Brunch was fantastic! I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and my friends had the chia bowl. You can also enjoy a buffet for $55 if you'd prefer. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and had a light airy atmosphere. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It was a little pricey, but to be expected on the beach. Definitely recommend checking out if whether you are staying there or not.

We wandered over here from our hotel for breakfast before heading to the airport. The hotel was so beautiful and so was this restaurant! It was bright and airy, and the service was perfection. Very attentive and respectful. We started with a bread basket with a delicious high quality olive oil before moving to our entrées. Food was extremely fresh (look at the avocado!) and delicious.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and let me say, I wasn't disappointed. We frequently ate at the market and Omar and Vianna are some of the most amazing people I've ever met, they are attentive and so good at providing great service, we definitely recommend sitting at the bar and getting the luxury of meeting them, smoothies are on point and food is great the ambience is very European the food is great, stop in and say hi and enjoy

Food: While the dishes were beautifully presented, some were overpriced for the small portion size that were received. The charcuterie board was not worth it in my opinion. The hummus dips, bacon wrapped shrimp, and chicken sandwich were all very good. Service: Very professional and attentive service. Our orders were taken quickly and accurately. Our waitress checked in multiple times and she was very pleasant. Ambiance: The restaurant was very well decorated and clean. Tables were a little too close together which made it a bit noisy.

A very hip and expensive breakfast place in the Miami Beach Edition. I had breakfast here twice during my stay. The food was good, but the waitress mixed up my bill with some other table. They had almost $100 for two people for breakfast. My first breakfast was $40+ for yogurt and two iced teas. The weekend breakfast was over $60 for the buffet. The sausages and bacon were good and fresh croissants and pan au chocolate as well, but wow.

While staying at the Edition, I have eaten breakfast and lunch here. Dine here more for the ambiance and the aesthetics because they are high in price. Servers here were busy the day I dined so they seemed short when speaking and some don't speak complete English. They have beautiful displays around the dining room. During breakfast, they have a pastries and dessert display. I enjoyed their coffee, omelette and croissant here. For lunch, I enjoyed their charcuterie board.

My husband and I stayed at the Edition. During our stay, we dined at the Market for lunch and breakfast. As always, the food did not disappoint. For lunch, we had the crispy salmon sushi and cheeseburger and for breakfast, we had the breakfast special, juice and iced coffee. The service was good and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. Our food was delicious and fresh. If you're staying at the Edition, be sure to check out the Market!

I was attracted to this place because of the high yelp rating and location. It is located inside The Miami Beach Edition Hotel. There is a small outdoor eating area facing the street, but we ate inside. It is a little pricy but I liked it so much I came again the next day. The first day, I had salmon cooked perfectly. It was seated on top of mashed potatoes with a ring of rich truffle sauce. On the second day, I decided to try the hummus with vegetables and pitas and made the mistake of also ordering the Shrimp Salad (too much food). I asked for the dressing on the side and received two sides. I was told that the other side was for my shrimp. I would definitely come back again, maybe for breakfast.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very calming. The fragrance in the lobby is so inviting. The market place has a good variety of entrees and includes a buffet style alternative which works if you're looking for variety. This time around we did a la carte and tried the omelette with goat cheese and avocado toast. The omelette was decent and had a good side salad and tasty potatoes. The avocado toast with poached eggs unfortunately was not a hit. It tasted bland, you can only taste the salt. The flavor falls flat. The pastries looked good but by the time we got to order what we wanted they were out of it. I guess we'll try it on our next visit if we come again.

Excellent. Had the cappuccino (yummy), the yogurt and my son had the pancakes. Food, service and ambiance was outstanding.

We tried to go to the Tropicale after a massage at the edition but it was guests only. We moved over to sit outside at the market and we were not disappointed at all. The view is nothing special but the food was incredible. We got drinks and had the heart of lettuce salad, crunchy salmon sushi and broccoli dip with everything pita bread. It was all amazing! Would highly recommend coming here for appetizers and drinks before dinner. Drinks were around $17 and the food was reasonably for south beach prices. Didn't mind paying for the taste bad quality. Would come back again just to have these same 3 dishes!

Came here for a pizza making class and wow was it fun! There were a total of 4 of us who learned how to make two of their signature pizzas. The Market team made the experience both fun and educational. The venue is bright and airy with different areas focused on pizza, sushi, charcuterie, etc. We were told they host different classes focused on different areas. Highly recommend taking one of their classes with a group of friends, a date, or your mom (like I did)! I'll be back to try the sushi station soon.

Loved Market at The Miami Beach Edition! Such a cute and divine place. We tried their breakfast and lunch during our stay at EDITION, and both menus were divine! Every ingredient and dish is fresh and delicious. And their weekend breakfast buffet is so much fun! They have an incredible array of pastries as they are partnered with Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Thank you to all of the staff that served us during the week - Michael (general manager), Maria (hostess), Chris (server), Jean Marc, and all others!

Though this one was kinda bland. The chicken strands just kinda blended in with the gooey mush center whereas the ham chunks were nice and smoky. Tequeño: Nicely executed with a cheesy center and crispy outside. Cuban Sandwich: I like how they really pay attention an evenly distributed and nicely crisped press on both sides. Many places are only partially crispy. The ratio of ham, pork, cheese, pickles and mustard was just right. The flavors worked in harmony and there wasn't one ingredient that dominated the rest.

The sandwiches were amazing and such a great aid sit on to our meals in Miami. The atmosphere was really eclectic. I loved the Books on display in the back and the shelves. I loved that they had indoor and outdoor seating and the flowers in vases around the restaurant. The service was great- the cashiers at the front were not mad or rude to me because I didn't speak Spanish and were helpful to deciding what we wanted when we had questions. However , two mimosas and two sandwiches and a coffee later, I was out 60 dollars which was a punch in the gut lol. Obviously it's Miami Beach so I understand, but still, very expensive. Quick service, good coffee, the quality is what's bringing this down to a three. It's decent food but not quality for the price. We asked for water and got tiny cups willed with room temperature water (fine for me but my mom who was visiting and isn't used to the Florida heat was dying for ice water). Also, confusingly the couple sitting next to us got big glasses of cold water. So I'm not sure where the discrepancy was there. Which is why I rated it lower to a three. It did only have one guy running the cafe and one cooking. The food wasn't plated that nicely and looked similar to diner food. My bacon was all floppy and oily. I ended up not eating it. GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS AVAILABLE!!! Which was awesome! And gf dessert options. I would have given it a two stars but the gluten free options really bump it up to a 3. In conclusion: Decent food Overpriced Quick service Adequate service (not sure about what was going on with the water thing) not terribly friendly but did serve and quickly. The display cases are gorgeous, packed with pastries, chocolates, gelato, and desserts that look like they were crafted by someone who takes sugar very seriously. The quality is solid across the board: rich flavors, clean execution, and that little touch of indulgence you expect from a resort of this caliber. The coffee is strong, smooth, and exactly what you need before a pool day or after a late night. Service is friendly and efficient, even when the line gets long (and it will). The team keeps things moving without making you feel rushed, which is impressive given the constant flow of guests. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that's the Fontainebleau effect -- you're paying for convenience, quality, and the ability to grab a beautiful pastry without leaving the property. For a quick breakfast, an afternoon pick‑me‑up, or a late‑night sweet tooth situation, it hits the mark. Overall, Chez Bon Bon is a reliable, delicious stop for coffee and treats inside the resort. Not quite a destination bakery, but absolutely worth the visit when you're staying on‑site. A strong 4‑star experience that adds a sweet little perk to the Fontainebleau stay. Salute
