It was good but fish is somewhat kinda fishy! You can add the sauce to kill the seafood flavor

Torre de mariscos!!! Delicious. Just needed a little more lime

Googled sushi Mexican food and this place came up. Ordered tacos de govenador and una torre de mariscos.

10/10 sushi. best i've had here. service is ok since the wait is usually over 30 min but because it's all made to order.

    aguas que no tienen

They always take for ever making something even when no one is there, they never have aguas frescas why is it even in their board, THEN THEY ASK FOR DONATIONS ‍ they do not represent sinaloa ‍ don't expect this from sinaloa foods. Place feels dead no music on the outside to make you feel comfortable, all you hear is the cars from the intersection don't even eat there unless you wanna eat smoke from a diesel truck driving by (experience). (This is on a friday noon where the street is really busy, and no ambience) enjoy their low ass entrance/exit. no mames uno viene con hambre y tiene que esperar media hora a que esté la comida jajaja

Marisco's Y Sushi Sinaloense Located on 2423 Waterloo Rd in Stockton, CA 95205 Pro tip: They take card The Prologue: I've been thinking of Sushi for a Koo minute. I rarely right a food review without my three children. But one you have one that graduated college and the other is in his third year of college and my youngest is in High school. So it's been getting hard for yer Boi VD to write a review. Here's my story: I first came across these guys around a year ago. There was a food truck event that was held in Stockton CA. The event was called Stocklandia. I was there with my eldest Daughter. We tried the Sushi out and it was straight fire. At that time I just disappeared from social media. So I didn't really post anything at all. My friends on Yelp you would have heard of them sooner. But now I'm gonna tell you about them. I rolled up to the joint around 5ish I really didn't eat anything at all for the day. So I was hella hungry. I was checking out all the rolls they have to offer. I decided to get the heart shaped Sushi Rolls. In my twisted mind, I was like " Hell yeah". That's right up my alley. Especially because my Yelp signature is VD. So it's like Valentine's Day 24/7 lol. For those who remember I go by Vincent Valentine that's one of my Yelp Personas. The heart shaped Sushi was hella good G. I'm glad, I was given chop sticks too. I wasn't sure on my here. Because I had my personal chopsticks in the whip (car). Cuz I this thick Vato can't be eating Sushi with a fork, lol. Yeah cuz this light skinned Latino Brotha can use chopsticks, yo. Now on with the ceviche. I can't remember when was the last time I had some. But your boi VD was feenin for some. Only thing missing was yours truly sipping on my 40oz of Mickey's. But I was sober and that is a good thing. Because the the ceviche was on hit. If I was drunk as a skunk, I probably wouldn't remember. The other one I bought was for my Mama. She was getting off work. So I rolled up to the Set and surprised her with it. My Mama loved the ceviche and was happy that I was thinking of her. So yeah I had a beautiful experience here this evening and I'll definitely be back soon. Just gotta wait till my Son comes back to me from Hawaii from college in December. So he'll be able to see what's up too. So hell yeah I'm definitely a fan of this place. So perfect for a date. Bring your Hyna or Vato Loco for some good eating. There's a table right in front for that one on one. Also you can post up and eat on the hood of your car. Muy Romantico. "Life is Beautiful" "Enjoying the simple things in Life" "It only takes a moment to make a moment" Sincerely VD

Not bad for sushi out of a trailer. The shrimp tacos were pretty good. Also order the rainbow roll. Biggest complaint was the cream cheese is a bit thick...should be a thin amount not half a pound! The fish itself seemed fresh. The sushi rice was decent. Service was ok but nothing spectacular. I was the only one waiting and it did take a while to get my order. The sauces provided were tasty but they don't give you any wasabi and I like wasabi with my sushi! Overall a decent place...I think I will stick with their tacos and forgo the sushi in the future.

I wish I could give them negative stars, I've never felt so disrespected or so disappointed in an establishment. We ordered only two things. Ceviche de cameron, and aguachile. We waited almost an hour for our food, while people came after us, ordered, and left before we got ours. I paid $15 for my aguachile, and it had 3 FUCKING SHRIMP!!! I paid them to make me a bunch of fucking vegetables covered in sauce?!??!! I didn't ask it to be vegan?!? I don't even understand how to word my anger, it's unacceptable and inexcusable. The price of aguachile can be high, but it's due to the cost of shrimp. And I got fucking 3?!?!?!?!?? I've come here before and been very happy but this is absolutely ridiculous, and beyond recourse. I'll never go back, and am making sure all of my friends and family never go again.

    Oven baked sushi.

I love this spot. It's a Mexican sushi truck but the food tastes amazing. I've read other peoples reviews and they have written that they have had poor customer service, this has not been my experience at least. I have gone here for a little more than a year and they've always been polite to me. They have tons of variety. I especially love the oven baked sushi and the shrimp tacos (gobernador). The wait time for this place is ridiculous however. I usually wait about 30-45 mins. I have always said that it's worth it in the end. So just a heads up. ITS GOING TO BE A LONG WAIT. There you have been warned. Now don't cry when you have waited a long time!!!! because. ITS GOING TO BE A LONG WAIT. worth it though. They should open up more spots since they are so popular tbh. Hopefully soon.

My first time here I got the shrimp tacos which were ok I got the hot Cheeto roll which had no flavor to it Nd the agua Chile and that was the only thing I liked out the three I got

    Dannie V.

So disappointed these were so dry.I kept asking her does the sauce come with it I guess she didn't understand me.They have the picture with the dipping sauce bUt don't sell it like come on.Will not be coming back.

All their rolls come with cream cheese and fresh seafood. I got their Algo Bien roll ($20) as well as 2 tacos, al pastor and chicken ($4/each). The roll was great!! It comes plated with 3 sauces (a spicy mayo, a sweet sauce and soy sauce) and some veges on the side. It was very filling (I couldn't finish it) so I barely had room to try the 2 tacos I ordered, but I managed to sneak a couple bites in, and they were really good too! They make their tortillas fresh and they have a sign that says "fresh food not fast food" although my food didn't take too long to make...they also have a salsa bar with plenty of salsa and vege toppings. The taco truck is located next to a Mexican iced cream shop. And the young kid working there was the sweetest, he walked me through their menu with such great enthusiasm, it was very refreshing! I got my food to go, but he said I could eat inside the cute ice cream shop. I'll do that the next time I'm back in town for sure!

The staff were super accommodating and graciously gave me one of each sauce to try, which I really appreciated. The ordering process was easy, and as promised when I placed my order, the fries were ready within a few minutes, sauces and all. For $6, I was happy with the size of my order. The sauces were also unique and I enjoyed alternating between them for a different experience each bite. My favorites were the Caesar and the spicy ketchup. My coworkers said they liked their orders as well. The garlic fries looked and smelled amazing but I didn't want garlicky breath for the rest of the conference, so I'll have to try those next time!

We were impressed at the tempting food items listed on the menu. We have often enjoyed Chamorro style food in the past, and was looking forward to trying them out! The nice woman taking orders was very friendly and helpful as we asked about the different meals offered. I ordered the Shrimp Patties in which you get 4 deep fried "balls" of ground shrimp and other ingredients. Joe ordered a Chicken thigh with red rice. It also included a Shrimp Patty. We decided to share an order of Plantain fries as a side. I got a can of Barq's Root Beer and Joe got bottled water. We had to wait a while for our food, but wasn't a big deal, since they most likely cook each meal made to order. And that's a good thing! However, I was concerned that our drinks were going to get warm during the wait. In general, the food was below our expectations. The shrimp patties were nicely brown and crisp on the outside, but the inside was doughy and under cooked in the middle. Joe's chicken was OK, but even though the red rice had a distinct smokey, barbecue flavor, it still lacked pizzazz. The plantain fries were crisp, but quite bland and the only saving grace was the saltiness surrounding them. I'm not sure if we will try them again upon our next visit, but since a few other Yelpers really enjoyed their food, we might give them another try and have what they had instead! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDA7FTRq5Vk
