High-end Cuban cuisine. Prices aren't bad. The portions, ambiance, and service reflect that. It's honestly a breath of fresh air to be able to have delicious Cuban food in a different environment, other than what's traditionally present in Miami. The Lechon, moros, and yucca were delicious. I enjoyed the idea of the Maduro Tentacion, but it definitely could have been executed better. It was a little too sweet. Was with my kids for lunch and visiting Miami for the first time. This will be one of our favorite memories. Food was amazing but service was remarkable by Yoandrey. He knew the menu inside and out and spoke with such passion for the restaurant's food. It was as if he were the chef. I loved them! On the side you get a cilantro sauce which was also very good. I had a mojito and it was delicious, with a beautiful presentation. I also ordered the Vaca frita with Moro and tostones. I shared it with my daughter because the portions are large. The vaca frita had a unique flavor, but I liked it. I appreciated the Smokey flavor of the meat. The tostones were also unique but honestly they were so good. Thin, very crispy and salty. I've never seen tostones like that and I like how unique everything was. And now I'm saving the best for last, thank you to our server Yoandry for making my lunch date with my daughter a memorable one. It was our first time out in a long time due to the pandemic and he was so nice and friendly. He made great recommendations and we appreciated it. We came here on a whim and oh my god! The food was BOMB and not only that, our server, Yoandrey Ruiz, was BOMBER!!!! He's legit the NICEASSSTT server I've ever had. It was my first time out due to Covid, my husband and I decided to go for a walk at Brickell city centre. We wanted to have lunch and came across this new restaurant we decided to eat there and they walked us to our table which was no further than one foot away from the next table. All the tables are cluttered and not abiding by the six foot rule. We ordered our meals which took one hour to receive, my order was wrong, the food was awful and the service even worse. This is purely based on food. The atmosphere of this place is awesome and the service was good. The food however, was disappointing. Everything tasted too sweet, taking away from the actual flavor of the food itself. We had the chicken sandwich, masitas and vaca frita.
