Had an amazing experience at Manta in Wynwood. The vibe is modern but still feels authentic, and the service was on point from start to finish. I ordered the tacu tacu de lomo saltado and it did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced--the classic Peruvian stir-fry combined with the crispy, savory tacu tacu was just next level. You can tell they really respect the tradition while still presenting it in a fresh way. Definitely a spot I'd come back to if you're craving real Peruvian food with a nice twist. Highly recommend.

We found ourselves unexpectedly in Wynwood for lunch today, and did our trusty yelping to find a suitable sushi in the vicinity. There were many choices, so we settled on Manta Peruvian & Sushi. It has $$$, so we did expect to pay. The place is on the street, but still has nice comfy patio seating. On a random Tuesday late afternoon it is nice and quiet. We settle on conquistador paella, at $56 and $19 sushi roll. Pretty steep for lunch! (No lunch pricing) Staff is gracious and welcoming. Stars for that. The roll is delicious, and substantial. However, the paella has a weirdly sweet undertaste, and I expect a nice crunch to some of the side rice in the pan. Worse, it is very heavy on rice and a little skimpy on the protein for $56! What was there was tasty-chicken, steak, chorizo all good. It still was tasty, but nothing special as paella goes. I wanted to love this place with all the great reviews, but sadly we will not return. There are too many other great choices in the area, so I will not recommend this. Thanks for following me, happy yelping in 2026!

Every so often I try a restaurant that is well reviewed and find that it does not even come close to living up to my expectations. This was one of those occasions. Was in the Wynwood area and wanted to try a romantic lunch with my wife and for that, it really hit the mark. This is a lovely restaurant with a beautiful menu on both food and drink. Prices are steep, but I expect that in the Wynwood area. The weight staff was wonderful and very welcoming of my dog and brought her a nice bowl of water. Each minute I per is the menu by expectations increased because it truly is an inspired menu and the pictures are absolutely beautiful. I chose the paella and a sushi roll. This sushi was good. I do like when a Peruvian restaurant puts their own personal flare in the role and this had a delicious tempura shrimp inside with mahi on the outside and it was really quite good. The Paella on the other hand was a major disappointment. The rice was overly sweet and of a slightly mushy consistency. It lacked the socarrat, that crunchy crust to paella rice it makes it delicious and distinctive. In addition, there were six small slices of steak and six small slices of chicken. Far less volume than in the picture in the menu and certainly not enough to fill up anybody with even a reasonable appetite. At $59 this is a sad portion size. The steak was delicious, but the rice and the portion size disappointed me too much to enjoy it. If it wasn't for the great service, I think I would've placed this at two stars. Not because the food was not average because it was; but the location in price point demand the food to be well above average. Not anxious to give this place another try with so many better choices in the area.

Delicious Peruvian food in the heart of Wynwood. Large portions and shareable plates. Would recommend.

Really liked this place. Upscale Peruvian food!!! High quality food and great service! We came in a group of 5 girls and so we ordered a little bit of everything. All the plates absolutely beautiful. Even the sushi which isn't Peruvian was delicious!!! Also had a pisco sour which was great too. I'm married to a Chilean so saying that a pisco sour is good in a Peruvian restaurant is a big deal!!! I would def come back here. Really enjoyed the food.

I came here for dinner on a Thursday and it just so happened to be Halloween and they had the place decorated and the staff wore costumes. It was a really fun experience. The food-amazing! My favorite was the fettuccine. The sauce was so flavorful and the pasta was chewy and properly cooked. I was slightly disappointed by their Lomo Saltado, cause I've had better and their sauce is super salty rather than flavorful. However, their french fries were super fresh and fried to the perfect crispiness. Highly recommend regardless. Especially since they promote sustainability in their practices.

Loved it so much last time that we had to come back! Food is so good, service is great - ambiance is casual and unique - always a great choice!

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate my new job! I was so surprised and happy when the waitress came over with the dessert and congratulated me on my new job - it shows they are attentive to reservation details and help make it a special dinner! Our food was delicious - both plates were wonderful selections! The service is just as great as our order was taken quickly and our waters were refilled. The restaurant has a nice ambiance as well, with play decor and cute wall art!

Stopped in drinks and desserts as I cannot resist a Peruvian spot. It was not very busy and the soccer game was playing on the screen. Friendly staff. Sat at the bar and had a few delicious cocktails featuring Peruvian staples like maracuya and chicha morado. I asked for the dessert menu hoping for alfajores but was surprised by 6 unique choices. I had the lacumba mousse which looks like tiramisu but is much better! You will not be disappointed .

    - Happy hour 4-6pm M-F - The pork belly was really good. I also enjoyed the mixed ceviche - The tuna tartare and mahi mahi were average - They have indoor and outdoor seating - Service was slow, it seemed that there was only one waitress - Expect wynwood level prices!

Super nice ambiance in and outdoors, service was great and with no complaints. The food was to die for !!! Amazing portions and the flavor was beyond amazing!! But that coconut lemonade changed my life hahaha!! I seriously would seek that lemonade out next time I am in south Florida, it was so nice and refreshing without all the extra unnatural sugar taste

    Tacos de Cebiche

every time i go to miami i HAVE to stop by to get the ceviche tacos!!! great service, great music, and amazing vibes!

Do not miss this spot if you're in Wynwood! Unbelievably delicious drinks and many to choose from. The decor inside is beautiful and welcoming with lots of gorgeous art. And the food - all I can say is incredible. My friend had a couple of delicious looking appetizers and I had the arroz con mariscos, which was delicious- served with a side of tigre de leche - YUM!! Service was good - my only sadness was that they didn't have sushi that day! I would absolutely come back here - highly recommended!

Is 20% tip mandatory ? If so, why not mention anywhere in the menu?

Because most restaurants in Miami are auto tipping. I think 20 percent was kind of high too. The service I got there was not stellar.

Do you have valet parking? Or where do we park?

It was tart with a slight heat from the chili, with cilantro, thinly sliced red onion, sweet potato, and giant corn - nicely salty. The fish was fresh, and was nicely marinated. The Causa Ganadora was very good - cold mashed potato with Peruvian red pepper, oil, and lime, serviced with panko shrimp with a maracuya sauce. The panko shirmp was lightly crisp. The Lomo Saltado was good, too. The meat was tender, the fries were good, onions, and tomatoes with a side of rice. The Parihuela Acevichada was very tasty, served hot, with corvina, shrimp, squid, and musssels. To drink, I tried the Chicha Morada, with purple corn, pineapple, clove, and cinnamon was good. My server was friendly. It's a small place, with a small bar.
