I can never pass up Culichi-style sushi, so I ordered the breaded El Ronin roll, while my daughter had El Samurai. If you've never had Sinaloa-style fusion sushi, you're missing out. The flavors are bold, creative, and so satisfying. My other daughter ordered the pulpo, and it was cooked perfectly tender from the first bite to the last, with none of the chewiness that octopus can sometimes have.
