    Installing countertop for wetbar

How do I give Marble Stone Pro's TEN STARS??? There's a lot of faith when jumping into a renovation project. The stars aligned for me to end up with my general contractors picking stone from Marble Stone Pro's. They have a copious selection of stone. Something to fit every taste. That's the easy stuff though. Let me tell you about Cesar, the business owner & boss guy. This guy is PASSIONATE about what he does. He knows his stuff and runs a tight ship with his crew. We ran into a little scheduling challenge with some of the other contractors we were working with, and Cesar was quick to reschedule and find another window for when he could come in to measure the final dimensions of my cabinet tops for the counter. I really thought he would just measure fixed rectangles and call it a day. Cesar walked through my kitchen opening the cabinet doors next to the counters to find the optimal way to cut the countertop. He pointed out that we could cut a notch into one of the sides to accommodate the adjacent cabinet door opening. That way the door wouldn't get damaged from knocking into the counter over time. It sounded like a good idea but at the same time I worried it wouldn't be cut right or it would look funny. After the counter was installed, that thing fit snug as a bug and the notch was perfect! I honestly would have just lived with the door hitting the counter, but it takes an experienced installer to know all the little details to watch out for. Cesar went the extra mile and made sure the basins stayed covered to protect them from damage after he installed all the sinks. He really thinks of it all. The crew worked quickly with Cesar popping in one countertop after another today and were in and out in 2 hours. I have heard so many home renovation horror stories prior to hopping into this project but had none of that here. If you want a lot of stone options, great pricing and top notch fabrication & installing, Marble Stone Pro's is where it's at. I'm over the moon happy (and relieved) this part of the project is done and done exceptionally well!

They did come out promptly to repair though. I guess my only complaint on that one would be to have installers look over their work.(chip was very obvious) Fast forward a few months we needed our kitchen countertops replaced. They weren't very responsive with communication. Out of the 3 fabrication quotes I rec'd (the other 2 companies were recommended by All Natural Stone)theirs was twice the cost. Also,Lito's insisted I needed 3 slabs. We went back and forth on that one.The other 2 quotes from fabricators recommended by All Natural Stone said I would only need 2 slabs. Too busy, too expensive, error on slab quantity (I could have shelled out another $4k for quartzite slab!)and quick to run out the door after install so used someone else. My bathroom countertops do look nice though. I feel bad with only one star but the price gouging and big error regarding # of slabs was bad!

They were quick and super efficient. They came in, measured out the template and we met them within an hour at their shop to place the template on the slab. The quartzite I bought had shades of beige & grey veins throughout. The decision of where to put the seam was difficult. We needed the 2 pieces to match at the seam and the slabs were not colored the same at the seam area. Gregorio assured us that he would match the seam without issue, the color would be no problem. He was so right. The end result is stunning. You can not tell there is a seam unless you look very closely and you know where to look. He also beat his estimate to have my countertop ready by several days, which was super awesome as the contractor was finished with other tasks and was ready for the countertop installation. He spent time to tell me how to care for my countertop at the end of the installation. I could not be happier, I wish there was a 6 star rating.

The wood refinishing contractor we selected to re-stain our kitchen cabinets referred us to Marcos and his team at Builtwell Marble & Granite based on their positive experiences collaborating on numerous projects. From our very first consultation, we were impressed by Marcos's professionalism, knowledge, and personable manner. Once we chose Builtwell to install our new Cambria quartz countertops, Marcos and his team exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. Marcos kept us informed at every stage and moved the work forward at a steady, comfortable pace--from preparing the quote and scheduling the demolition of our existing countertops to templating, fabrication, and final installation. From the time we made our initial deposit to order the Cambria material until the project was completed, the entire process took approximately four weeks, including the manufacturer's delivery time. We couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to transforming our kitchen with beautiful new white quartz countertops, Marcos and his team installed our new kitchen sink and bottle washer, expertly handled several challenging backsplash cuts around our kitchen window, and successfully removed and reinstalled our existing range hood--a task that proved to be far more complicated than expected. What stood out most was Marcos's pride in his work and his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It was clear that he cared deeply about delivering a high-quality result and ensuring that we were happy with every aspect of the project. We highly recommend Marcos and the Builtwell Marble & Granite team and would not hesitate to work with them again.

She explains everything in detail and with great patience. We were mostly focused on bathroom vanity and she explained a variety of options for how to mix and match the countertop with vanities since we were looking for a not standard size. Filler, bullnose, toe-kick, prefab, all these foreign terms became easy to understand after Terry's explanations. They carry mostly factory made inventory, so if you want a standard size item, Granite Expo is not a bad choice. Bathroom is clean with plastic seat cover, free coffee machine and a good size showroom for kitchen and bath. We ended up buying a vanity and since we picked up the same day, we got the month discount. Everything was up to satisfactory, but the item we bought did not come with warranty. Terry warned us to examine the product carefully before acceptance and to their credits, the delivery team brought 2 items for us to choose since the first one had some color stain. They carry American made brands and European brands, so the vanity has the American shaker style as well as the European flat panel styles.

They handled the entire project from demo including a small wall, custom vanity, plumbing, addition of pony wall, steam unit installation, and marble fabrication. We purchased our material in Santa Clara and Felix picked everything up for us, and kept our calacatta viola slab in his shop until it was time to fabricate. They did an excellent job with our marble, making sure to use every inch of the slab. I am so impressed w the fabrication of our integrated sinks. They implemented everything I asked for and had great suggestions for design ideas. Fernando also provided a rendering of the space and I added a pic in comparison to the actual space and they look identical! I am so happy that the project came out exactly like we designed. We are having Felix quote more projects, and would highly recommend FL Granite and Marble to any neighbors and friends.

They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Fernando, who was my representative throughout the project. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions and design changes. He made the entire experience smooth from start to finish and always took the time to answer my calls. I highly recommend the team at F&L Granite. They truly went above and beyond to keep my project on schedule while delivering the best price, outstanding craftsmanship and customer service.
