I've ordered from Marco's a number of times the pizza and wings were solid. I personally wouldn't call it exceptional. 3 or 4 years ago they were really putting out solid food if you were hungry but now it was pretty basic. I ordered a large pepperoni the other day but I felt the cheese was lacking, the crust was a little too hard. There just was not a lot of care put into it. I would say if you're hungry and can't find much else go for it. But it wouldn't be a first choice for me. read more

So I've never had Marcos pizza before and my daughter turned me on to it. Went for pick up cause it's six mins down the street from the tilt. Man when I got there the workers were in the middle of a laugh fest so that made the pick up even better. A jovial staff makes for a great impression. The pizza we excellent got a "white pizza" and a "meat lovers" I don't know the real names but they were absolutely delicious. A wee bit greasy especially the actual box but hella good. Oof. I've heard Marco's is the best fast-food pizza chain, but boy, our experience makes that difficult to imagine. We wanted to try both their regular pizza, as well as their deep-dish, so we ordered both, each with extra cheese and light sauce. Instead, both looked as though I had ordered them with extra sauce and light cheese (like, they legitimately may have misread the order? I dunno). The flavors themselves are OK, but nothing I could see anyone getting excited about--the most middle-of-the-road pizza you can imagine. Meanwhile, also tried cheese bread and cinnamon bread. The former was way more bread than cheese--just a very light cheese crust on top of big ol' hunks of bread. The latter came with packaged icing that had the most artificial flavor imaginable. Have you ever had the packaged icing that comes with those build-a-gingerbread-house packages? Yeah, it was that. Overall, pretty bummed to spend $40 and our pizza night trying this out. We'd take Domino's or Pizza Hut over this in a heartbeat. read more

Marco's Pizza is sooo good! Surprisingly good for a chain! I received a mailer in the mail yesterday, and decided to give them a try. I definitely prefer them to other chain alternatives! Their pizza tastes much more artisan and handcrafted. I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico & Cheezy Bread, which were both delicious, satisfying, and filling. Ordered pizza for my staff, i tipped on the website because I didn't have cash but I took a screenshot of the total and the receipt both showed the correct amount as well as the initial charge on my card.but I guess the delivery driver or worker didn't like my tip or someone whomever their decided to make the tip $50.09 and charged my card again I tipped on the website and didn't sign any receipts or add another tip in any way. whoever does the books should know no one would do a 100% tip! No excuse for this. I called and spoke to the manager today, he apologized for the mistake and assured me it was an accident. I don't know how their systems work or how tips are entered so I'll take his word for it. I'm not saying it was intentional on the businesses part but still overall not a good experience. He suggested if something like this happens again to let them know the same day but unfortunately that's not possible as i don't think anyone babysits their account balance each day or checks if a charge is changed. This money won't hurt me not having nor will it cause a hardship just an annoyance but I know it's a heady amount for some families and wouldn't want that to happen to them. Update: Two weeks later and I still haven't received my money back, originally I was "assured" it must of been an accident, I'm starting to doubt that, I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company and they are now requesting additional proof, so I'm guessing Marcos is trying to dispute their thievery, this is theft and I will be filing a police report in the next week or two. read more

Holy hell I hope this review puts them on the map for pizza! It is amazing! I came in during their grand opening to pick up a pizza a calzone, and breadsticks cuz my roommates wanted something cheap to eat. I'm so glad I did! It puts domino's and pizza hut to shame! The flavor made on the pizza is perfect! They aren't stingy with the sauces and toppings and the best part was it took only 20 mins for them to make on their GRAND opening day! My roommate said the calzone was made perfectly for a meal without having to be in a food coma. The manager Jacob even gave us his secret tip of mixing ranch and their marina to give it that extra razzle dazzle. Come by and support a family owned pizza place! Had to try Marco's pizza after all the hype, not to mention it's Veteran owned at store #7418, off Jones and Charleston. I figured lunch for my staff would be an awesome way to test out the pies. I ordered a Large Cheese and Large Pepperoni. Pretty common I know, but when you bite into the pizza it's another story. Everyone had seconds and some thirds. One of the employees took a piece to go they liked it so much. All those people approved, one even getting the number to order again. However there was one last critic to try Marco's for the first time..... My husband. He stated that these are two of the best pies he has ever had. Oh and don't forget your Jalepeno ranch.
