Great pizza for a great price. They always have discounts, INCLUDING THE STUDENT DISCOUNT To my knowledge they deliver. Once I had a party at my house and someone ordered a 34" pizza. I didn't even know a pizza could be so big. If I remember correctly we had to get it though the balcony because the box wouldn't fit though the door without flopping the pizza everywhere. One of the only delivery places in the area, that's why we keep coming back. The dinner salad sucks... I want to love it, I love a good salad & feel like it balances the pizza but it has a really weird taste every time, I think it might be the olives. I'd give it a 0 rating if possible. Doordashed the food and the food was just atrocious. The only thing they got right was the soda. How crazy is that? Beware!! This place is not worth it. I ordered one All-American pizza with jalapeños added to one half. That's not what I received after waiting for over an hour. I got a pizza that was half All-American, and half jalapeño. What's more, the jalapeño side hardly had any cheese! The pizza was greasy and limp. This place isn't bad! They're open late which is great for the starving college student. They have deals all the time, they also deliver! Food: I got a pepperoni calzone and the patriot pizza and they were both really good! Don't expect your food not to be oily/greasy, it's a pizza place. The food was hot but not burning hot. The pizza and calzone were cooked nicely. Both items had great flavor. Service: The cashier was nice as was the person on the phone who took our order. Environment: The area around Marcello's is sketchy and there are a lot of homeless people roaming around, but since this is a pick up/delivery type of place it's not bad. Overall: It's just your regular pizza place. The pizza's are not terrible, they're tasty and good enough to eat when you're hungry. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place was my favorite until we ordered a pizza last night. Halfway into the pizza, my husband and i noticed that underneath the cheese (which slid off) there was this greenish brown on the crust. We didn't know what it was but ruled out that it wasn't a burnt part of the pizza. We didn't realize until halfway through because we don't typically inspect our pizza when we are starving and ready to eat. We took it back and the first thing we noticed were all the employees hanging outside with the so called manager. The manager said he wouldn't give us a refund but would give us credit for a free pizza "next" time. We left feeling ripped off and disgusted that we had eaten some unkown gunk. Special with 2 large 2-topping pies, and an order of wings. Everyone in my house felt queasy and had diarrhea the next day. Both pizzas tasted like they made plain cheese pies the day before, and then topped them and reheated them in the oven for our order. The cheese was hard and had a skin on it, and the crusts were over cooked, dry, and stale tasting. They seemed incredibly skimpy on the toppings, and light on the sauce. They were just barely warm when we received them. We always order Garlic Parm wings here, because thats the only way that they're at all crispy. If you get them with sauce, they seem like they've been boiled, with wet, rubbery skin. The delivery guys are always polite, and are usually early For $50, you can do better. I came here the other day because I was really craving a pizza! So I totally yelped it beforehand-- and the picture of the BBQ Chicken Pizza on here sold me. I ended up getting the small BBQ Chicken Pizza (~$1), and it was really fresh and delicious. Although it wasn't too cheesy, it was still pretty delicious and fresh-- maybe that's why they took forever. Next time, I'm totally calling in ahead of time. Parking was decent-- since this lot is always empty. Service was good-- especially "special" discounts, like if they mess up on an order (which happened to another customer while I was waiting for my pizza). Overall, I would totally come here again for a pizza fix. The pricing is very reasonable-- and their speciality pizzas seem like a pretty good catch! I love this pizza place, and staff is usually nice. Manager was kind during my complaint, and she explained they were busy which I completely get. However, the tall chunky balding guy with glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE to his own co workers and me. I would be embarrassed to have this guy as an employee. He gave me a hard time because my girlfriend placed an online order, and another girl with same name placed an order. When I went to pick it up, I couldn't think of my Gf's phone number and he says, "wow, you can't remember her number? Amazing!" This guy is hurting their business. If I was the owner or manager, I would put him in charge of cleaning duty or just let him go. This "man" will hurt their business. Decided was too tired to drive anywhere so i was gonna order delivery. considering it was already midnight (12:30am) i didn't have many options so i decided with marcellos, first called and made sure they were still delivering, since their delivery hour ends at 12:30am. They told me it was kool so i ordered and it took them about ~20mins to get to my house. Driver was very inpatient, regardless, i tipped generously. and said goodbye. Opened the pizza box, and immediately lost my appetite. I had ordered their Chicken Alfredo Pizza and it looked like the ingredients where all in the center and not distributed, while the dough was not yet thoroughly cooked and extremely pale. To say the 17.99 dollar pizza looked disgusting would be an understatement. me and my roommate decided that we might as well try it, and each had one of the worst slices of pizzas we have ever had.
