Everything is amazing. Outstanding service and all homemade deliciousness. I had an Irish Benedict which they put on a biscuit with the best homemade corned beef hash I have ever had. My wife and I visited this place while vacationing with our kids. We are foodies from Boston and have traveled all over the world eating. I will say with confidence that "MK" is by far the best breakfast spot on earth. Dustin, the owner, and only chef cooking puts out amazing and elevated (not snobby) food. My daughter mentioned to Dustin that she wished to have ordered what my wife had (rice,rice baby) decpite just closing and cleaning he wippped her up a batch and gave it to her as we were leaving....she was happy. All 3 mornings here were memorable. I would love to also give a shout out to the only waitress there (I didn't catch here name,sorry) she worked tirelessly at the front line to make the place run well. She was the oil to the engine. I feel like I didn't go to the same place as all these 5 star reviews. Had the chicken and waffles and I can say that I have never had a worse piece of chicken in my life (seriously I've had better gas station fried chicken better than this). There is no way it was cooked fresh, the breading was burnt and falling off revealing a dry breast with black edges underneath. The hash browns tasted like the bag ones you get at Walmart and we're barely browned. My fiancé got bacon and eggs which should be simple enough but the bacon tasted like it was cooked hours ago and warmed up. I can't say what happened in the kitchen for our meal but it definitely wasn't made by the same chef that made the food in some of the pictures on Yelp. My biggest regret aside from taking a second bite of the chicken was not taking a picture to show the mess that was served. Loved the self serve coffee bar, had oat milk which is a huge plus! French Toast was huge and so yummy with a cinnamon apple jam on top really no need for syrup. We found this special place on yelp and arrived on a Saturday morning just before 10. We expected a wait and when the folks who went in just before us left and commented "it's crowded in there" we knew we were in for one. Not the case. We were immediately seated at the counter and treated to extremely friendly and efficient service. The food is amazing as well. I tried the veggie Benedict. I've been by here a number of times and decided to stop in. I wish I had taken the continual lack of cars in the parking lot as a clue. The prices are too high for breakfast. I had the sausage gravy on biscuits. The sausage gravy was rather bland, more like ground pork. I asked for scrambled eggs and they were dumped on top of the biscuit and gravy. I have had many other things from the menu and I can honestly say, it's like you're have a really high end breakfast, but wicked cheap. Only thing that would make this place better is if they had mimosas and bloody Mary's. I understand that getting a liquor license is a pin in the ass though. I have been here twice for breakfast. The eggs were fine but the pancakes and French toast home fries were really bad. The French toast was dry and fried on a grill that tasted like sausage, and served with blueberry jam which was tart rather than sweet. I like strong coffee but this coffee was brewed way too thick and harsh. The prices are steep and the food is abysmal. They need better recipes that make the food more appealing and a chef that takes more care in preparing the food well. read more

I have no basis for comparison, but there were magnificent!! A belgian waffle, with 2 beautifully fried chicken breasts, two eggs poached to perfection, hollandaise sauce and real maple syrup.
