Came here while visiting Portland. Amazing breakfast, good prices and service. Must try the hash browns.

Fantastic local diner. I ordered the special, jalapeños, bacon, omelette. I'll come back every time I'm in Portland. Great vibes and community feel.

This might just be my favorite sit down breakfast place in town! The space is small and cozy, we were lucky to be seated immediately when there can be long waits at peak times. It feels very vintage inside with lots of interesting decor. The menu is expansive and has something for everyone, plus they have lots of interesting specials. When we went they had a cookies and cream muffin, a pumpkin fritter French toast, a couple of kinds of quiche and one or two other items that I can't recall. My omelette was delish and perfectly prepared, my husband got us the pumpkin fritter French toast to share which was luscious (as my grandfather would say). Everyone at our table was super happy with their meal. Coffee was typical diner fare but that's fine with us. Portions are hearty, the price is right, and service hit the mark. If I'm having breakfast in my town, it'll be Marcy's or Henny's!

Stop by if you're in the area! We're glad we found it. Quick, delicious food and the wait goes by fast! We loved it!

DELICIOUS comfort food Easy going, friendly staff Cozy environment My friend and I decided to give Marcy's a try, since we both love breakfast and surprisingly, neither of us have tried it yet (surprising because we are both living and from Maine!) We were directed to two bar stools at the end near the grill when we walked and and I couldn't have picked a better location for us. I could watch the magic on the grill and be away from the traffice coming and going in the front door. I absolutely loved everything I ordered, which was: Grilled Blueberry Muffin as an "appetizer" and then I had the number 7 meal: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, corned beef hash, hashbrowns - SOOOO GOOD, perfectly cooked. I also ordered a pancake to share. It was thick and delicious. I took some of that home along with sausage. My friend ordered the french toast meal and loved it. She couldn't finish everything, so I took her leftover french toast. YUM!!!! I can't wait to go back. Thank you to the amazing Marcy's crew for making it a pleasure to dine there!

Had a fantastic brunch at this throw back cute diner. I ordered the veggie omelette that was delicious, home fries cooked just how I like it. My girlfriend said it was one of the best pastrami's. She's had in a long time. The table shared the gluten-free donut pancakes all I can say was oh my God delicious! I recommend this place if you're looking for a diner experience

Looking for a new spot to check out for my wife's birthday breakfast and this was the spot she wanted to try! It did not disappoint and thanks to getting up early and it being Decemeber we had no wait, although by the time we were leaving all the booths were full and some families were waiting. So expect a possible wait but I would say worth it based on the food! It's all you can ask for in a local diner. Small little booths and two sections of a bar top with the old school stools. They serve breakfast and lunch all day and have special boards for both breakfast and lunch! The breakfast menu had exactly what you'd expect a diner to offer! Everyone should easily find something they enjoy. The staff were friendly enough, but the only negative I would mention is that our server seemed much more friendly to every other table than to us. Just in the sense that it seemed to be more natural conversation and they seemed interested in talking to others. For us, it was more of a get it over with vibe. But, won't really let that factor into my rating as it seemed to be a small thing. My wife got the Number 4 and loved it, French Toast was on the colder side than we expected but wow some real tasty French Toast! I got their spicy pepper jack omelette and it alongside the hash browns and raisin bread were so good! The food is 100% worth coming here for especially if you want that small local diner vibe! I would enjoy coming back regularly to see and try their daily specials!

A great place for classic diner style breakfast food. It can be busy on the weekends, but was worth the wait. I highly recommend this place.

When we finally came during the off season, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity since wait times were shorter. The wait on a Saturday afternoon was about 15-20 minutes. I will say - I had high hopes for Hot Suppa. Between my fiance and I, we ordered the waffle, side of corned beef hash, and the fried green tomatoes eggs benny. The corned beef hash here is excellent - that I do have to acknowledge. I was a bit underwhelmed by the fried green tomatoes though. The tomatoes were just okay, but the excessive hollandaise sauce really just made the whole dish waaay too heavy. It was also just messy. Service was slow & our waitress tended to disappear for long periods of time. Coffee & water refills both took a long time. Parking here is difficult but not impossible. Most spots are only for an hour or so.

They take reservations, even for breakfast/brunch, and I highly recommend making one, especially if you'd like a spot on their very-cool covered patio. Even if you don't, and even if you have to wait a few mins for a seat, don't be deterred - it's so worth it! The feeling inside feels like a celebration of culture, like a Mexican restaurant got a glow-up. Big comfy booths invite you to sit and stay a while. The menu is small but thoughtful and the drinks, from the horchata and cold brew to the cocktails, are nicely curated and feature delightfully unique and seasonal ingredients. My mango coffee cocktail was nothing I would've ordered on my own but I took a recommendation from the bartender and was blown away by how well the flavors played together. Anything you get to eat will be exceptional. If I'm not mistaken, this is the sister restaurant to Teralingua. A Balkan-inspired menu? Come on. I finally tried it and I'm already counting down until I go back. I was expecting casual counter service and your typical breakfast food. I was so wrong. We were greeted by the warmest staff, who let us pick our own table. We sat by the windows, which was perfect for the morning sunlight; exactly what we wanted. The menu is eastern European with some Spanish touches (think huevos rotos and patatas bravas). Books featuring Bulgarian photography and other eastern European countries were scattered around the space, it was a lovely touch. The service was just as great as the food. My hot coffee came in the cutest mug and our waitress kept refilling it without being asked. The mekitsi and parzhen were phenomenal, with the parzhen being my favorite. The spreads they came with... I wanted to bottle those and take them home. My husband had the patatas bravas and I had the shakshuka, and we added kyufteh to both, this incredible in-house sausage that was 10/10 (it was a little spicy!). Everything was phenomenal and the portions were generous. If you're not feeling adventurous, they also have traditional eggs and omelettes, all with a little twist and somewhat elevated. Their drinks menu was impressive too if you're into a fancy coffee. Can't recommend this place enough. I shall be back!
