    Yuzu Matcha

Aesthetics is the main thing Manjul has going for them. Hojicha is only served hot so I opted for the yuzu matcha instead on a hot summer day. Feels like I paid $10 for a sparkling yuzu-ade with matcha yelled from across the block (like La Croix :P)

Peaceful cafe in the middle of bustling New York. The matcha is always spot on and authentic!

Cute coffee shop. Good vibes. Great place to hang. Coffee was yummy. Iced americano is $7. Will come again

Coffee/matcha shop with unique ambiance - worth visiting! As soon as you walk into Manjul Coffee, you are surrounded by warmth, coziness and Japandi vibes. It's a relaxing spot to grab a coffee/matcha with a friend for an hour before heading to your next destination. Seats fill up fast so plan accordingly! We ordered: Hot Matcha Yuzu Matcha Tonic Some pastries Drinks are definitely pricey for what you can probably get elsewhere (upwards of $8-9) so this isn't an everyday spot but it was cool to visit! Plus, if you have time and are curious, there's a clothing store at the back of the shop that you can browse through (mainly clothes of a neutral palette - beige, grey).

Very chic, modern ambiance. Cafe front half of the house and back half is clothing. Beautiful tranquil setting to enjoy your drink. Ask for it to stay (nice cup) to really enjoy the ambiance Def alittle haven in the bustling SoHo area, to chill after non stop shopping

"I am intimidated to go in there" - my husband when we first walked past this place. We were staying next door, and at first we didn't realize they had coffee/tea/pastries. It looked more like a department store. Decent coffee, kinda pricey but you get the disposable cups with the rounded edges (iykyk the little details lol). Lots of seating around the spot and it's a beautiful place to rest your feet as you're bopping around SoHo.

Nice glass door with a big tall green plant

This is a very nice coffee shop that has studio vibes. It's all glass, mirrors, stone, and marble with nice chandelier lighting. The door going in was huge and all glass with big greens in vases around the entrance. A warm welcoming vibe. The coffee bar is located in the middle of the place with seats and tables all against the wall around the coffee bar so you can see the baristas making coffee and drinks. Their menu is pretty simple and not too extensive. You got the coffees, teas, and special drinks. I decided to go with the coffee with pineapple foam, which is a fizzy drink since this was my first time here. I got it to dine and it came in a glass like it was an alcoholic drink. It looked so cool with the foam on the top! It looked very silky smooth as I cleaned off the foam. Very fizzy and sweet like pineapple! The coffee had subtle aroma and not that strong. Very good for people who hate strong brew coffee flavor. The foam really made the coffee subtle and light. Good thing about this place is that it is decorated with outlets all around you in case you need to charge your phone or laptop. The stone tables are a tad bit small and too low profile so if you're deciding to work here then it's not really the best thing because the tables are not ergonomically suited for computers. I had to bent my whole body down to look at the computer, which was uncomfortable. Music is kind of loud if you need to relax. Music is lounge music. Towards the middle of the place is a large tree with clothes on a rack. Then there is a wall separating the coffee place from what's going on behind the wooden wall. Did not check it out and will try to see what is behind the wooden wall next time I'm back here.

I ordered 2 pastries, an oatmeal latte and cold brew to stay. The plates were so cute and the coffee was just very light and okay. If I were to come again, I would probably only get a cold brew. The vibes inside is cute but the layout isn't the greatest. People pool up and block up the walk due due to the register being smacked in the middle of the store. There are seats for you to sit and a clothing store in the back.

Vibes on point in here. I love this coffee joint so much I came here everyday while I was out here on business. I did a little work inside as well since it's really calming inside. I plan to swing by when I come back. Coffee was delicious! I had an oatmilk latte iced & it's so tasty it didn't need any sweeteners. I had a croissant, which was really good as well.

Their staff is so friendly, and I'm so glad my friend and I made the trek to SoHo to try this coffee shop! I'm pretty sure it's Korean-inspired or Korean-owned because a lot of their lattes and pastries have Asian ingredients. They definitely have pretty innovative and creative drinks, but I wouldn't expect to get your caffeine intake here because it's definitely just a cafe for a cute little drink or treat. My friend and I tried two of their most popular drinks, and they were really interesting and unique. We also shared their matcha fudge (?), and it was heavy but really nice. The interior is so stunning, and they also operate as a clothing store!

    Latte and matcha latte

This sip-and-shop cafe is so cute! The interior is a lot more spacious than I expected, but it makes sense as there's a whole shopping area in the back. As for the cafe side, this is definitely more of a casual stop-by and rest/chat with a drink, rather than a working/laptop cafe. I got their latte and my friend got their matcha latte (sweetened). Both were solid, but nothing exceptional.

I've been to Manjul five times now and each visit has been consistently excellent. It's not just a coffee shop, it's a vibe. A beautiful hybrid of coffee, curated clothing, and calm energy. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the space is always clean and thoughtfully laid out. I usually just ask for "something healthy and cold," and they never disappoint. Every drink I've had, all recommended by the team, has been flavorful, refreshing, and unique. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. It's spacious, relaxed, and attracts a cosmopolitan crowd: creatives, travelers, digital nomads, and locals alike. The interior design is warm and modern, with just enough seating inside and some nice wooden benches out front that give it a neighborhood feel. There are a few power outlets, but not too many, which I actually appreciate. It helps keep the space balanced between social and work-friendly. I don't often leave five-star reviews, but after multiple great experiences, Manjul absolutely deserves it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill, stylish spot with great drinks and even better energy. Cheers.

Beautiful space but avoid the matcha. I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk but it just tasted like milk. Nice ambience though and free wifi.

I probably never leave reviews in general, especially negative ones, but this experience was so…read moreegregious that I honestly felt like I had to say something. I've worked in restaurants and bars long enough to understand that staff drinking happens, but this was on another level entirely. I came in with a group of friends and one of the bartenders, Will, was so visibly drunk that it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Slurred speech, wobbling behind the bar, taking orders while chewing food with his mouth open -- it was honestly embarrassing to watch. He looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. At one point, my group had been trying to get his attention for another round for quite a while while he stood around talking with coworkers. We then watched staff take a shot together, and when he finally came over he burped mid-conversation and literally had whatever he had just been drinking dribbling down his neckbeard. That was the moment where the whole thing went from unprofessional to just gross. What made it worse was that it didn't seem isolated to one employee. Throughout the night we watched staff openly taking shots and drinking behind the bar like it was a house party instead of a business. There's a difference between bar culture and complete lack of professionalism, and this crossed that line hard. One of the friends I was with actually frequents the DUMBO location and said that the last time she was there, the same bartender also seemed intoxicated, which makes this feel less like a bad night and more like an ongoing issue. The DUMBO location itself is in an amazing spot, which makes it even more disappointing. But ownership seriously needs to get control of what's going on there before someone gets hurt or the place develops a reputation for having drunk staff on the clock. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable enough that my girlfriends and I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope the employee mentioned gets help if this is a regular thing, because nobody should be working service in that condition.
