delicious. It was similar to a Filipino Dessert. It came out hot and fresh, the sago and rice balls were soft and not overcooked/hard. It was the right amount of sweet. I know where to stop by to try more of their dessert menu when I'm in the area. We happened to be visiting during the grand opening weekend and they were having their BOGO drinks deal. The line was crazy long so be prepared to wait about an hour (we waited over an hour and almost gave up halfway) to get through the line plus wait for the drinks. You must re-post the offer on a social media of your choice in order to qualify for the deal and you're allowed up to 2 drinks free. They use fresh fruit for any fruit drinks, but powder for any tea drinks (taro, rose, etc) which was a bummer because I hate powder based drinks. (Minus one star for powder taro). If you love fruit drinks, this is the place to go for legit fruits being used. Despite that fact, I did want to try the blush rose milk tea. The tea was descent but the boba was mushy and not sweetened. It was tasteless and I definitely wouldn't get boba again. I came here with my son yesterday because I'd heard about it on Facebook. We went around 3:30pm and figured it wouldn't be crowded because it was a weekday and an off hour..... My son decided to go with the coconut mango smoothie with lychee jelly on the bottom of the drink. I wasn't sure what to get since I am diabetic..... I asked if they had anything that was unsweetened, and they worked with me, which made me extremely happy. They said they could make me a green tea with lime, no sugar. I was extremely happy with this drink, so cool and very refreshing on this warm spring day. The nerd in me was excited to get my drink in a cute, reusable plastic cup which I will use when I take water with me to my gym classes lol. I didn't know this, but there is a grand opening special going on until April 3rd where it's BOGO, so our total for 2 drinks was 8 dollars plus change. Score! There is a cute little space outside where you can sit and wait for your drinks as well as a small seating area inside this sleek, modern new shop. Service 3/5: I guess since they just opened they're still working on how they will smoothly operate? As one of the reviewer said. Shop is not really people with age friendly, or those who's not really familiar with the "new way" (QR Codes, Yelp, IG etc.) No menus posted visible outside yet so if people of age were to go they wouldn't be able to see the menu and decide before coming on the counter which only has one working register. It adds a lot to the wait time. We waited for quite some time. We already seen our drinks up in the counter not sure what was going on but the lady that was giving the drink seems like she's going by number like when 12 is waiting for 1 more drink she wouldn't give 13,14,15's drink even if it's right there in front of her XD A lot of confuse people in line, there's couple menus printed but it's only sitting on the counter. someone should've handed it already so the people in line can decide what they want. I was .01 away from handing the menus to the people in line but don't want them to get weirded out of me, and i wouldn't get paid lol so i just patiently waited for my order. Prices: 3/5 (would explain why xD) Price matches the interior of the shop, Very high end dessert shop looking. Cups, packagings and Boxes for their cakes. You'll know where that extra $ you're paying for is going. Lol Taste: (continuation of why i rated 3/5 for prices lol) Mango Mille Crepe Cake: (3/5) A very instagrammable cake. lol Very fun texture. Somthin new if you never had it before. But not really worth $10 for me. I love that it's not too sweet, but at the same time, the mango toppings, at least the one me and my cousin got, was very sour.. Like the one that makes you scrunch up your face hahaha Ube Mille Crepe Cake: (2/5) Didn't care for it. Mango cake is better for me without those sour ripe mango topping. If you're filipino, Fresh Ube Halaya Standards? This taste artificially flavored for mee :P Mixed Fruit Jasmin Tea: (1/5) Bitter. I love non sugary drinks but the tea i got is super bitter. It's probably from the pomelo? It had strawberry, lime, pomelo and pineapple. Strawberry inside had that non stored properly taste. The only thing that taste good was the pineapple. Overall, My rating is 3/5. I would still come back, i know they'll improve and to try more desserts from their menu. read more

Love this place! Ala Moana has so many places to choose from, tho this place does give them a run for their money based on quality. They have a wide selection to choose for drinks but they also have crepes (makes me miss Shirokiya even more). $$$ wise it can be expensive but what isn't these days. The cheap desserts and drinks usually have a decline in quality, so you basically get what you pay for here. Believe me it's worth it. As it is at Ala Moana and it's still pretty new, there is a line but it's worth it (at least for me). Not a lot of places to sit down, it's always crowded, but it gives you something to drink as you window shop. Cause most of the stores at Ala Moana, you are window shopping lol. Tried their dessert on my second visit -- the mango one was good as was the durian. They make their own durian ice cream but I deducted one star because they gave very little durian ice cream and the banana / herbal jelly was too much of a filler to complement the dessert. read more

Came for the last day of BOGO and got the mango strawberry smoothie. From the time my friends and I got in line to the time we got our drinks, it was about an hour (likely due to grand opening BOGO special). I had trouble deciding what to get since there were many options, but ended up going the strawberry mango smoothie route. It came with the mango layered on top of the strawberry layered on top of some type of clear jelly. It also came with some pieces of fresh fruit sprinkled on top. It was good, but not knock your socks off amazing to me. I think next time I'd like to try the sticky rice drink. Once we put in our order the drinks came out pretty quick. The prices are a bit steep compared to some other places. Would also like to try their desserts another time. I also had to look at some mall maps to find my way here. For anyone else wanting some guidance, it's located on the 3rd level nearby Nordstrom and around the corner from Uniqlo. read more

I love mango so I had to try the desserts from here! Mango Mango is located in the Ewa Wing of Ala Moana next to Bloomingdales and Island Brew. The line was a bit long but went by quick. There are tables inside and on the patio outdoors. The one thing kind of turned me off about it was the pricing. We ordered an ube crepe cake and the mango pancakes. They were delicious, don't get me wrong. However, the price for the two desserts were just shy of $20. We sat outside and the food was brought to us with utensils. They just ask after you're finished to return the plates back inside. This is a place I can see myself coming to for an after-dinner dessert once in a while. You should try this place out at least once. read more
