I give them 5 stars bc they have the thinnest pizza I have found in Tampa. I'm from St. Louis so I'm a fan of that cracker thin pizza crust, which is pretty much non existent down here! If you absolutely positively want to actually get a pizza delivered the same day you ordered it: GO ELSEWHERE Have you ever had to work late and feed your family at the same time? When this happens I like to order delivery from reputable restaurants near my home and have it delivered to my family before I get home. How would you like it if you placed an order with the favorite nearest pizza delivery and then come home hours later to find everyone went without dinner and now nothings open, nothing is thawed out to cook... What if you called the next day and asked for the manager and lo end up speaking to the owner instead and she says she (the owner) cancelled the order because they were closing up and the delivery guy was running late. Asked why then didn't they call back to let you know she says "ughh, 'sorry' with an irritated and impatient tone. Followed by "want to place an order tonight or what?" So I asked "are you going to give me a free pizza or a discount at least?" She responded in same irritated tone "no!" Owner = A*hole (if she really was the owner?) I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews because I have been going here since I discovered it 2 years ago when I moved here and have always had amazing consistent service and delicious perfectly prepared pizza! I had friends in town and we got delivery last night and not only was it the fastest delivery I have ever got from anywhere but the pizza was perfect once again! I recommend the old world pepperoni as a topping...it's smaller pepperoni so they are crunchy and so delicious! We also got the cheesy bread for the first time and it was cheesy and full of flavor! We didn't even need to dip it in anything because it was so good! The driver was very nice as usual and once again I am a very satisfied customer. Their customer service is horrible. The place was dirty, their ice machine was broken (the employee had to scoop our ice out from the top). The employee took a personal call right in front of us while we were waiting for 7 minutes to even be addressed (there was no one else there.). Then our pizza came. Horrible experience. I ordered online which indicated the order pick up time to be 8:30 PM. When I arrived for the pick up I was told it would be ready in a minute. Fast forward 30 minutes to 9:05 and I'm still sitting here waiting. "your pizza is ready, now we're just waiting in your wings". Brianna the "shift lead", was rude and unapologetic. She even seemed to take issue with the fact that I am upset the order is 40 minutes late. When I asked for the owner or franchisee's phone number I was told to go find it online. I eventually had to give up and cancel for a refund. The last time I ordered here just days ago, there were issues as well. This location in going downhill for some reason. The pizza here was just okay, nothing special. I ordered the pizza magnifico and cheese bread for my family of five and we actually had leftovers! And with three teenagers and two adults, one pizza usually isn't enough! The first layer of pepperoni was fine, but some of the tiny round pepperoni's they put on top were slightly burnt. Ashely W, the manager was very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. as a customer I stood at the register and she deliberately took the gentleman's behind me order first. after she took his order she didn't even acknowledge me until I got her attention. Spent 60 dollars on 3/19/2016 2pm at this location. Ordered three pies and 20 wings. When I got home to share with my family we discovered that the grilled chicken pie had so little chicken on it, it was hard to determine whether it was a plain pie or anything else. Also I've never seen chicken wings so small, doubting it they were actually chicken wings. I called location and spoke to the same person who prepared my order and her response was sorry that is how we received them. Who receives orders for Marcos Pizza? Very disappointed and that is why Papa Johns will be my only choice from now on. Terrible customer service, terrible products. SHAME on you! read more

I've never ordered from Marcos but I was driving by and didn't want to cook so i stopped in. Young girl (Jessica I think) didn't come to greet me bush said she'll be there in a minute. No one else talked to me until a driver came in and asked if I had been helped and he told her he would box the pizzas so she could ring me up. I asked her about specials and she was clueless. I asked her about the online special and she said I could order it online. Well I was standing in the store so why couldn't she do it for me? She just walked off. Awesome. Will never use this location as long as Anthony is running the place. Have been a long time customer for several years and always a pleasant experience with staff and management. But since several management changes and new owner the place has gone down hill. I live outside the delivery area by less than 1/4 mile. The last owner made the overide for delivery due to a good relationship with owner and staff and we have always tipped extra because of that. Have dealt with Anthony several times and today was the last time. I can't order delivery online because outside of area and have to call. Today Anthony must have been short staffed or just in a bad mood because he rushed me on the phone thru my order and didn't repeat it and when I tried to give my coupon code for my loyalty reward he said I had to place order online because I had a loyalty reward and he couldn't do it over the phone, then call back and he would change to delivery ,even though it had been done all previous times, no questions or push back. I tried online and it didn't work. Called back and tried explaining that to Anthony. He said the coupon is expired, I replied it doesn't expire until 12/19. He then said I needed to take it up with corporate there wasn't anything he could do. I asked if recently got a new computer system because was just at that location within 10 days and no problems doing coupons on computer then. He said yep, brand new system, then started talking over me and hung up on me. I called back and got Anthony again and said I just want to place the order I started (had alot of family in town) and be done. He kept talking over me and was extremely rude. He said I could no longer order from this location. He is definitely in the wrong line of work and needs anger management and customer service classes. read more

Every time my husband and I order from this location there is always a problem. We order pizza about 1-2 a week and we always choose Marcos being there ingredients,pizzas are always the best. Well this location will no longer receive any of our business and I'll be driving even further to pick up our orders and now not even have the option to have them delivered. The first time since we relocated and moved to this area and ordered through this location, I called to see how much longer for the order and my order was never put in correctly and ended up having to wait an additional hour, I talked to the manager and he took 10$ off our bill. Second time we ordered through here most recently on 1-3-2018 we decided to have it delivered I place the order and after about 10 minutes past the delivery expected time we were starting to worry so I call to check in on the order and the lady was rude didn't even properly put me on hold when I asked her how much longer she said " ummmmm" and then was placed on hold. When she returns she says " the driver is just now heading out." Meanwhile we have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes hungry and exhausted from our busy work days.. So I ask why I'm needing to wait an extra 20 minutes in addition to the hour and 15 minutes now we need to wait even longer!! Her response was that they are slow and short drivers.. My brother and I no longer order from anywhere except this Marco's. They have customer service and delivery down. Only once have we had to call about an order (we almost didn't since they never disappoint, we knew it was an honest mistake) We ordered a half bacon and half cheese and they ended up giving us and all bacon. We called back and they had delivered a hot cheese pizza and cheesy bread complimentary within 20 minutes. We didn't even expect that.
