Pretzel with chicken liver pate and beer cheese
    Anna K.

I came here with my boyfriend on a late Sunday afternoon. No need for reservations. My boyfriend is German and he approves of the beer selection. We only stopped for a quick bite so we ordered the pretzel with both the chicken liver pate and beer cheese. My boyfriend said the pretzel would be a good gauge if this is an authentic German place or not. Sadly the pretzel was too soft so loses a point. However we finished everything and liked that we got both dips. We will be back to have a real meal!

Decided to eat here on a Sunday night -- sat outside since the weather was pleasant. Our server suggested drinks and we ordered off the menu and one special fried pork knuckles. Service was good, food was good... what more can you ask for.

What in the name of giant pretzels did I just eat? Having never really explored German cuisine, I was not prepared for the size of what showed up on my plate, but the best part, it was great and accompanied by a side of goose liver pàte which I was delighted to find , I actually loved. The atmosphere was super cool, but the best part of the excursion: challenging my partner to drink an entire boot of beer. Yes you heard that right, practically a life size 64 oz glass of beer. The Germans definitely "go big or go home".

Was invited to a family gathering here. We were seated in a separate area, though not very private, and was tight bec not enough space for the number of people reserved for. Found the meat dry in the schnitzels and pork chop dishes. Didn't really like the pork chop flavor. Apps and sides were just ok.

A Clean, Well-Lighted Place. Stopped in for some holiday libations with some old friends. Bar tender was efficient and friendly. Drinks were on point. Alas, I did not try any food as by the time I inquired as to placing an order, the kitchen had closed for the evening. Next time.

Its always a fun time at Manor Oktoberfest - The food is flavorful & the drinks are always flowing with a large list of beers on tap. I love sitting outside so the front courtyard is a great place to be on a sunny day. The wait staff is very nice & management is very accommodating to large parties.

This is a local go to spot for our family, especially after our nephew's baseball game. Always solid portions and the kind of beer that brings us back to Munich. Nice outdoor area and shout out to Carrie who was so very fun to chat with and was an attentive server. During the day it feels calmer but can only imagine it gets rambunctious, like any other beer hall. The outdoor spot is much appreciated by pawrents.

I came here with friends in the neighborhood for a school fundraiser. It was super crowded and busy, and service was a bit slow, but they were on top of things. I ordered the beef sausage with the vinegar- based coleslaw. The meal was delicious and was filling, though I did not feel heavy after eating. Overall, it was a great experience!

Pros: authentic German cuisine. Food is very good and quite authentic. Beer is great. As well Come: very pricey. An entree will run you $25+ They have another outpost in queens which is a bit smaller. We frequent this establishment once every 6-7 months. As specialty food prices have risen, so have menu prices.

The 5 of us came for Sunday lunch, and there were plenty of tables available. Generally, the food was very good and the portions were large, so we got 4 entrees and an appetizer and it was still too much for us. Bone-in pork chop: surprisingly, this was the winner for most of us in the group. It was so juicy and moist with lots of flavor without being overly salty. I'd get this again. Pretzel with Chicken Liver Pate: The pretzel overall was soft, although the top braid was a little too tough. The pate though was amazing - fresh, airy, and flavorful and went very well with the pretzel. The pate is tied with the pork chop for my top choices. Sauerbraten: This beef indeed does have a sweet/sour sauce which was good, and a nice contrast to the other dishes. The portion is a little bit smaller compared to the other dishes. 2 Wurst combo: We got the Mozart and the Kraimer wurst - both were good, and the Kraimer had a little spice kit that made it nice. Because they knew we were going to share, the chef cut up the sausages for us, which was nice. The jaegersnitzel was the most disappointing. It was not crispy, and the meat was too thick to be tender for a snitzel. The mushroom sauce was fine, and we did ask for it on the side, but even still. Each dish came with its own sides. In general, I liked the pickled cabbage (on the sweeter side), the sauerkraut, and enjoyed the spaktle more than I usually have in the past (a little more firm than the ones I've had) but wouldn't necessarily order the spaktle separately. We also got some beer - I got the seasonal Hofbrau seasonal tap, which I can't begin to pronounce, but I enjoyed it very much (don't like beer generally, but a sucker for smooth German beers). The schofferhoffer was good too, but the radler was a bit too much like juice and not refreshing/fizzy enough in my opinion.

I have never physically dined at Manor Oktoberfest but do order delivery quite a few times a month. While I typically like to try new dishes, I seriously love the potato pancakes with apples sauce and kielbasa with sour kraut. I always choose to omit the bun, but I guarantee it would be super tasty enjoyed that way too. I have ordered the pierogi before as well, but I prefer the potato pancakes. If you like German sausage and good food, you'll enjoy Manor Oktoberfest!! Oh, and don't forget to order of bowl of their goulash soup-it's so divine with tender pieces of meat that melt in your mouth.

Nothing salty, mushy or lacking flavor. Hookah is $40, cash only and $25 for a refill. The hookah was smooth and long lasting. We really had a great time here. I was curious if this place was a restaurant, a bar, or a lounge. I would say this place is definitely a lounge. The vibe was great, very chill and unpretentious. The drinks were on point and the food was delicious! Their menu is more finger foods and decent bites if you plan to drink. I would like to see 1 or 2 more food menu items added but everything we had was very very good. We had the sampler and it was perfect for us. The DJ was everything! The music was so good. Old school early 2000's hip hop and r&b. But I hear on any given night, the music goes to the vibe of the crowd. The service was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the wait staff was attentive. I will absolutely be coming back here! They have great happy hour during the weekdays and a brunch I want to check out. 10/10 so far.

I watch the end of the game in here. Inside looks nice, booth is comfortable. Lively decoration with a spinning floating lightbulb in each table. The air is a bit stuffy though. I only ordered a burger as I heard from other reviewers that it is the best burger. It is quite tasty. Burger is on the smaller side, size of my palm. For $22, it also came with French fries. It is a bit more to the expensive side if I compare to what I will pay for a double burger and fries at Burger joint at 7th street burger. I guess i paid for the atmosphere. Service is ok. The waitress is very quiet. I dont think she spoke more than 20 words to me. Mostly nodding at my request. She did refill my water without me asking. However, she didnt bring me utensils. I had to use the toothpick that held the burger together to eat the leftover crumbs. My hands is a bit sticky and smell like barbecue sauce as a result of it. Thats why I deduct a star
