There are not enough Turkish places around and so glad to see Marash! I stopped in to pick up some food to bring home, and I must now say, I have to go back and dine in! I didn't think I would enjoy the food as much as I did. Marash seems to be quite understated, simple, no frills, but it definitely delivers well in both flavor and friendliness. I love that they're in the same plaza as my neighborhood Trader Joe's tons of parking! And I was able to go in and out quickly before ordering ahead. The location is quite small, but enough tables to dine in from what I saw since it didn't seem to be too busy when I stopped in. I got some tea and the lamb kebab to go, and loved that they prepared it quickly and fresh right in front of me. I was super happy when I got home and it was just as delicious as what I was smelling in the car I was salivating! I'm not surprised they have great reviews, and I can't wait to dine in next time.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Marash Mediterranean for the past 7 months, and it's easily one of our favorite spots. We're really into staying healthy, and this place never disappoints--everything is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. It's become our go-to after workouts, and honestly, the chicken is unbeatable. I've tried it in just about everything--the wraps, the plates with veggies and rice--and every single dish has been amazing. On top of the food, the service makes it even better. We're always greeted by Memo, who is genuinely the best and makes us feel so welcome every time. If you're looking for delicious, fresh Mediterranean food, this place is a must!

I grabbed a quick lunch at Marash and decided to try the chicken wrap, which turned out to be delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The ordering process was quick and easy, and my food was prepared to order, resulting in perfectly soft chicken. I loved that the wrap was similar to a roti. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more items from their menu!

If I could do higher than 5 stars I so would! This is their second location to their family owed restaurant and everything is outstanding! Their fresh hummus and sauces are packed with flavor. They have house made mint lemonade that is to live for. I will definitely be coming back not just for the food but for the service. Thank you for a great time and even better meal.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant was nice and very clean. We ordered the smoked baba ghanoush as an appetizer, it was smokey and delicious. Next, I ordered the falafel platter and my husband had the mix grill platter. Both were fresh and incredible. There was so much food we were able to take it home for another meal.

We stopped here for lunch. They've been open about 3 months per the manager. We didn't realize that they're related to the Marash restaurant in Hallandale -- where we had been more than four years ago -- until one of our fellow diners mentioned it. There's lots of free parking in the lot outside the restaurant. It's a busy shopping center. The Turkish food here was very good. We shared their mixed appetizer with hummus, babaghanush, tzatziki, and grape leaves. And wedges of thin pita bread. We requested some sumac (lemony salty red spice) and put it on everything. The hummus was creamy and the babba eggplant was chunky and smokey. Since there were only two rice stuffed grape leaves, they disappeared fast. I left the tzatziki for my husband. After a bit of mixing and matching, we added a side order of gyro meat. That made all the combos even better. We also enjoyed a couple of glasses, each, of Turkish tea. And for dessert, we tried their Turkish ice cream dusted with pistachio bits. The ice cream is made from goat milk and very creamy. My husband got to speak a few words of his Turkish (from many years ago in Ankara) and we got to have an enjoyable Middle Eastern lunch. Lots more on their menu to try in this small restaurant.

Small restaurant with big flavors. We tried the gyros and were only able to finish half. Try their lemonade. Then dessert. Family friendly Turkish restaurant. When you go, parking is usually available in the strip mall. BYOB.

A nice lunch stop here and a chance to brush up some on my Turkish! We ordered a combination platter, gyro meat, chai and for dessert some Turkish ice cream with pistachio sprinkles. Food is delicious and service is friendly and helpful!

Service was incredible. All of the staff was so friendly, attentive, and kind. The food was delicious! We ordered many items to share for the table, including the mix appetizer, beytuni, Turkish ice cream and baklava. Everything is made fresh and in front of your eyes. It was so nice to finally be able to have some delicious Turkish food in the area. The ambience is casual and great for a quick bite, they also offered to go and catering. The ice cream was so delicious. I think we will be returning here a lot throughout the summer thr.

New Turkish Restaurant Alert!! Very nice family-owned restaurant in Delray! Everyone was super welcoming and they had authentic doner and dessert options. I loved the taste of doner, the platter had plenty of food: rice, salad, doner, yogurt sauce and bread. Really great value for the price. The dessert and ice cream were both delicious, definitely worth a try. If you are in the area this place is great for lunch/dinner and they have vegetarian options as well!

I can't wait to return for the most amazing dessert imaginable!! Kataif (the curly phyllo dough) filled with huge pistachios and honey - and accompanied with Turkish ice cream is beyond delicious! Add a side of baklava and you will be quite satisfied!! Lovely management- family owned makes a difference!

Service was amazing. The staff is very welcoming and making sure you get the best experience. Ayran, smoked baba ghanoush were really good. I liked the lamb chops. Döner tasted good, it might be a little drier and thicker slice than döner at other places in the area. That was the only thing. But if you are used to shawarma cut, this is actually a better choice for you! Depends on what you like.

I usually ate here at least twice a month or more for six years. And brought guests constantly . The food was always well prepared and at a reasonable price. The owner was always very friendly. BUT I will never again go back to Sofra after my experience last night. Last night I went with a couple of people that I had raved about this restaurant to. The owner, who certainly must've recognized me from the countless times I've eaten there in five years, barely grunted at me and the vibes I got from him were not very welcoming. He seemed really angry about something and was taking it out on his customers. There was only one other table that had customers and this was a Friday night. I found that really odd because other restaurants surrounding Sofra had lots of people sitting outside eating at their restaurants I ordered a falafel plate and others at our table ordered the İskender and another entrée. I practically passed out when I got the bill because I guess I didn't check the prices when I was ordering. The falafel plate, which was basically a spoonful of salad, a spoonful of rice, a few hard burned falafel, soup and a dribbling of tahini was $33. This is obscene. When this restaurant first opened they were charging for the same plate $15 and then they went to $25 after a few years which I thought was pretty high for the food we were getting but $33 is just plain greedy. I won't even do a review on the other two entrées because my party could barely eat them. I now see why there was nobody, literally nobody in this restaurant on a Friday night. And the owner, what happened to him? he used to be such a friendly guy and now he is just an angry man. The waitress never went back to check on us and refill our water after taking our order. Despite only two tables with customers in this restaurant. I read some of the reviews where owner says he hates the fucking country so why doesn't he just leave? There's plenty of really good Mediterranean restaurants that are not going to charge this kind of money for Mediterranean food. Even if the felafel was the best falafel I've ever eaten in my entire life - $33 is crazy. And it was not very good felafel - in fact all the food is mediocre. Where it once was amazing. So my suggestion to the owner is to lower his prices, improve the quality of his food and improve his attitude

The person who seemed to be the owner personally checked on us multiple times, and offered nice suggestions for entrees based on our tastes. The other servers as well were really nice too. My favorites of the entire meal were the manti (Turkish dumplings) and the chicken soup. The manti were small beef dumplings served in a delicious tangy yogurt sauce with some sort of spicy oil on top. They were very filling. The chicken soup was rich, with chicken, carrots, celery and parsley. It had a nice lemon note as well. The entrees - the kabab and the guvec - were hearty and had good flavor. The guvec was really hot (temp wise) because of the clay pot. Kunefe rounded out the meal. Could have used a bit more nuts but otherwise great. Great little spot for dinner!

Both were so utterly delicious, and served with well-seasoned fries, which I LOVED. We were also given a bread basket to begin and that was heavenly as well! I want to give it five stars so badly, and I think they have the potential to get there! The sign out front didn't match the name online, so we circled around trying to figure out if it was the right place. When we got inside, we deduced we should order at the counter, but there was no menu board and only one single menu sitting at the register. I didn't know what some of the menu items were, and there were no descriptions so I had to either google them or cross them off my list. These are all pretty simple fixes that I think would go a long way in the customer experience. I definitely plan to be back, the price for the mouthwatering meal was unbeatable! Hope they can figure out some of the little things to get people in the store and coming back!
