It's been awhile since I've had Marcos but I saw a bogo special which made it an easy dinner night. I placed my order for pick up and when I got there it was ready to go. When I got home everything look good, the hot honey pepperoni was more on the greasier side but the heat from the honey was really good. I ordered in advance on the website, I walked in the business and you could tell from the energy in the room they were very busy. I don't know how many people were cooking but it was 3 people in the kitchen. It took over 30 mins for the pizza to be done. This was our first time ever trying Marco's. I have been wanting to try it for years. Our first experience wasn't the best because it took a long time for our pizza to be done. I would say that Marco's pizza is pretty decent for a chain store pizza place. I think the pizza is a step above Domino's or Papa John's. The wings tasted very similar to Domino's wings, a little undercooked and underwhelming, but for the price and speedy delivery/carry out, this is to be expected. Ordering over the phone was very easy and pickup was available within 15 minutes. They did provide paper plates, ample napkins, extra sauces for the wings & seasoning packets (red pepper and Parmesan cheese). The pizza was pretty good, nice base, not overly greasy or obnoxiously saucy. If you want something fast and relatively inexpensive, give Marco's Pizza a try! read more

I went to this Marco's location because unfortunately the one closest to me was not honoring the advertised deals on their website and this location was. I honestly wasn't expecting much. It was late night and we were all craving pizza but I already had a bad image of the company for "false advertising" when I visited the one on Brandon Blvd. However, when I visited thislocation, the staff were all so welcoming and polite and willing to help, the pizza and cheesy bread was made fresh and the location was clean and tidy. Decent Italian food for when you're hankering and are staying in (they deliver). The pizza was cooked well, with ample toppings and cheese. Good serving for salads, enjoyed the chef salad here. Tried a meatball sub and was a bit disappointed as the meatballs were puny and it was mostly bread and sauce. The wings were supposedly hot but they seemed plain and weren't that impressive. I really enjoy Marco's pizza and have never had an issue at this location. They put an adequate amount of both cheese and toppings which is always a plus!!! I enjoy the free flavored crust as well and usually get both parmesan and garlic butter!! My favorite topping there is bacon and I enjoy both the thin and regular crust. Meat lovers is also a fave for me! Boyfriend and I always do pick up as that is how we get the best deals. Ordered 2 Pizzas yesterday evening from the Providence Location. One, $38 Bucks for two large Pies. One thin crust which tasted like over cooked Baked Cardboard along with what looked like a few toppings. I had to put my glasses on to confirm. 2nd Pizza was another large with original crust which also had very little paste. Really, just make a good pizza. Take some pride in your work and the community you serve. I don't understand why more businesses just don't copy Chick Filet's Business Model. It works. Hello Marco's Ownership, time to wake up.... UPDATE: this location has tried 3 times now to correct my order and it's still wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. The make line does their job correctly as do those answering the phones. Cut table doesn't have a clue and drivers don't follow up on it by reviewing the order before bagging it for delivery. i ordered 2 pizzas online and the pickup time was 8:46 pm. my husband went inside and paid for our pizzas and was told they were in the oven. 15 minutes later the employee that waited on my husband walked out with her food at the end of her shift. my husband sat inside for another 15 minutes and still no pizza. he rang the bell and the other employee told him just a few minutes and she would be with him. when she finally came up to the counter my husband told her to keep the 2 pizzas since he had waited over 30 minutes past the pick up time. terrible customer service. will never order from here again. minus 5 stars read more

Marcos always has good tasting pizza, however, this specific locations managerial employees are awful. I ordered 2 small pizzas on a Saturday night, knowing it would take a bit longer than usual. My estimated delivery time was 70 minutes. Literally 2 hours later I called and asked for an update because the app said it was on its way for over an hour and the poor guy, Randall, was the only person there because the manager took it upon himself to leave at 8, knowing he was the only delivery driver. Randall was very professional and tried to offer different solutions so we ended up going to pick it up and he remade our pizzas since they had been sitting in the heater for an hour. I'm usually a fan of Marcos pizza, the local one near where I live is always great but unfortunately this one is a bust.... I was visiting a friend in this area and we decided to order pizza, we called this location and whoever answered the phone initially kept us on the line for over 15 minutes then ended up hanging up. We called back again and as soon as they responded they hung up again. We gave it a 3rd and final try and were staying hopeful and giving them the benefit of the doubt but they were rude and eventually took my order but it was a struggle. What we anticipated being a quick and easy lunch option ended up being such a drag, they told us we would only wait 40 mins for delivery but took over an hour. The pizza itself tasted fine but the customer service is just terrible, save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. I hate to post bad reviews but I also like to be warned if the service is going to be bad. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they spit on my pizza with the level of unnecessary rude attitude they had for no reason, anyways rant over. I'm forced to give a star on this place, but I wouldn't give them any. So I decided to try this place out for lunch. As I'm getting ready to walk into the shop, I see an employee screaming at a woman, saying "Fuck off you cunt", & the woman yelled back "I'll never eat here again." The woman was clearly a disgruntled customer. The employee was wearing a buttoned down shirt, which means she was a manager, or at least thats how it worked for me when I was in customer service. I have ordered from this place twice and really enjoyed it! Today I ordered the cheesy bread (in the picture) for lunch and I was going to eat half but almost finished it because it was so good. Everyone at the locations was super nice both times I was there for pick up. I tried their pepperoni pizza before which was nice and tasty and I already have a plan to order a cheese pizza next time (someone next to me was getting it and it looked really really good).
