The reason we ordered pizza from here was because of the great reviews. I've never tried it so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a delivery and if I could give a rating for the accuracy of the delivery time, I would give you 10 stars because the pizza arrived when it said it was supposed to. The reason for the two star you ask? When my pizza was delivered, the delivery person left the pizza order on the ground in front of our front door, we heard the doorbell and because we were trying to get our dogs away from the front door, I can only assume the delivery person did not want to wait for someone to open the door, and instead left it on the ground. For some people, that might not be a big deal, however, I do not want my food on the ground... And because of that we will no longer order from this establishment. Regarding Marco's on Bremuda...I gotta tell you about Jacob, the pizza and the service. First of all...This pizza is the closest to Chicago thin/crispy crust that I have found in my search in at least 12 different places in LV and Henderson and Boulder City. I have a special order pizza in their computer that I order every time I am in the area that they deliver in. I have tried the same order at other locations and nobody compares to this location. I spoke with Jacob when I placed my order to confirm that they had my specialty in the computer and he confirmed it and I ordered. I got the pizza and it was just beautiful...exactly what I wanted as far as content with generous portions of everything...but it wasn't well done/semi-burnt like I like it. I called Jacob and told him that the pizza wasn't done enough...nothing was dark and crispy and the crust wasn't crispy. Jacob offered to make me another one and put it through the ovens another time even though he was apprehensive about it burning and I told him not to worry...if it's not brown and crispy, run it through until it is. He ran it through 4 times...it came out perfect and he delivered it himself. This man Jacob is the epitome of excellent service and making sure the customer is happy with their food. I ordered via DoorDash and twas not good. I ordered the Original Crust Hawaiian Chicken Pizza (small - $15.99). It comes topped with ham, grilled chicken, bacon, pineapple, their original sauce, and signature three cheeses. So much crust. It was crust-worthy and very little else. There was no sauce to be seen, no cheese to be pulled, and overall, very lackluster. I also ordered the steak & cheese sandwich ($11.99 for a 12") because I was hankering a cheesesteak. Apparently, this sandwich is supposed to come with steak, mushrooms, mayo, and their signature three cheeses - okay so none of that happened. It was very dry and I ended up giving up on eating it. So the moral of the day: the signature three cheeses is a mystery because it doesn't make it into any of the entrees - it was missing in both the pizza and sandwich. You can't be claiming a signature three cheese situation if there's lack of it. Don't rely on Vegas delivery unless you can physically get there to see it for yourself. read more

This USED to be the location we ordered from before until one bad experience changed it all. After picking up the bf from the airport, I decided to call in an order for pickup and it would be ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately my cell service was spotty and the employee over the phone couldn't hear me. Whatever, we just decided to go order in person and just wait. We walk in, the employee goes "what can I get you?" No greeting, no hello, nothing. We order our food, he takes our money. Fine. What goes terribly wrong is that right after taking our payment, he goes straight to the pizza making area and starts making our food without washing his hands!!! You just touched money and the cash register and then touched the entire line of food! Absolutely not!! We talked to the manager and asked him "would you serve that pizza to your family knowing that he didn't wash his hands first?" We then pointed out that the entire line of food was now contaminated and we wanted our money back. The manager obliged and we walked out. Off to the the Cactus location we went. Marcos on Bermuda use to be fantastic but has since gone down hill. They are to busy trying to rush the order rather than follow the order request. The pizza is soggy when you ask for well done. They don't bring crushed red peppers or cheese when you order delivery. It's really a let down... With just the right ratio of sauce to cheese to toppings, the pizzas don't disappoint. A little costlier than some of your chains, but you can tell the pizzas here have a certain freshness to them. All in all I called Marcos Pizza about the mistake mentioned I was not driving all the way back to have it replaced. I just threw it away and I have pictures the gentleman that took the phone call said that I could come back and get a replacement sub but Austin who claimed he was a manager answer, the phone rudely, and said so you want me to replace a 6 inch sub because of a accident I said yes because when I called, the gentleman said it would be replaced so when I got there, my sandwich was already done. And it was cold or I should say very luck warm because It was sitting on the shelf and I should've checked it before I left, and because I didn't it was so much worse than the first one so again, I did not eat it and I was not happy with the service of the supposedly manager Austin. Ordered from Marco's a large deluxe pizza from Marco's on Bermuda Ave. CSA seemed rude, curt and impatient. Requested a 1:00pm delivery. To my surprise CSA hungup before I could re-check order. Immediately checked my credit card and transaction already posted. No delivery so I called to complain a different CSA said she couldn't find original order and would redo order which arrived at nearly 2:00pm. It's pretty good pizza for a quick eat. Great value with the special. This location has 1 topping medium pizzas for 7.99 we got plain cheese, pepperoni, sausage. Also got an order of plain chicken wings. Actual chicken breast meat which is great! I wish I had asked for double or even triple the garlic butter for the crust. However, when we got there to pick up our pizza, it was a completely different type. It was an all meat pizza which we did not choose. I think I've been having this Deluxe for the 5th or 6th times, i usually do the take out most of the time but the last two times I'd then delivered. it's been always fresh and taste real good. Yelp Review Challenge 2021, Review #29 In my opinion, great onoliscious neighborhood takeout pizza. Comparable to Pizza Hut, Domino's. I prefer this place over both. Also prefer this place to a favorite pizza place in California, but gotta say Marco's Pizza is better and plus it's nearby! Don't need to wait to go to Cali to get a pizza we crave. First tried out this place last year, and after several visits the quality, crust, toppings, cheese, service has always been consistent. Tip/Recommendation: Call in your order for pick up, freshly made in about 20-22 minutes. We usually get the pepperoni and cheese. But looking forward to try the other offerings. The crust -- not hard, thick. taste -- you can get flavored crusts at no extra charge, I don't remember which we usually get but it always makes me finish the whole slice, crust included. Good serving of cheese and pepperoni on each pie. I am surprised I can't find any photos of their pizza in my phone, I will take some the next time we order. Something has changed in the last few weeks. The food was decent as of 3-4 weeks ago, but it has gone downhill super fast and I think it may be due to their changes on their website recently. Since they did the website change I am guessing the corporate big Whigs decided to change the quality of ingredients also in order to make more profit. This never works because the food is much worse. Trying to save money like this will drive customers away. Tonight was the last order from them, the pizza lacked the flavor it had before and the texture changed. The pizza bowls were plain old nasty, cold, undercooked watery mush is what we got. Not the crispy well cooked bowls we got before. You lost a regular customer, no need to reply to this review, I will never order from here again. read more
