I really wanted to love Rosatis but I just can't. They are so inconsistent, sometimes it's good but more often than not it's a miss. This last time was it for us- the pizza was well done on one side, had too much cheese (which is crazy to say because I loooove cheese), the dough nuggets were insanely dry, and to top it off my salad was a legit chunk of iceberg not even chopped just thrown into a container. The honey mustard also has such a strong horseradish taste it's almost inedible. We used to get the deep dish (which was great the first time but not awesome the next several orders) so we thought maybe the thin crust might be better- was not. With so many pizza options out there I'm sad to say I think we're done with Rosatis. read more

Friendly service, food came out quick and was delicious! We shared an Italian beef sandwich as well as a double dough sausage pizza (need leftovers!). This style of crust is a great in between a thin crust and a deep dish. We traveled here for a softball tournament again (at majestic park). We always make sure we stop here to get our rosatis fix. We are originally from Chicago - this always tastes great and hits the ache we have for our original home town favorites. Pepsi products, draft and bottled beers. Lots of options on the menu. Few tv's perfectly positioned for easy viewing. Decor does feature some Chicago sports teams. I have been ordering from this restaurant since 2011, and after all these years, they continue to exceed my expectations. Their consistency is truly impressive. Every order has been accurate, the staff taking my orders are always professional and friendly, and the delivery drivers are punctual, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. In more than 15 years as a customer, I have never had a single issue with either the quality of the food or the level of service. My favorite menu items are the Chicago-style deep-dish pizza and the buffalo wings (mild, extra crispy, and extra wet)--they're outstanding every time. I also frequently order their salads, and the ingredients are always fresh. The lettuce is crisp, never wilted, and I've never received lettuce with the "pink rib" discoloration that often indicates it's no longer fresh. It's rare to find a restaurant that maintains this level of quality and consistency over so many years. UPDATE!! I just went back and I'm upping this to 5 stars because the service is really good. Real humans with real hearts and they care about the business from what I've experienced. I also used their restroom this time and it was super clean and smelled great!!! Most times it's like *horror movie slasher sounds* going into a public restroom but this was on point and reflects they care about their overall presentation. I went into Rosati's Pizza and ordered one of their speciality pizzas. It was peppers and roast beef. Soooo good. It was so good that we decided to have them cater one of our parties. The catering menu was easy to navigate. So we ordered one of the packages. We made a few changes and paid, we also prepaid the tip. The delivery person was on time. I don't know if this person would have brought the items into the house, because my family went outside and helped themselves to the food and brought it in themselves. The beef was cold, but the juice/gravy was HHHHOOOOTTT. So we dipped the beef in the juice/gravy and served on fresh bread that they provided. We also order a couple of pizzas. The food was devoured! Loyal customer last 8 years. Today totally turned me off. No seasoning on pizza, barely a few ounces spread out of sauce which leaves even less flavor. Called 12 minutes before to pick up. Walked in to 3 employees sitting on the booth on their phones 1 eating. Waited at the counter for 4 minutes which felt like forever until one decided to pop up. Dining room had 2. Guests. Called in 10min before arriving, waiting another 28 minutes for a single cheese.....with zero flavor. I know cutting costs but maybe cut the staff not what we like to eat. We got Mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, a shrimp Alfredo pasta and a pepperoni pizza to have a variety of things to try and see if we would be back, but unfortunately the wings had like a blood taste in the center that was bad. The Alfredo pasta was ok and sorry but a store bought pizza is better than the pizza we had. Just giving my most honest opinion. The server was great very attentive and super nice. My veggie pizza is absolutely amazing. I'm not a vegetarian but I was really craving some veggies and this hit the spot. The salad was also super fresh with high-quality ingredients. Been a customer for this specific location for over 5 years and love their pizza. Food is always hot and portion sizes are great but unfortunately we did have an unpleasant experience dining in yesterday. We had some extended family coming over and decided to dine in this time to show them our favorite spot in town. Service was great, our waitress and host upfront were very friendly and attentive as always, but halfway through our meal, we heard a man screaming and cursing from the back part of the restaurant/kitchen. We tried ignoring it but the combined noise of the radio and the yelling which got louder throughout the meal, made it hard to hear. We decided to order two deep dish cookies for dessert and the first one came out quickly and was delicious but the second one took a bit longer and was offered a remake by kitchen since it was smaller than usual and crumbling. We said we'd wait for the remake and it took well over 25 mins for it come out. Our waitress kept assuring it was coming out soon and seemed very apologetic. I went to pay upfront and as I waited in line, I saw one of the cooks, a short tattooed young man, very visibly upset, screaming at another employee and throwing around the food while talking on the phone which threw me off. The hostess upfront was very nice and kindly gave us a discount which we appreciated. We love the pizza here overall, place is clean and the service itself was great but this was our first time having a less than favorable experience regarding the ambiance so we will be coming back. read more

They offer daily happy hour from 3P-6P. It's a Decent neighborhood pizza spot. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. As soon as you enter you are greeted by staff. We had a horrible experience here. We waited about a half hour for our pizza only to find out that our pizza was wrong and they were going to remake it. We would have taken the wrong pizza if we would have been able to eat it. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. It was much longer and we still didn't have our pizza. We were offered cannoli to take home for our troubles. We were not offered refills until I put my cup right on the edge of the table. In the meantime they were playing music in the dinning area and started playing super loud music in the kitchen. Both were completely different. At that point we were over the entire situation. We went up to complain and we told her about everything. She started ringing us up for the salad we shared while waiting. My husband told her after all this entire experience we were not paying for our salad. I do not recommend this location or the purchase of a Groupon. Got bad food poisoning. I wouldn't write a review like this if we just got a little sick from the food (stuff happens), but my wife spent the last 2 days in the hospital and I still can't handle any solid food at this point. This was worse than the average just eating food that was a little off. And yes, I know it was from the food here because we both started feeling queasy within minutes of finishing the meal and quickly escalated from there resulting in taking my wife to the ER several hours later. We ordered fettuccine alfredo and a small pizza. Most likely culprit was the alfredo since my wife ate the bulk of that while I mostly ate the pizza. Either something put in the alfredo was bad or whomever cooked it was sick and shouldn't have been working (and/or practiced terrible hygiene). Either way the standards here are subpar and I'm very much not looking forward to whatever the final hospital bill comes out to. But hey, at least I've lost 10lbs over the weekend, so there's that. read more

The food is good, just overpriced. Their loyalty program sucks. You may get a coupon out of them when you've spent a couple hundred dollars. If you save 12 coupons from the pizza boxes (meaning you bought 12 overpriced pizzas), they'll give you 50% off one pizza. But if you use that discount, you better only order one pizza, because if you ordered a large and a small, your discount applies to the small pizza. I don't know why I applied a tip on the carry out order as the service was minimal and my discount sucked. Looked like a bunch of high schoolers running things. Have ordered delivery from here a few times and it's been very good. We're pretty close so it shows up hot and quick. I order the same thing every time, gluten free crust, sausage, green pepper and extra cheese. They put the cheese on top of everything, which is odd but tastes great My wife changes her order every week, last week she got a black olive pizza with extra cheese and the week before a pepperoni and cheese calzone. Both were really good, the only issue was with the pizza, it was so hot when they boxed it all the toppings had slid off and were on the side of the box. We have been ordering here for 4 years and have, usually, had terrific service and wonderful tasting food. You can tell they care about the food they produce. Today was an exception. Pizza was delivered and had to have been transported on its side. The entire 16" Pizza was shoved to less than half the box. It was more like a Pizza blob. In addition, delivery driver had to know because all the sauce soaked through the box and it no longer has any integrity to stay together. The salad looked like it had been in an accident. Thank goodness the salad was also enclosed in a paper bag. We could at least dump it into a bowl, re-chill it since it wasPizza. Thinking about it, the last time we ordered, the extra cheese was only in the center of the pie. The 2" around the edge had no cheese. A little more care should be taken as this was a $52 Pizza, not an $8 Little Cesar's pizza. Come on Rosati's - you can do better!! read more

I did not like this place at all and I tried it twice after I moved into the area right down the street. I didn't know how they stay open. The food is bad and the service is not that good besides one waitress named Reina. This place should really just do their food like the north Durango location and it would be sooo much better. If you've heard good things about Rosati's it was most likely the north Durango location. I was so disappointed in this place because the name was there but the food was not! Mediocre at best I ate pizza and boneless wings from this location this weekend. It wasn't my choice but there was no way of changing the address or location on the door dash app. So we took a chance and honestly the pizza was better then I remembered it. I can't say the same for the boneless wings. The wings had a faint burnt taste to them and it wasn't pleasing at all. I have to say, the people I had over said they really liked the pizza .
