My experience with Mark Christopher Chevrolet is less than 1 star. We purchased a new vehicle from them & was promised floor mats. After several inquiries with nothing but excuses we gave up. In 2023 we purchased a used vehicle. We paid $36,000.00 cash I might add. The engine had to be rebuilt ($12,000.00) in less than 30 days of the purchase. This was the worse experience . We brought our old Denali in for the cash offer from KBB . Joel from the dealership was who we communicated with and when we went in to drop off the car he wasn't in . There wasn't a mechanic on site to do any type of evaluation so we were going to return on a weekday. Monday he reaches out and tells me he's going to give us 700 instead of the 3100 that Kelley blue book had offered. He never looked at the car. He said he could run the analytics without us even being there and I'm trying to figure out why they didn't offer this when we were there Saturday so now we have to drive all the way back just to have them give us a check for $700 because they said they couldn't sell the car for much more than that. I think it's more of a cat and mouse game and it seems more like a scammed than anything, very frustrated and upset with the whole process. read more

I am one who normally doesn't write reviews however I had the most amazing experience and had to. I took my car in a few days ago to get serviced and was greeted by a service advisor named Nobu. He was extremely polite and very welcoming. As I had some questions about the issues I was having with my vehicle a service technician named Brad O came out and he was beyond helpful and answered every question I had! I have taken my car to other places and always feel like they give me the run around and never truly help. Wow, my previous experience here was amazing. This time not so much. Dropped car off on Tuesday and they did not even look at it until pressed for an update the following day because they were busy. I made an appointment so my car should have been expected and looked at Tuesday but they got to it end of day Wednesday. I was charged $235 for a diagnostic, that is a scanner tool hooked up to tell you the issue. $235 for labor? Shame on you. We came to your dealership trusting value and expertise. Had scheduled maintenance at 1030 left car said they would call/text when car was ready. They didn't. I called at 1530 to see if car was done. Was told to pick up at 1630. Told they were filling w oil. Husband had asked for wash as well. Was told it would take 30 mins. Opted for no wash. Was made to wait 30 min anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!!! I wish there was a way to give Negative stars, because this is what this dealership deserves. Twice now I have taken my 2017 Cadillac CT6 Plug-in into this dealership and twice they have lied to me and flat out been deceptive. I should have known after the first trip there, but because they are close to my work I decided to give them a second chance. Man was that a HUGE mistake. I have owned my car since new, and have driven it over 65,000 miles. I am also a former Sales Manager at a GM dealership here in So Cal that sold Cadillacs. So I know these cars inside and out. Therefore, I think I pretty much know when something is not right. Twice now I have taken my car into this dealership and explained to them that the transmission has been extremely rough and producing a violent jerking while accelerating and braking. I even took the technician on a test ride so he could experience what I was talking about. On the test ride the technician acknowledged hearing and feeling the anomaly and said he would need to keep the vehicle an extra day so he could inspect the transmission to find the issue. The next day I get a call from the Service Advisor Sandra S., telling me that what I was experiencing was NORMAL, and that it was caused by accelerating too hard. I replied that I have driver this car 65,000 miles since new and that it has recently started doing it. And that if the issue was caused by hard acceleration, how do you explain when it happens during braking. She insisted in trying to tell me I was wrong and that it was normal. When I told her I think I have driven and sold enough of these cars to know it is normal, AND the technician I drove with also realized there was a problem, she sarcastically said, "Well what do you want us to do?". I asked her, "Basically your telling me you aren't going to fix it?" and she just said, "yes." So I go pick up my vehicle and read the report of the technician. It was a complete and total LIE. He listed that the vehicle only produced the issue on Hard Acceleration, that it was normal when the transfer of power was being made from the electric motor to the gas motor, and that the sensation of violent jerking was caused by the wheels spinning and breaking traction with the ground. Anyone who has driven the Cadillac CT6 Plug-in knows that you can press the accelerator to the floor and the wheels will not spin. The technician totally lied and listed that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Even after taking a test drive with me and agreeing there was an issue. Now I have to take it to another dealership because sometimes the violent jerking during braking is so bad it is dangerous. Hoping this doesn't cause an accident. Because believe me, my attorney's will be giving a call to Mark Christopher Cadillac if that happens. There complete failure and lack of transparency has put me driving this vehicle in danger. I would have had more respect for this dealership if they simply said we just can't find it, or perhaps you should take it some where with more experience. But to try and tell me it is normal, and then lie and be completely rude and unemphatic to my issue is absolutely unacceptable. This dealership is deceptive, lying, and uncaring. I would avoid them at all cost. I am ashamed that there is a GM Dealership like this. I called on Friday 7/14/23 and spoke to Omar about a 2023 Cadillac a CT5 I had seen on the internet for 36k with 2miles. He appeared to be interested and checked to see if it was still available it wasn't, but said they had an other one exactly the same. Took my vehicle in to be fixed. It took two weeks for them to order the part. They sent an email stating my vehicle was ready. They never stated that if I wasn't there at a certain time I couldn't pick up my vehicle cause no one would have access to bring it out. I had to wait 3 more days since it was Thanksgiving weekend. No courtesy wash. I received it back filthy. Just plain poor service with no communication. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Subpar service center People were nice but as far as service goes I was super disappointed. I got an oil change, they don't accept my maintenance package that was purchased with the vehicle. FYI, Took my 14 ATS with 103k miles on it. Car has 3 concerns I wanted them to look at. They quoted me 3 $165 diagnostic fees or $495 to look at it. I walked out, went back in told them my concerns and that I understand a diagnostic fee, but 3 was outrageous. They didn't give a shit, and didn't care I was walking out, so I left. I had my Cadillac XTS towed to Mark Christopher for repair. I received a call from the Service Department approximately three days later. I was told that the Transmission Control Module (TCM) needed to be replaced, at a cost of $2135.28. I agreed to the repair. I picked up the car the next day, drove it home and the following day the car stopped on me with the same problem. I then had it towed back to them. They kept the car for approximately another five days. They insisted the problem was the battery. I insisted that it couldn't be because the battery was brand new, it was replaced after I initially picked up the car. After their insistence that I was the battery, they sold me another one at a cost of $255.62. On the next day, I drove it approximately ten miles and the car stopped again, subsequently having to be towed back to them. The car is still at Mark Christopher, they have had it for a month in total. I have called Jeff Rizzi the Service Manager for updates who has not returned my calls. It has become obvious that they are incompetent and can not be trusted. If you should consider taking your car there for repair, you should reconsider and "RUN" in the opposite direction. My one star rating is generous, only because there is no option for zero stars. read more
