For just two slices and a couple of apps, the wait felt excessive especially with kids in tow and a time crunch. The food itself was underwhelming. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out either. Definitely not the "wow" factor I was hoping for when searching for a go-to hometown pizza joint for our family Friday nights. The calzones are great and I highly recommend. They are not the ones that are made with ricotta cheese that you would get from Italian restaurants but it's still good. The butterballs are amazing though. Little balls of bread in a butter garlic sauce and my family loves them. I would say to be careful of the time you decide to go. It gets pretty crowded around dinner time and there isn't a lot of tables to sometimes keep up with the crowd.
