Also, their hot salsa is green and their mild is a red tomato salsa. I loved the green salsa and it wasn't too hot It was the perfect heat so you can still enjoy the food. Fish Taco The fish was crispy and I loved all the fresh veggies on top. Loved the pickled red onion. Birria taco The birria was SO TENDER! I do recommend eating it when you pick it up because it got a bit soggy when I ate it at home. No fault to the food truck!! Al pastor It had great flavor. Simple but good. It hits the spot. Mango Ceviche- MY FAVORITE I'm not used to a sweet ceviche but dang (let's keep it PG) it was amazing!! Lots of shrimp. Lots of mango. Not bad for sushi out of a trailer. The shrimp tacos were pretty good. Also order the rainbow roll. Biggest complaint was the cream cheese is a bit thick...should be a thin amount not half a pound! The fish itself seemed fresh. The sushi rice was decent. Service was ok but nothing spectacular. I was the only one waiting and it did take a while to get my order. The sauces provided were tasty but they don't give you any wasabi and I like wasabi with my sushi! I wish I could give them negative stars, I've never felt so disrespected or so disappointed in an establishment. We ordered only two things. Ceviche de cameron, and aguachile. We waited almost an hour for our food, while people came after us, ordered, and left before we got ours. I paid $15 for my aguachile, and it had 3 FUCKING SHRIMP!!! I paid them to make me a bunch of fucking vegetables covered in sauce?!??!! I didn't ask it to be vegan?!? I don't even understand how to word my anger, it's unacceptable and inexcusable. I love this spot. It's a Mexican sushi truck but the food tastes amazing. I've read other peoples reviews and they have written that they have had poor customer service, this has not been my experience at least. I have gone here for a little more than a year and they've always been polite to me. They have tons of variety. I especially love the oven baked sushi and the shrimp tacos (gobernador). The wait time for this place is ridiculous however. I usually wait about 30-45 mins. I have always said that it's worth it in the end. So just a heads up. ITS GOING TO BE A LONG WAIT. I went to this place (my 4th time here) since its a lot closer than Culichi Town and their food is decent. Anyway I went today and asked for the usual which is the tres queso roll with no seaweed and instead of seafood substitute it with chicken/beef and the nerve of the man that was there, honestly said to my face they had never done that or made substitutions like that.
